My screen was totally unresponsive. Nothing I tried worked and phone company was no help. I brought the phone here and within 20 minutes the screen was replaced and everything was working perfectly. The man that fixed it was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place

These guys are just the best. I brought my galaxy s8 plus in for a full screen and LCD repair, they ordered the screen and I had my phone back in 3 days looking absolutely flawless! Really easy service. Came in with my gaming laptop with some OS booting issues. They checked the interior hardware for me as well as rebooted the Windows OS.After the initial problem was solved I noticed some setbacks and brought it back in. Coming back to the store was stressless and painless. After the second visit the laptop has been properly rebooted and runs at a very satisfactory rate. Simple, fair, and a wide range of services. First of all, while they seem like nice people, communication is important, and these guys speak very little English except for one guy with a very heavy accent. We brought in a laptop to be diagnosed, and they could not figure out what it was. A month after that, it got so much worse to the point, it will not boot up. I will find someone more capable of diagnosis and communication this time. Where are all these good reviews coming from, when we could barely reach anyone in this store much less understand what they were saying, and not good at diagnosis?

They have my lab top still and I paid to have it fixed. Told me 3 days to a week for them to fix it. Well now it’s been over two weeks and I don’t even know if my item gotten fixed because they closed down due to the virus without notifying me and I can’t retrive my property. I’m a college student with all my classes online and I need my lab top. But I might just have to buy a new one all together because I don’t know when they will be open again

IT Garden is INCREDIBLE. I dropped my phone today and shattered it completely (yes one drop). I called IT Garden 2 hours before they closed and they promised to fix it. When I got to the store the gentlemen gave me a more than fair price and promised to fix it in 20 minutes. They fixed my phone in less than 20 and gave me a screen protector for a couple dollars extra. Will definitely be referring my friends and family. My computer was slow as hell! I just got it back after dropping it off on friday and today is Monday. So far its much faster as Im setting it up. I will edit as time progresses. But I love the results so far tho.

To call these people repairmen is a deliberate misuse of the word. I have never in my life seen a job so botched. No explanation, no refund. They took my 1200 laptop to change the charging port. Took 2 months instead of 2 weeks like promised, and now my laptop has a broken motherboard and is useless. I should have known by the filthy state of the shop.

Love this place! After shattering my screen a 2nd time and not wanting to go to a big mall (again) to have it fixed I found IT Garden on line. I went and they replaced screen for same price but better friendlier service in shorter time. And I like dealing with small local businesses even better! Highly recommend.

I went in ready to buy a new iPhone, and these guys were able to replace my battery for a little over $30. They saved me hundreds of dollars instead of trying to sell me a new phone. Aung (who helped me) also spent lots of time explaining the pros and cons of different cell carriers in the area even though I am not ready to change plans. When I do change carriers, you better believe I will do business with these guys. Im a small business owner and it is invaluable to have someone in person to help with my phone and IT needs as opposed to spending hours on the phone with some customer support line.

Had a small crack in the upper weight hand corner of my phone and the gent behind the counter told me it wasnt even worth fixing, so points for that. When I explained that it was damaged at work and that the cosmetic factor was important to the job(have you seen an episode of Cheap Eats 😉) and that it was worth fixing, he obliged. Giving the phone a workout in this review and all seems well. And if it isnt, they have a lifetime warranty for not physical related issues. Worth the money for sure. Nice work IT Garden!!

Screen on my Nexus 5P stopped working. I dropped by with it and they actually advised me to check with the manufacturer as it would probably be covered by warranty (no cracks or physical damage that we could see). Turns out I bought the international version, so it was NOT covered, but if I hadnt, IT Garden would have saved me the cost of a repair! (Thanks, guys!)Dropped my phone off for repair and am very happy with the repair. Prices were fair, store staff helpful and friendly, and the phone looks great.

I dropped my iPhone 7 yesterday. It had a hard plastic protective case by the screen shield fell off awhile back and I neglected to replace it. So the phone hits the asphalt right on the face. Major crackage.So in looking for repair options nearby, I found IT Garden. Thats how I met Aung. He said he could fix it while i waited (significantly less than Apple). With the money i saved, i added a screen protector, and still was less than Apple. He also gave me good advice for a problem i had with my lap top.When i saw his security cameras. I wondered if he sold them a swell. He does and explained Wyze runs about $40/camera and you store data on a cloud server. So I will be back to have him install my security cameras.there is no parking lot, but i was able to find a spot close to his store

They told me an hour, it was done in less than an hour! Already have recommended to friends and will bring my screen fixes here! Reasonably priced. You can pay $200 at Apple (which I was quoted by a genius) or $90 here. $60 for 4 and 4s.

