I am currently receiving benefits under COBRA. My plan was changed as of 6/1/2021, and I was not informed about this before it happened. My premiums went up 10%, and I was not informed about this before it happened.This month (8/2021) i have received invoices with conflicting balances. I paid the higher balance on 8/12, and as of 8/23 it has not posted to the customer portal. I do not understand why it takes so long for ESC to process a check. I emailed ESC on 8/18, and after having received an initial response to look into it, I have heard nothing.I have tried to leave a message about this directly with ESC (Contact Us), but it times out.

I worked here for two weeks. I witnessed poor leadership and poor treatment of employees. Poor working conditions including remaining open for business and keeping employees on-site for a full day while the building had no water due to a water main break. We were told to use nearby public restrooms. I would not recommend starting a career at this company. There are far better organizations to work for.

Potential data breach or not. Dont mess with peoples paychecks.Worst payroll and Human Resource company ever. Also kinda weird how myself and 2 other coworkers have had compromised ssn issue a month before this breach
