Worst broker. unprofessional staff and worst service. Called 5 times to change the port of entry. Driver was sitting at border. They dont care about anything. Support Team working from some Asian country didnt know what they are doing. I already moved 2 of my shippers to other brokers. I will advise to all shippers/receivers to not use them
ZERO STAR!!! HATE THEIR PEOPLE AT THE CALL CENTER WHO HAVE NO EDUCATION ABOUT TRUCKING IN NORTH AMERICA. SPECIFIC PEOPLE: ALEX & ANGEL. THESE TWO HAVE AN ATTITUDE OF THEIR OWN LIKE THEY OWN THE COMPANY. NEVER IN MY 11 YEARS IN BUSINESS I HAVE EVER HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH LIVINGSTON. THREE OF MY MAIN CLIENTS HAVE ALREADY MOVED. WORKING ON MY NEXT BIG ONE BECAUSE NORMAL 8-9 HOURS THEY TAKE TO CLEAR THOSE SHIPMENTS.
Worst broker there is. NEVER use these people if you need a shipment cleared. I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could.
Livingston one of the worse broker. Sorry the worse broker. More than 30 years in business and we had so many donwtime at the border. Everytime we deal with business, we suggest them to use a different broker.
Literally the worst broker.... have delayed me multiple times upwards of 12 hours.... for two skids.

The worst broker ever paperwork gets sent hours before arriving at the border and still not cleared their outsourced staff can’t even speak English ran me out of service hours many times I have no clue why shippers put up with them at all when they delay clearance every single time
Use any other office in the US, the manager Dana isn’t helpful
This customs broker is the worst than anything that can you imagine in this business. Im amazed how they are still in business with this bad management and bad service!!!