I recommend this place. I went there when they were about to close with a broken screen for my Samsung galaxy S5, they agreed to stay over for a little while to fix it. The task was completed in a reasonable time and at a good price.

Everyone was really helpful, and they were quick to change my iphone battery, but I immediately noticed my phone was glitching and very slow (wouldnt go to the homescreen, couldnt take a picture properly). I thought it was because the battery was just changed so I went home and charged it. The battery life seemed exactly the same as before the change (ie: dropping down to 70% in an hour of no use) but its basically unusable. I called back to see if I could get it checked since it was pretty clearly related and the man was SUPER nice. Unfortunately, I never had the time to go back in and Im not too sure what can be done to fix whatever is going on. Im going to be upgrading my phone within the next few days but this was definitely a bummer.

I went to IT Garden to repair my iPad because of the stellar reviews and I was not disappointed. The service is honest, professional and reasonably priced. They are so helpful and very knowledgeable. The tip of the charger had broken off inside the charging dock of my iPad and they spent two days carefully removing the broken pieces. The screen was also cracked and they replaced that. For these two major repairs they charged me well under $200--total. The Apple Store had told me to cut my losses and buy another iPad. I cannot recommend this store enough. Support local business with great service and affordable prices.

When my computer needed some professional help, I knew just where to go based on a previous visit. Aung at iT Garden is knowledgable, professional, experienced and less expensive than other places. What a pleasure to have such competent IT folks close by!

I stopped in on a recent Monday evening because my phone (HTC One M8) wasnt charging well. I figured it needed a new charging port. When I went in, IT Garden confirmed my issue and immediately ordered the part for me, letting me know that theyd call me when the part came in (2-3 days). Sure enough, I heard from them on Thursday afternoon, letting me know the part had come in. I went to the shop after work and they took my phone and worked on replacing the charging port (about 1 hour - I went out and ran errands in the meantime). I got the phone back for under $100 and now it charges as though it were brand new.The guys at IT Garden were super friendly, helpful and above all professional and honest - they werent going to just replace the port unless that was confirmed to be the real problem. As a huge bonus for me, theyre open later in the evening, so I can go in after work for any issues. I highly recommend supporting these guys and giving them your business if you are having phone issues (and I imagine theyd be great for laptop or other issues as well).

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK!!! LEFT MY PHONE WITH THEM FOR A WEEK & IT IS STILL BROKEN!!!I have no idea how they do not have one review on here less than 3 stars. Seriously, all 5 star reviews? Seems suspect that not one person has had so much as a mediocre experience with them. Especially since the 2xs I stopped by, the other customers in there did not seem at all happy with the lack of a tech on site.They are completely unreliable & they messed my phone up more that it was when I brought it in. Also, the tech is never on site. They are not organized at all. Zero customer service. Worst experience Ive had getting my phone fixed & Ive had it repaired 2xs. (Once for the screen & once for the charging port.)Brought my iphone 5 in for a screen repair & new charging port. Got phone back & it froze at the boot up screen w/ the Apple logo. Called them the next day & was told the tech was not in & to bring the phone in Monday. Dropped the phone off on Monday. Was told he would need to order a battery for it as he did not have one at the shop. Given an ETA of Wed/Thurs to be fixed. Called Wednesday & was told the battery had not come in. Called Thursday, was told it would be ready by Friday at 3pm. (Btw, if you are hoping they will contact you with any updates on the issue or to get a new ETA, you will be out of luck. You have to badger them for any sort of update about the issues.) Called Friday at 4p, was told the battery had been shipped, but had not arrived. Was also told that if the battery did not arrive, he would find a way to get one, & the phone would definitely, positively be done by Saturday. Called Saturday at 2pm & was told the tech was not in.At this point I have given up on them. Im going right now to pick up my phone & take it somewhere else. Will update you on the outcome.

Instead of paying close to if not more than $200 to have the screen replaced at Sprint/Walmart, I paid less than $100 for the same thing here at IT Garden! It was also very quick and the work done was excellent.I found IT Garden through Craigslist and then found their reviews.
