My family and myself have been frequenting Purtills auto service center. We have been looking for a reliable service center for some time now. We were always disappointed and frequenting overcharged. But since we began taking our vehicles to Purtills that has all changed. We not only bring all our vehicles there regularly now. But we also happily recommend them to our friends and family. Weather it be a NYS inspection or a oil change and tire rotation. Brake job or larger engine repair. The results have always been the same. Good quality workmanship. Very affordable prices and prompt turnaround. Dont usually take the time to write reviews. But I felt it absolutely necessary to let it be known. This is the best place in town for you and your families needs.

My families local mechanic, havent had any problems he couldnt fix. Andy is a very nice man and a great mechanic.

I came to this place because it was recommended by a friend. But when I walked in and was asking about service work for my car the person at the counter just kept chewing his gum, looking out the window. Then asked me to pick a day the following week to come in, so I did, continued to chew his gum looking out the window.... I didnt even know what to say. Finally he said what time I said after 2 because I had to work and he said that was to late in the day, then he walked away and didnt say anything, so I just walked out. I dont know how these people run business but first of all when someone walkes in especially if they could be business, you treat them with respect. You talk to them. You LOOK AT THEM AND TALK TO THEM. YOU CONTINUE CONVERSATION. You ask what the problem is going on with the vehicle. Giving that customer some idea of something!!! You dont treat them as if they dont exist and just chomp on your gum!!! So I took my SUV elsewhere and gave them my money and my Respect!!!

Reasonable prices as well as mechanic service.

Rude service. The gas alone is bad quality for cars. They overprice the service for the cars and dont fix them to the full potential
