I needed a better vehicle for my disabled husband. I checked out Morries online and found a 2013 Ford Explorer. It took a bit of work (literally), to get it. It needed a new transmission, new door handles on the back doors. Finally 2 weeks later they delivered it to my house for me. I LOVE THIS TRUCK! I will definitely buy from Morries Buffalo Ford again. Great team they have. Thanks Dan for all your amazing help.

It’s not often you can say you had a truly great experience buying a car but in this case I can! I live in NJ and was buying a used car for my daughter who recently graduated from college and moved to St. Paul. We found a car listed on line and contacted the dealership about it. They brought the car out to her to test drive and gave her rides the next couple of times she had to get to the dealership. There was no fooling around with the price or trying to add things on top. Everything was straightforward and easy. It was such a relief since I wasn’t there with her. I’d highly recommended this dealership and salesman, Pete! Thank you!

Morrie’s Buffalo Ford is by far one of the best experiences we have had buying a new vehicle! Starting from our first call regarding a vehicle we were interested in to leaving the lot with a new truck. Our salesperson SaraBeth was outstanding (highly recommend) the management and the financial guy Aaron could’ve been any nicer or knowledgeable in all they did for us. Ive always had my car serviced at a Ford dealership, but this was the first time at Morriss Ford in Buffalo and I am super impressed. Not only was the price reasonable but the staff was amazing and I love the Tru videos they send you discussing what the issue is. It really gives you a sense of security.. This week I changed vehicles, from an old SUV to a much newer SUV with a whole lot less miles on it. Car buying is way down on my list of fun things to do, so I dont do it often. I was so pleasantly surprised by the care, consideration, and flexibility of the team at Morries Buffalo Ford! Tried to test drive the car a couple times. Was told it was in the shop getting worked on...it wasnt...the salesman I had talked to had his day off on the days I could make it down to Buffalo. After making two, two hour trips I was finally able to test drive the car. I tried to negotiate on price. Sales manager told me they do not negotiate and the website says so. I told him I found the car on Cars.com and no one mentioned nonnegotiating. He was rude and offered me $200 off the price and a 2nd fob. I stupidly bought the car, but I should have walked out as soon as he started to talk to me. Was sold an extended warranty which I needed because this car has been having issues. The guy who sold me the extended warranty told me that I could have the car worked on at Morries. This was not case. I confirmed with 3 people an appointment for my car, all those people knew what car I was bringing in. Made the two hour drive to Morries to have it serviced only to be told they could not work on it. I will never buy from this place again. Definitely buyer beware if you are a single mother new to the car buying world.

I bought my Ford fusion brand new in 2017 from Morries Minnetonka. I traded it in at Morries Buffalo a week ago. I called them ahead of time to make sure they had the vehicles I was interested in, a Ford Explorer. When I arrived Mike S had both vehicles sitting out front running so that they would be cool inside. Mike, the salesman, was amazing and very patient. I test drove both vehicles and then drove one of them again. Well I was test driving They evaluated my car and got trade in information. It was late Friday night and so I told them I would come back in the morning to purchase the Explorer as I did not want to keep them any later, since it was already after closing time. Mike said he didnt mind but if I wanted to come in Saturday to finish the deal he would make sure I was taken care of since that was his day off. Saturday I looked at an SUV at a different dealership and I had absolutely horrible service and ended up leaving. I then got a phone call from Buffalo saying the paperwork was ready if I would like to come in and I told them I would be there. When I walked in they recognized me from the night before and had all the paperwork and the Explorer pulled inside. The financing was quick and easy. They gave me a very fair trade for my fusion and programmed my new car to my phone and got it all set up for me before leaving. They ran the Explorer through the car wash and detailed quick one more time before I took it home. I ordered WeatherTech floor mats and I went back to pick them up today. Mike immediately recognized me and called me by name when I walked in. Nicole, from the parts desk also recognized me immediately. I was borrowing a friends car today and they noticed it was really dirty and offered to run it through the car wash for me.I cannot say enough good things about Morries in Buffalo. Not only are the sales people incredibly friendly and helpful they are very knowledgeable and patient and are not pushy at all. They take their time with you And make sure you are getting what is best for you at the best price. The financing people are also amazing along with every other office person. As soon as you walk in the door you are always greeted and they always recognize you.I have bought one other vehicle from Morries in Buffalo, It was a used RAM in 2018. They also recognized me from that transaction and I had the exact same experience back then.I will never buy a vehicle from anybody else. The service you get is worth it.

