The place does not open till 8 am so if broker says 7 am apt there lying. More then likely no appointment at all. In which case you will be waiting for guys with apt first

Big lot, friendly workers, entrance is a little confusing.... when you turn in they are towards the back.. just pull in and eventually there is a big sign.

Called today before heading over to see if I could get loaded early. They checked and said yea come on, 39min from the time I hit the dock till I had paperwork in hand leaving. They .Could teach some other warehouses how to work.

Always fast delivery. Tina is the best. Mark is helpful. Just contact them on any hiccups and they will work extremely hard to fulfill orders. I normally get next day after they get my order..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! !..

Weve done a lot of business with a lot of warehouses and Mark, Tina, and the Benlin team have been amazing so far.

They must learn to value drivers time. 10.30am appointment. Arrived at 10.15am got loaded at 2pm. This was my 1st and also my last load from here. Never again coming back here. No excuse is valid for wasting someones time.

This place is set about 1 block off the main road., Small sign out front . Quick load but you have to pay attention to the signage as its a multi business industrial park and street address sign gives an address range rather than individual numbers

Awesome people! We were a day and some odd hours late due to maintenance issues with our truck. They got us in the door and unloaded in like an hour!

My company booked load with this broker and load weight is suppose to be 45,000 lbs.When driver got scale ticket from truckstop and found out it overweight and cant deliver this load.My driver called the broker emergency contact and was told that there is nothing he can do about.Broker emergency contact said to my driver I dont care I need this load in OH by noon time.My driver drove 180 miles with overweight load and $48 tolls plus idle the truck for 14 hours.Driver got unloaded in morning at shipper and we havent heard from broker yet so far.

Junk shipper. Takes at least 4 hours to get a load and they wont tell you that is going to go to Kroger ( we all know they suck big time) it will say Peytons North - this is Bluffton, Indiana Kroger

Was brokered a load that either didnt exist, or wasnt ready yet. After driving the 140 miles to pick it up, was laughed at by supposed shipper. All the Benlin broker would say is not my fault. No compensation what so ever. DO NOT BROKER FROM THESE PEOPLE.!!!

I used benlin for 3 months and was overcharged close to $2000 for charges that I didnt know about. Horrible service, shipments were never on time. Mark cramer set up my account, but was never around to pick up my calls. No customer service, I had a very stressful time dealing with Benlin.
