I normally dont leave bad reviews but in the case it is warranted. I arrived at 1pm for a 7pm PU, I was told to check in later as they were slammed that day. I go back in around 5pm and they let me check in, said they would call when they have a door. 10:30pm I check back in and they say there is 5 trucks ahead of you, we will call later. Finally at 2am they call and then say they have no good product and canceled the load. So I sat here for an entire day for nothing. I would avoid coming here until they get things together better. In a positive note, the staff were fairly nice except the lady at the window was incredibly snarky even though I was very nice to her everytime I spoke to her. They had a bathroom but just for 1 driver at a time, and they had a parking/staging area so that warrants 1 star at least. I hope this place gets its act together soon, Id hate to see them lose business like this very often.

It doesnt matter how early and even late. They will make you wait till the cows come home. I was here many times. And never had a good experience with this company.Most of the time I come here I didnt leave till I had either a full 8.2 split or it went past a 10 hour break. Just like now. I was here 9.5 hours and they just called me to a door. The worse part is that there is hardly any drivers here. After getting a door. It still takes them 3 to 4 to get loaded. As again Ill be late for my delivery

Great place take a little time to load but theyll get you out, good customer service 👍

Booked a team load for Sunday on a Friday night. Sent my team to pick up the load only to find out its double booked and I couldnt find any team loads on Sunday so we settled for a solo load and lost money.Broker came back on Monday apologized for the situation and told me all I get is a TONU which in the end I accepted and said its fine, after a few calls and a few emails lying I will get the TONU, of course it never happened.Not recommended at all, they will double book the load for cheaper and you wont get anything. AVOID AT ALL COST

This company is not just concerned about themselves but they are a blessing to the COMMUNITY. Recently our Non-profit was vandalized on the eve of us giving out food boxes to the community. Sonwil Logistics seen the story on the news & reached out to our general manager to ask how much for the repairs. They then sent a significant donation to cover the cost. This acts speaks of the heart of this company. They did not know us but they responded.Their generous donation enabled us to get our repairs done and deliver food boxes without missing a beat. We also will be donating food boxes in their name on our next delivery date. We cannot thank them enough. Thank you Sonwil for being a good neighbor

I booked a load with this company, I sent my truck 40 miles to pick the load up. Waited 6 hours and they canceled the load. They agreed to pay a truck not used and failed to do it. They are bad people.
