The customer service is unparalleled! They are prompt, efficient, and pay claims without any hassle and very quickly. Maybe pricier than some cut rate insurers, but hey, you get what you pay for, right. As far as the office, the staff go out of their way to address and follow up on any concerns you have, something which is becoming a rarity these days!
