I cant say enough great things about David, Daniel, and Emily..I reached out to them about having all my groomsman come for a wet-shave on the day of my wedding. They couldnt have been more excited and promptly made arrangements to handle all 9 of us, back to back 3 at a time. They were welcoming and very excited to have us there.None of us had ever had a straight razor wet shave and were a little unsure about it, but they set us at ease and explained everything as they went through it and made it very warm and relaxing experience for all of us.The vibe of the place along with the music was very well thought out and felt very genuine, making you feel so welcome that you want to hang out for the day.David personally took care of me, giving me the most attention and even cut and styled my hair for the big day at no charge. I looked amazing and got many compliments on my hair.My only negative or complaint is that I dont live in Buffalo, otherwise Id make this monthly experience.To change up your regular experience or if you have a wedding party I doubt you can find a better experience than Crocket & Co.Dont hesitate to try them out, you wont be disappointed!

Place is so clean. All the Barbers are friendly not just the one who cuts your hair. All of them welcome you in and say see you later when we leave. So clean. Nice, comfortable environment. I have about 10+ Barber shops near me but I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go here. Nobody outside loitering. No men stalking you with their eyes because thats the worst part for me when I have taken my son to these other shops. Very professional. They are ready when you show up to your appointment. Keep you coming back and they fallow Covid guidelines.

I’ve gotten my haircut here twice now and this will be my regular barber. Dan knows what he’s doing. The place has a good atmosphere, clean, looks nice, overall I was impressed. The website is easy to use and scheduling an appointment and picking the services was a nice function. I recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new barber. I moved back to Buffalo a bit over a year ago and this was a good find.

Honestly one of the best initial experiences Ive ever had at a barber shop. David took the time to talk about my hair and what I was looking for, offered suggestions and made me feel good about the cut before he even touched my head with a razor or scissors. He seemed very knowledgeable about his craft, as well as products to use. I felt like my cut and experience was very personal, and didnt feel like just another cut. I cant wait to go back for another cut, and would recommend this shop to everyone.

Bad for beards. Did not listen to what I wanted and ruined it. I went in for a beard trim and said I only wanted it touched up around the bottom and the sideburns. I have been growing my beard for over a year. The barber started buzzing a line on my cheek (between my nose and sideburns) that I did not want and was not there previously as I had purposefully let those hairs grow and not shaved anywhere on my face above my jawline in the last 16 months. There was no stubble or indication that I had previously been shaping my beard there or that I wanted that when I sat down. Even if I did want that, I would not have put it as low. Extremely disappointed with not asking any questions about my cheek before he just started buzzing it. I will be shaving my beard and starting over after 16 months. It’s nice inside and people are friendly but you can’t fix this mistake once you make it.

Ive been multiple times now. I just moved here from Texas and have been going around to different barbershops. I am glad to say I have found my regular spot. Joe just moved here so he has great availability, plus hes an awesome barber. easily given me the best haircuts I have ever gotten. The staff is very interactive with each other and the clients all at the same time! Truly an awesome experience.

I have been going to this Barber shop for six or so months and Joe cuts my hair. I overall never had a bad experience. The cleanliness and professionalism is better than any shop that ive been to thus far. Ive been searching for a great place to get my haircuts and Crocket and Co is it.

Great friendly staff who most importantly give a great haircut, no matter who you go to. Just been going regularly for a few months now, but will continue to be my go to place for sure. I like to make my appointment after noon so I dont feel bad about having that drink. I never review places but this place is the bees knees wrapped inside cats pajamas

Dave, Joe, Dan have all shaved me before. I think they are a cut above the rest. I like the atmosphere, the barbers honesty and professional laid back chill approach. Ill be back every month for a trim or a shave because I think Crockett & Co is a cut above the rest.

Nothing special except picture on the wall and free drink. I wasn’t offered a shampoo after haircut. Also I have doubts if their tools were sanitized, as I got rush on my neck after visiting.I would rate 2 stars, but they have AWESOME atmosphere and people work there. Didn’t meet my expectations. But it’s probably my fault to set them too high.

Its a recreation of the barbershop of my early childhood, with some unexpected perks like fresh coffee or a manhattan. The vibe is comfortable, cool and tolerant of everyone. Says so on the board. Love that. Had a great experience on my first visit, and a got a really great cut. Ill be back.

David and his crew of stylists are all top notch. From haircuts to shaves you just can’t go wrong. Combine that with their welcoming atmosphere and Crockett & Co has become my go to barber.

Dans the man. Expect to get what you pay for. Sure great clips is $8, and Crockett is closer to $30, but I find the experience to be worth it. SquareUp makes scheduling easy, and though Ive always trusted Dan as my follicular expert, the other barbers are pleasant and seem to be great at cutting as well. I have nothing negative to say about this place, and I encourage you to splurge on a haircut and see the difference.

Sweet spot. Passing through Buffalo on a road trip and got a little wooly so I stopped and had a buzz and beard trim with David. From the online booking to the space to the service to the rocking chair outside while waiting for my ride it was an excellent experience. These folks know what they are doing, especially when it comes to beards.

I followed my barber Gina over from another shop. Things happen for a reason because this shop is an experience not just a haircut. I absolutely love the shop. No attention to detail was missed all the way down to the lovely light aromatic fragrance in the hot towels!!. Barbering has come a long way. I recommend this shop to everyone.

Where do I start? Daniel was a horrible experience. He gave me the worse haircut of my life. Happy hats were created because I dont know what I would do if it wasn’t. Now I have a Vampires peak (lets go trick or treating!) as an edge up that i never had and a taper that cant be seen with my hair being different lengths. I had to get touched up by Joe which you can tell hes very good at his job but tried his hardest to fix this horrible experience. I just wish that there website would show the barbers work (now I know why they dont) Just because it gives there customers at least a little peace of mind and not have an experience that I had. I will go back BUT definitely getting a haircut from Joe!