We purchased a newer, under 30,000 miles, vehicle at the end of February 2021, 6 days later while driving to Colorado Springs, we noticed a severe noise so took it to a dealership immediately upon arrival. The vehicle needed a complete rear axle replacement and when we called back to Morries from the dealership in Colorado, they informed us, in a text message, there was nothing they could do for us. The repair work was completely covered under warranty, but we were 1000 miles away from home. We sent 2 emails to the General Manager at Morries and received no response. When we received an auto generated email from the salesperson, a month later about how much did we love our vehicle, we replied that we still did not have it back - it was still in Colorado. She replied she felt bad, but still no response after that. We were very disappointed with the lack of after-the-sale customer service, there was none.Clearly from the response, you didnt read that we didnt have our vehicle back for over a month. We had to rent a car to return home and then take one of our other vehicles out to Colorado, a month later, to retrieve the Lincoln we had purchased from Morries, it wasnt a Ford. Empathy would have been nice when we were in the situation, we had none and no return emails or calls from the GM. We came to your dealership, had called ahead to look at 2 specific vehicles, one of which we purchased, with cash - no financing, and then a week later were stranded, 1000 miles from home and there was nothing Morries could/would do. Thats what we heard. We have a lot of vehicle buying years left and we wont be buying any at Morries. Again, we were so disappointed.

Our salesperson Dan was exceptional. If he were the only person in the process I would easily have given this company a 5 star review. He had us sold on the car, treated us with dignity and respect and made it a great buying experience. Once we entered into financing and an interaction with a manager the experience drastically went down hill. The manager was rude, standoff-ish and just about killed the experience. The financial person wanted to argue with us rather than make things work having been pre approved from another institution. We walked away with a car that we like but a bad taste from the secondary parts of the experience. Would recommend Dan in a heartbeat.Update- July 19,2021. We had to call a manager to get the parts installed. I got the run-around to even get a phone call back on parts. They installed the pieces and broke the bracketing, and then left it that way. I would never recommend this company. It was a horrible experience after we purchased the vehicle. Poor customer service, poor care, and not willing to do the work correctly. I had to do all the chasing to have them return calls, fix the problem and now back to square one with chasing them down to fix the problem.

My husband’s employer offers different “perks” and one of them is while purchasing a vehicle so we completed the form expressing interest in purchasing a new vehicle through his employer. The next few days my phone and email flooding with different dealerships reaching out to get additional information from me. Mike was one of the first emails I received from Ford Morrie’s. Mike asked me questions about what I needed/wanted in a vehicle. I sent him an email back with what I wanted and Mike informed me that he didn’t have a vehicle on his lot with those exact features/color but instead of leaving me to hang he went out of his way to get exactly what I wanted from a different dealership. Mike wasn’t pushy and I at no point felt uncomfortable. I also appreciate that he trusted me as much as I trusted him because he literally went out of his way to get this vehicle for me.I would also be doing a disservice if I didn’t give Rob in finance a shout out. Rob was like the icing on the cake. I felt like he was on my side through it all. Initially we didn’t get the response we wanted but he was able to make some calls and get it done. After a great truck buying experience back in 2018, I now have nothing good to say about them. Back in the spring I had contacted them about placing an order for a 2022 Superduty. I didnt end up making my mind until July on what I wanted. I stopped in there one Saturday and spoke to a useless sales guy who insisted that no one will see a 2022 Superduty until at least January. I told him Ive seen then on youtube and Instagram with people driving them and showing off the new 12 screen. He insisted that theyre demo trucks, even though he was 100% wrong. Its mid August, and 2022 Superdutys are in transit to dealers with some customers already taking delivery. Morries Buffalo Ford sales department need to get their act together and dont say things that they cant back up with facts. Most of them have literally no product knowledge of what they sell. Save yourself money and hassle and go to New Prague or Apple Ford in Shakopee.

Morries Buffalo Ford will not get another dime from me.I leased an F150 for 3 years, then purchased it. Before purchasing, I asked to have their service department go over the truck to make sure everything was ok. Was told that as long as I had it in for all scheduled maintenance checks and nothing was wrong, it didnt need to be looked at. Took it in for an oil change a week later and was told the front struts were leaking and needed to be fixed. When purchasing the truck I added a warranty that cost over $4000.00. Come to find out, the people in their Quick Lane department dont know what they are talking about, you would think if they are doing your inspections, they would know what the parts of the truck are called. They arent struts, they are shocks and shocks arent covered under the warranty. Now I have to pay $1000.00 out of pocket. I called in to talk to Wade Carlson, because he is the one that said it didnt need to be looked at, as long as I had brought it in for the scheduled maintenance checks. All he wanted to know, was who in the Quick Lane told me it was the struts, so that this kind of misinformation didnt happen again. I asked about them fixing it, being I had asked before purchasing it, to have their service department to go over it and was told it didnt need to be. Then was told it was my expense to cover. Lundeen Ford in Annandale will be getting my business from now on.

Called and made an appt for a simple brake job on my FORD E450, 24 Mini motor home. They said no problem bring it in tomorrow. I saw the service manager and the FORD technician outside looking at it scratching there heads. I said, is there a problem? They said well, we are just trying to figure out how to do this. I drove my RV 45 minutes to get this done because they had good google reviews.I left after they said they are really not set up to do brake jobs.If I could give 0 stars i would. What a waste of my time and fuel.

