12/18/19 update still very recommended. Friendly and professional staff.Absolutely fantastic first time.. picked me up right from my truck.. and called when I got back and with in a few minutes they were there to take me back to my truck..very professional and informative. Ill definitely use this parking again.. very recommended 👍👍

Terrible service! Waited over 30 minutes for a mini van (which was their shuttle) to pick up from terminal.Felt bad for the older couple who had to squeeze in and sit around bags. So I Called multiple times for pick up and the response was we be there in 6 minutes. Asked for a discount for our inconvenience and they wanted nothing to do with it. I would recommend parking with one of the other lots - I saw a bunch of them running a normal shuttle.

Good place to park, safe 24 hr security cheaper if you go through sites like WAYS they will shuttle you to and from airport..

The lot was full when we got there so the guy offered us valet parking at no extra charge. Not problem there, although it took about 5 minutes to resolve it. Went to pull out in their bus, another car pulls up, same thing. 5 minutes. They get on the bus, then a third car, another 5 minutes. Luckily we were in no hurry. Upon return, stood at the platform while the bus passes us by. Called the number, he told us we were standing in the wrong place, which we were not. Had to wait another 10 minutes (they have only one bus). On the way back on the bus, the lot attendant insisted that he did not have keys for our car, even after we explained the situation when we arrived a week before. This was close to midnight, after a very long day of travel and we still had a two hour drive back home to look forward to. We arrive at the lot, only to see our car idling nicely near the gate! So, two lot attendants, who have no idea what the other is doing? NEVER AGAIN.

Staff were very helpful, after I figured out how to get to them, it was a piece of cake. Reminder that you MUST go to the designated area in airport for pick up..it is not center, further down and call the shuttle to be picked up. The shuttle is on call basis. Nice helpful driver. Car was safe, secure and much cheaper and closer than anywhere else that I could find.

My go to spot for Buffalo Airport Parking. Staff is always friendly and helpful no matter the time of year, day, or night, or how bad the weather is. Service is always quick and the shuttle is always prompt, most times waiting for me

Update: As of June 2018 this is under new management.My experience is with the old management..seek newer reviews.Seeing the other reviews about a delay, i phoned when I deplaned. I experienced only moderate delay on a pickup at the same time that another couple was going to the Days Inn. This was for a 00:40 flight in. The pickup location is close to the east end beyond the taxi stand. They only run one van at night because the volume is lower.I would suggest people call prior to getting on their flight to Buffalo to let them know when the arrival is so that they can swing by a few minutes afterwards so that people have a chance to get their checked luggage.

Quite possibly the worst parking experience Ive ever had. Dropoff was fine; we were at the airport in about 10 minutes. When we returned, in 15 degree weather, we waited 25 minutes outside the airport for the shuttle to travel 1/2 a mile. During our wait, Spot airport parking picked up 2 loads of passengers and at least 7 Buffalo airport shuttles came by. I excpected better.

Easy parking efficient pickup and cheap in price

USE A DIDFERENT LOT!!!!Had to wait at least 30 minutes for a shuttle in the freezing cold. Horribly inconsiderate and the dispatchers are clueless as to where their driveres are!

The place is very close to airport. Shuttle service is very frequent & drivers are helpful & very generous.I would recommend this place for sure.
