We started using this medical transport service several years ago, and we just loved their quality of service. Thank God that this company survived the downturn due to Covid! We just began using them again to transport our 98 year old parent, and they are still excellent in so many ways. They are very easy to communicate with, and they are willing to accommodate your specific needs. When you get discouraged by the poor service provided by others, then give Hope a call.

I had been to different companys but they would pass me to another company or they would send the wrong kind of vehicle to pick me up Im in a power wheelchair so why send me a regular car. Finally after the company passed me to hope transportation and not notifying me of the change I said Im done so I switched over to hope transportation and I really enjoy my rides with Kassa he is friendly and helpful. His truck is clean he is on time and he will text you when he is close to picking you up and then he will follow up with a phone call to make sure you are ready I highly recommend hope transportation for all of your needs thank you my name is Theresa B

I called Hope medical after my mother fell and broke her leg. I tried many other services. He is so friendly and helpful. He is more than resonable in pricing and travels from willimsville to Angola to transport my mom to her dr appointments. He is reliable and prompt. I would highly recommend him for any transport needs you have, and will only call him in the future.

Hope medical is a wonderful place. I met Kassa March 27th, 2018 because Aries couldnt take me to the doctor they were screwing up!. Kassa was very kind to me and we would talk about how things were going and he was looking for more bussiness. So i gave Aries an altamatum if they didnt straighten up i was leaving their service. They did not straighten up so i ended up hiring Hope Medical Transportation. Kassas service has been great to me.
