Was referred by a friend to this company - they were timely with responses and came for a free estimate. The estimate was itemized and easy to follow, especially for someone who has never had a roof repaired/replaced. We needed a tear off and a complete new roof with all new gutters and skylights. The pricing was good! Fair and in comparison to a few other estimates we received. The entire job was finished in about 6-7 hours. I couldn’t believe how well functioning the crew was. Everyone knew their part to make the job quick and efficient. 10/10 would recommended.

I heard of Mann Construction from my godfather. I called them for an estimate along with four other companies. A couple of companies didn’t respond, but three did and Mann was one of them. Kyle from Mann was prompt and responsive in scheduling the appointment to give me an estimate. He took the time to measure everything giving me an accurate and fair quote where others didn’t even go on the roof. Kyle took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and gave me the confidence he knew what he was doing. The weather delayed them from starting, but whenever I asked about scheduling Kyle responded quickly with an update. When they were finally able to do the job they gave me good notice and the crew arrived with Joe Mann on time. I was very impressed with how organized they were and how well they all worked together. They took the time to protect my deck, railings, windows, doors and bushes. They said they would be done in one day and I was a little doubtful thinking it would be a long day, but to my surprise they were done in about 7 hours and that included their lunch break. It was a complete tear off and reroof of over 30 square. They also did an exceptional job cleaning everything when they were done. The following day I went up to inspect the roof and I was very happy with the workmanship. I highly recommend Mann Construction if you are in need of having your roof done. On time, quick, and professional work. Mann sided our house and replaced the railings and stairs on the front and back porch of our home. I was very impressed with how the crew handled themselves and the work itself. I will definitely be calling them in the future when our roof needs to be replaced!
