Great group of people. They are so honest its unbelievable. As I was standing there in the waiting area I was chatting with another patron for probably 45 minutes. An employee walks back and says that hes been testing this gentlemens car for nearly an hour and cannot replicate the issue. He then said looks like Im not getting any money out of you today. And sure enough, they didnt charge the guy!As far as myself - they took great care of me and offered great pricing. The owner is nice to talk to also.Will continue coming back!

If there were most stars that I could give to this fine establishment, I would. So in a matter of 3 weeks, I took my car to another shop 3 times regarding a power steering issue. They charged me over 900 dollars to fix my car and after the 3rd time of them not fixing it, I decided to take my car to Vics. Chris immediately addressed all of my concerns and was very sympathetic to my plight. He corrected everything that was wrong in such a fast, professional, and accomodating matter. I was so taken aback at how wonderful the service was that I couldnt possibly thank them more. I will be taking my vrichle to this shop from now on. Thank you Vics for being so amazing and making me one happy person!!!!

I came from Rochester NY and took a the truck to vics for a evaluation as to see if there were any problems I before purchased the truck. Chris the owner looked the truck over and put it on the lift and took it for test drive and then told us what was wrong with the truck which would have of cost us thousands to fix. What a great garage to have check out your vehicle. Here comes the best part after all the time chris put in I asked what was the amount we owe for his time and expertise and he said we owe him nothing and was just glad to help. I was shocked and and offered him cash but he wouldnt take anything. I finally convinced him to take a 20 for coffee for the guys and he just laughed and said ok. What a great honest guy .We could use more men like this in our country.Chet

These guys are great! We have been taking our cars there for years. Chris has a really great group of guys there. They work hard and the job is always done right, in a timely manner, and at a fair price! Also have recommended them to everyone and they also stay with Vics. They are that good!

Hands down the best mechanic around and genuine company. I can confidently drop off my car and say “whatever is wrong, fix it” and they will at an extremely reasonable rate. I never have to question if the work was done correctly nor do I have to worry about being ripped off or having work done which didn’t need to be done. I’ve been going there for over a decade and I won’t go anywhere else.

Every car Ive owned has been repaired by the guys at Vics, and before that my parents (and uncles) cars. Weve been customers for close to 20 years. I trust them completely!!! Theyre always honest, thorough and take the time to explain the mechanical things. They do quality work for super reasonable prices (quite frankly they are worth more than they charge and the few times Ive had to use other mechanics they did shoddy work for twice the cost). I have always recommended them to friends. These guys are very knowledgeable, dont pressure you to fix things that dont need it, and give you repairs that last. A++

I went and got many quotes from a few garages around town some of the guys i delt with acted like i was a dumb blonde female and tried to take advantage of that. I finally ended up at vics auto service who treated me professionally and explained every detail that needed to be done and it ended costing me half of what the other garages quoted. I would suggest if you need work done to go right to vics auto they are very professional and explain every detail to you.

My mom got her van towed here after her defective starter from NaPa went. She got it switched out picked it up and her engine light turned on. We brought it back he cleared it and it should be fine now.

I have had really bad people work on my car and take my money and leave me still with a broken car, But all of that has changed since I started going to Vics, I know Im a lot to deal with hahahaha but in these hard times sometimes what you have is all you have to keep you a float and this shop is REAL .. professional and not out to rip you off to keep you coming back... Especially not me hahahahha... But when I call they always put me first and take care of me. And Im very very thankful
