My customer wanted us to improve on our product packaging. A small task for most companies and manufacturers, but a long process for me. As a small producer with no design experience or knowledge of how anything worked, I randomly call custom box printers throughout the country and even some local printers that a few business associates recommended and was extremely fortunately to find The PaperWorker or Colad Group to print my product box.The customer service representative answer most of my question and suggested a box that would worked well for what I needed. They provided me with a free quote and template (which most box printers wanted me to either sign a purchase order for prior to providing such template)After finalizing a design for my box, the finish product came 2 weeks later and my customer and I are very happy with the final product. The Paper Worker prices was not the cheapest quote I got but definitely was competitive.

Terrible customer service. No package tracking provided. Currently waiting for a package delivery that is 4 days later than promised with no customer service response
