We were saying that every time we let our dog outside that all he did was dig right along the foundation along the backside of our house. We couldnt figure out what it was that she was going after, and were about to punish her for being so crazy, when we realize that there was a family of squirrels that had gotten underneath our house and were living where the dog was trying to dig at.While we werent really troubled that much by the squirrels living there, we also realized that if we didnt do something about this soon our dog was not going to leave that spot alone and we didnt want a huge hole right along the foundation. We needed to do something but didnt really want to hurt the squirrels. My mother-in-law are recommended this service because she had had great results with them humanely removing animals before. We gave them a call and Becky came out. She not only was able to safely acquire the squirrels and move them to a location where they would be able to thrive and live, but she also did some cosmetic work around the foundation that she said would keep the squirrels away so that no others would come back. That was a nice touch. Becky was very professional and sweet. She seemed to really care about those squirrels and wanted to ensure that they werent harmed in any way. She was really something special for sure if we need a service like this again we will definitely call Becky because she was amazing.
The kids were ecstatic when they realized we had a couple of squirrels hanging around our bird feeder, and they’d rush to the window most afternoons to watch them swinging around doing squirrel acrobatics to get to the bird feed. At first, we didnt mind the critters being there, but it soon became apparent that we had a squirrel problem, not just one or two squirrels being cute in the backyard. The squirrels were living either in our attic or in our roof, and for weeks I couldnt find the things up there. I could smell them, though. There was a musky stench up there that could only come from an animal like that.I eventually admitted defeat and called in this wildlife company, who, thankfully, sorted things out pretty quickly. The squirrels are gone and we now have a new bird feeder. The kids are a bit sad, but content enough to watch the birds for now.
The receptionist was great, she got me a fast appointment. The technician that came out was great and very polite. The inspection showed that I had bats living in my attic. They remove the bats in a week, which is a little longer than I liked.
Worst experience every...they NEVER called me back nor came by to remove anything. I was petrified and had to do it myself!
