Needed a air conditioner capacitor and they had it when no one else did. Gary was a great help and all the staff was very friendly.

Every time I have went into this store the staff is never there in the trailer section. The staff doesnt really know what they are doing and is very unorganized. The last time I was there a lady waited 20 minutes for someone to get her balloons... and then he didnt even know how to blow them up. It took him another 13 minutes and counting to blow them up. I reccomend she use the dollar tree up the road. Terrible service!

What amazing service! JASON was super helpful as soon as I walked through the door he asked if I need help and he brought me exactly where I needed to go. He helped me build a chain to hang my punching bag and really made my experience the best it could be. Super impressed and I havent received service like this in a very long time!!

Employees refused to wear masks or answer me when I asked about it. As a result other shoppers also took their masks off. I left and went to Menards instead. Wont go back.

Very helpful and knowledgeable team members! They aren’t pushy and always give good recommendations! I went in for grass seed recently and a garden hose attachment and the man who helped me even mentioned to me about the grass seed they had on sale, whereas a lot of other places would point you to just the most expensive items. Another time I care in and the handy repair men took care of my push reel lawn mower which had lots of plastic bag strips stuck in the gears and other junk too when it was given to me! They took great care of it and recommended an excellent lubricant to help keep it in great shape too! Definitely recommend this friendly local business!

Needed a window screen replaced same day. There was no other hardware store willing to get it done. I called Klatt True Value and they got me right in. Great service and the screen looked great!

Store opens at 8am I walked in the door at 8:02 as Im walking in a lady tells me to get out we are not open yet. So I said its after 8am and the door was open she still told me to get out Im not punched in yet. I get my welding gas through them and they never have a tank so wait until the next truck. Im done with this place went to napa in Watertown now on. Very rude

I forgot how nice it is to shop at the small local places. They had what I needed that HD and Menards didnt. And I got it by the foot instead of a 100 coil from Amazon. Helpful, friendly, and easy. Theyll definitely be my first stop from now on.
