I was skeptical initially with my usage for Dragon medical one subscription. But over time, it has become very easy and helpful in saving time on writing my customized patient notes. The software is very accurate and has minimal errors in vocabulary. One can pronounce words in your own accent and add it to dictionary. So it gets very simplified and efficient with use. I am happy with my purchase and would highly recommend other practitioners who wants to save time dictating rather than physically writing notes.

Services provided were timely, professional and super accommodating. We worked with Jordan on a trial period, he was able to get us up and running and trying the software right away. He was there to answer all our questions via email or phone and made our decision making very easy. The office installation was smooth and very straight forward. The training was helpful. The software has so many functions. It really will be saving a lot of time in the office. I highly recommend this company!

I was guided through the process of installation and follow-up coaching with the trial product and the full version with the BRED Agency. It was a fairly easy decision because they were interested in how the product worked for my business and did not attempt to sway that decision either way. I enjoyed working with them and the communication they had with me during and after the trial and purchase.

Customer service was excellent, even in off hours. And as a doctor, having support accessible during non-patient hours (after 5pm) is vital as thats when we finally get the chance to sit down and complete administrative work.As far as Dragon Dictation, with Nuance, I’m still getting the hang of it. But I can guarantee it will save me 4x what I paid for now that I dictate all my notes instead of having assistants stumble through them. My Dragon Medical works with almost any program that I am using. If I were typing it would be the same but it makes it so much easier that all I have to do is dictate and once the program has learned your idiosyncrasies and the way that you speak and pronunciation and punctuate I am able to do patients notes in Eagle soft, emails, any kind of fill in the blank stuff that takes more than fill in the blank and it is seamless so I am a very happy customer I have it in both offices you for doing patient notes, emails, and any other letters and so forth works great for me