Nice place. Sales staff very friendly, but they are trying to make a sale so Id expect that. Not the most honest place.Bought a used car. Salesman argued a little about fluids not needing to be changed, but we liked the car so we bought it.Got it home and found out that used parts were put in and has a small leak from those used parts. No warranty of course.I dont put the whole blame on him, the shop that checks vehicles out before they are sold should have noted this or fixed it before being sold.

Well, It’s been a strange year with COVID and my search for buying an F-150 was no less strange. It began in Florida and ended in Minnesota. It was not easy to locate the truck I wanted. Due to low inventory and a computer chip shortage I expanded my search nationwide. I probably spoke to 20-30 different salesman. All of the salesman asked me the same things. What engine, what colors, what features… But one phone call, not a salesman but a salesperson, stood out from the rest. It was a nice young woman probably in her late 20’s. She didn’t ask me at first what features I wanted. She asked me why I wanted the truck? I was initially slightly annoyed. However, after a brief time I actually realized that she was really trying to help me by getting to understand what I was actually going to use the truck for. After a few calls back and forth I realized she was really helping and offered very competitive pricing. Her name is SaraBeth. Morries Ford in Buffalo, MN. She arranged to have my vehicle shipped to Florida For $300 and even with that it was much less than the other dealers in Florida and the Southeast! If ai could give 0 stars I would. I have a 4 year old fusion purchased from a dealership in Apple Valley. Moved out here a while back. Had car troubles. Not only did it take them over 8 hours to diagnose my car, but they gave a super hard time trying to convince I didnt have an extended warranty, which I do, then told me the warranty is good due to me doing my own oils changes. Im having my car towed all the way to apple valley now where the service manager has reassured me if the warranty is void they are going to work out the costs to cover it through ford since the vehicle doesnt even have 100k miles

Terrible customer service from the shop. Left 5 messages over 3 days and nobody EVER called me back. My car was supposed to be done on Friday and I couldn’t reach anyone. They kept my car until Monday afternoon. I need a car! They finally gave me a loner after I contacted Morries Subaru on Saturday.

First and foremost, I want to say how absolutely WONDERFUL Glenn at Morries Buffalo Ford is!! He made my recent experience in purchasing a used vehicle a great one. I feel bad saying what I am about to say because I do not want this to take anything away from Glenn and how great he is.There is more to this story, though. I had originally requested more information on the used vehicle I was interested in online. Within minutes, I received a call and email from Glenn providing more information on the vehicle including a personalized video showing the vehicle inside and out. He knew that I lived out of town so he provided his hours for the next several days. Glenn was able to quickly answer any additional questions I had so Id decided to make the three-hour drive to see the vehicle and meet with Glenn. The car and Glenn were great. When I was sent back to work with Rob in finance, everything went downhill. Rob was incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional. We couldnt get the numbers to be where I wanted them to be - and I certainly understand this. Rob said that I shouldnt be purchasing a car if I wouldnt be able to afford any repairs that could come up. Which could very well be true but also isnt his concern other than the fact he is wanting to sell warranties. He continued to mumble comments under his breath and then when Id ask, what did you say? he would respond with oh, Im not even going to say it. At one point he rolled back in his chair, put his hands up and said, I dont know what you want me to do! Which, again, I get to a certain extent. Rob continued to say that he has been a banker at Morries for four years so I am sure hoping that, in that time, I am the only one who had this experience. I probably would have still done the deal that day had it not been for Rob being as rude as he was. And, no, I was not just upset because the numbers werent where I was wanting them to be.Ultimately, I ended up leaving the dealership that day. Disgusted. Glenn apologized when I left and also followed up via text that day. I was so disappointed - mostly because I still wanted to work with Glenn. Over the next couple of weeks, Glenn continued to keep in touch but was not pushy. I was able to finalize financing with my bank (they were closed on the Saturday afternoon I had originally gone to Morries) and was ready to purchase the vehicle.I returned to Morries and everything went great. Glenn continued to be exceptional and I was able to meet with a different finance person for signatures, etc.Glenn was so great throughout my car-buying process. He was transparent and patient. Not once did he make me feel like my sale was unimportant or like I was a waste of his time with my relatively-inexpensive, used vehicle. Thank you, Glenn, and I will recommend YOU to anyone!

We bought a 2011 Edge. At 109,000 the 3.5 L 6 cylinder engine needs to be replaced because of a design flaw. When the water pump fails it leaks into the oil. Wrecks the engine.Morie’s said they could replace engine for $10,500.00. Or give me $1500.00 for trade in. Sweet!Beware!

I was really nervous going into a dealership where you hear horror stories about getting wrapped up into buying a car that was a pile of garbage, but morries was different. Purchased a Used Vehicle from Morrie’s Buffalo Ford. SaraBeth was my salesperson she was great followed through sent me video of car. She had car pulled up front for me had started it for test drive. She has kept in communication after the sale. I should also mention my family is immunocompromised and SaraBeth and her team including the guy who handled the paperwork were very respectful and understanding. During Covid this meant a lot felt safe. The purchase was done outside and worked out great. Work that was promised was also handled quickly and professionally. I felt there pricing was fair and had a good experience with them.
