Got a call from this agency and asked if they could send me a copy of the debt that they called about and the guy went off the rails. Saying that I should know how much debt I have and keep track of my bills. I told him that if he couldnt provided me with supportive documentation to prove the validity of the bill I would research and see if it was indeed an accurate bill. He began to shout at me and I refused to deal with his arrogance so I hung up. I have not had experience with collection services but these folks have some balls.

I called to ask a simple question and the level of deception and secrecy was ridiculous...meanwhile asking me for all of my personal information. If you see this charge beware. I am curious what they are hiding!
