Absolutely amazing and brought back my family

The guy i talked to was very helpful even though he wasnt able to get my family member out, he was helpful in pointing me in the right direction on how to do things!!

Steve, and his co-associate Cal answered my call late at night, informed me of every step to take per each situation. As well as made everything happen in a timely fashion when it came to helping my family. Top knotch.

He never returned my call after me sending him the info he requested i called him he said to give him 45 minutes. He again didnt call 2 hours later i call him back and he states he has booked a room in anothwr part of the state and wont be back til tomorrow... He could have said he wasnt in town and wouldnt be avalible

My experience was not good with Amherst in particular the assistant Cherrice Akins. I was not a local bond so the manager sent his assistant Cherrice Akins. Upon her not being able to bond out my loved one she became very nasty and condescending saying I wasted her time and she never should have came. Mind you her job is to deal with the courts and know what is being required for a bond not mine.I did my job which was provide the inmates information,pay for the bond,and provide all necessary paperwork. When I did reach out to her during the waiting process she was acted annoyed that I had contacted her for an update.To make it even worse she told me to meet her at an exit where two main intersections connected to return the money I paid for the bond. She was not able to tell me which exit and tried giving me longitude and latitude coordinates which I know nothing about. I was not able to locate her with such little help from her so she nastily told me i was wasting her time and she would put my money in a western union and hung up on me. This woman was extremely unprofessional to the extent I felt I needed to leave a review which I absolutely NEVER EVER do. I cant not bad mouth the manager of Amherst the man was very polite, professional and efficient. I can not say so much for Cherrice Akins.Just because she was unable to secure the bond gave her no right to treat me in the unprofessional manner that she did.Save yourself the headache and make sure you dont have to deal with her.It also delayed the bond processs for my loved one which she showed no compassion or concern for.I had chase her and my money down and restart the process with a different bail bondsman. She was so thirsty for the bond money she didnt pay attention to detail while speaking to the court prior to coming.As result she showed up and the court would not accept her bonds. Just wanted to share this before I throw her business card in the trash and cant remember her name.
