Just picked up my plates

I sold a car to them last year, it had a clean title and I gave them all the paperwork. Then several months later they call wanting to use my information to acquire another title for the vehicle because they claim they filled out the title wrong. A new title was supposed to come to my address and I would again sign it and forward it. Never happened, not sure what they did, I called to find out what was going on no one called back. Now 6 months later they want to pull the same title switch, nope. Sounds wrong. When DMV re-opens Ill flag my old car and name to make sure duplicates arent being created as part of a scam.

For the most part staff are pretty friendly they can seem a bit pushy especially when theyre busy but they will always take care of business. This place is not for the public
