Delta Sonic is good far as a car wash but I find that ExxonMobil Gas is the best for your car. It turns my 2012 Honda Civic into an animal on the road! There is nothing like that pickup and go when you need to get away from an idiot on the road!!! 😎

They usually do a good job. The unlimited plans are worth the price.

Very small area. Difficult to maneuver from pumps to car wash. Very crowded but line went very fast. Does not automatic but everything is very nice and level. Potholes in street cause water to get puddled. Driving through them defeats the wash. People working there very pleasant to deal with.

Had an incident inside Delta Sonic. My car 🚗 is in need of repairs and they will not pay for it. Because they dont have collision . It was not my fault. It was there machinery that fell. Thing of going somewhere else.

I used to love delta sonic, but lately its just not worth the money. The prices have gone up tremendously, and if youre an unlimited customer, youre paying a monthly fee for unlimited washes. Problem is, the lines are so long youre better off washing it yourself. Its not uncommon to wait in line for 20-30 minutes.

I so forgot to take my Buffalo Bills magnet off and I guess the car wash has it now 😡😢😢 wish kid would have maybe said something because was on my side door.

I keep having issues with my card and my sticker for the car wash. Unbeknownst to me my card for my discount for gas was inactive since January. You think someone would tell me when they manually scan it and hand it back to me that it is an active. But nobody did. So I havent gotten a discount since January. Then I went to another Delta Sonic and they said it was active and I got the discount. Do I have no idea what is going on but very disappointed that for almost 7 months I was not getting my discount for fuel. Then I had a sticker issue for my car wash which I pay every month for the unlimited. They replaced the sticker and took my plate number and everything was fine. I was getting my truck washed with no issues. That all of a sudden it wasnt reading my sticker again and they told me I had to call the 1-800 number and get a bunch of numbers from corporate and bring the numbers in to a Delta Sonic and get a new sticker. I think this is ridiculous and a major disappointment. There is never a problem taking the money out of my account every month. And I feel I should not have to have these issues. How could something work and then all of a sudden not work. And How could somebody literally manually scan my card for eight months and not know it was an active to tell me?!?!?! I have been getting jipped out of my discount for 7 months at least. Very disappointed and very unhappy about this. And I have a very busy lifestyle and dont have time to sit on the phone with a 1-800 number to retrieve numbers to give them to get a new sticker when this was just recently done and I was told everything was okay. And it has been for a couple months and now all of a sudden out of the Clear Blue Sky the sticker doesnt work and my license plate number doesnt show in the system on the same vehicle that I have had my unlimited plan registered with.

The gas station and car wash run fairly smoothly, however for the money I spend each month for the interior cleaning package attention to detail and a genuine clean feeling is lacking in this area, even after mentioning it to them on multiple occasions. Especially during these times I feel this should be a high priority for the Delta Sonic team!

Canceled my subscription of car washes and months later i have been calling and battling delta sonic and my bank to remove the charges every month since my car was sold and sticker was left on the car . So frustrating

Stopped at this location to get gas and a car wash. Its difficult to get to the car was attendant from the last couple gas pumps there just is not enough room maneuver to them. The car was was out of suds and the signs and opener was delayed.

This is my favorite place to get my car washed in the area. My car tends to get very dirty on the back of it but the folks here always provide extra attention to those dirty spots. They also seem to hire lots of friendly people here

Gillian was the best employee to clean my car there. I’ve been getting my car washed there for a while now, but she’s is an expert at doing her job. She does an outstanding job at cleaning my car while keeping her positivity.

I love the program that they have, I was very, very fortunate to get in on the unlimited car was~ super kiss 💋 when it first came out. I locked in that price, and am planning on keeping it! It helps me, especially with my budget I am on, due to being disabled! I get the discount for gas, and of course I get my oil changed too❣️😇

This is the only Delta Sonic I will go to. I have never had a bad experience with this location. Yku can always count on great customer service and fast service even when the car wash is super busy! The only thing I wish was that they had a detail shop, but with this small location I dont see that even a possibility. But the small location is why I continue to go here, you feel more like your part of the family instead of just another car getting washed. Keep up the great service!!

The last two times I’ve gotten a car wash there I still had dirt on my vehicle. I don’t do anything other than daily driving so it’s puzzling why I can’t seem to get a good wash. I went through twice last time and it didn’t matter. I had my vehicle dried the second time and they just smeared the bug guts and dirt around, pretty disappointing. I went home and was able to hose the dirt off with my garden hose for free.

Staff are always friendly. They do a good job of cleaning my truck sometimes in awful weather. I think the unlimited wash is a good value. One beef. I use my delta sonic card to pay for my gas. But the pump always asks if I want to save money by buying a wash. It should be read by the pump that I have unlimited wash and I should automatically get the extra discount. The company gives a big gas discount to get people to sign up for unlimited then takes the discount back later on

We go to Delta Sonic all the time. I love their unlimited car wash deal. Living in area with alot of snow getting a car wash is so important to help protect against rust. This is great deal and also the staff are very friendly. We have been loyal customers for a few years now and I havent had one bad experience. Deffiently a great place.

Pkng lot very small and inefficient, waited in car wash line for ten minutes just to make it in pkng spot to go into store for a gift card. Store very small as well limited selection, staff friendly and prompt

I love this location... fast and polite..I am in and out of the wash quickly and they have the best employees.I remember one of the workers (Amberlie) she was awesome, polite and quick at her job ... I would say this is the best delta Sonic in the Greater Buffalo Area!

Do not wipe the car very well. Got home and noticed many drips and streaks. Maybe Ill stop tipping $15 a week and give it to charity.

A busy, and hopping place that has good employees. Its a small lot so it can get a little hectic/crowded. Its close to where I work so thats a plus, but they do a great job, which is what keeps me coming back.

Its a small gas station and the pumps are almost always full. The car wash moves pretty quickly.

Very clean place to get your gas with a nice little store inside. However there is not much Room to Jocky your cars around the pumps especially when Lots of people are in line getting their cars washed !

Not very happy with Delta - selling all these super car wash passes and they need to be open earlier and stay open longer, as the lines are getting way too long to get a car wash - on any given day you pull into most of them and the lines are backed up so bad you sit for 40 minutes getting a car wash - Maybe the new place building in Buffalo will give them a run for their money and they will improve their services

This location only a car wash and gas station. While that could be bad for some. It does get you in and out alot faster, compared to the big locations .

Like Disneyland, they are surrounded by other properties and cannot expand to bring themselves up to par with other Delta Sonics. Nevertheless, the layout it horrible, and their customer is always wrong attitude sucks. Get some signage up to better guide customers where to go to have their car washed.

It was a carwash. Oh, realized they double charged me and I think they did it more than once! Make sure when you go to the booth the dont charge you again for the carwash.

The staff at this Delta Sonic were very friendly. The traffic pattern is just awful! There is nowhere for the cars to go. If you are getting gas, you are more than likely blocked by cars in the line for the car wash. This location needs to be redesigned.

Hard to get in and out of. And after your car gets washed chances are because of the road getting potholes in front of the drying area, you mess up the fresh wash.
