Never have availability. Always make excuses. One day they don’t have enough technicians, another day their air conditioner is broken, another time someone is on vacation. So unprofessional. Go elsewhere to avoid disappointment. I tried giving my business on numerous occasions.

Acrylic nails fell off in four days. Artificial nail and nail glue was applied too low, leaving little room to place acrylic on the nail above cuticle. She did a great job applying the no chip gel nail polish. I will not return.

Such a wonderful place to get your nails done! The service is wonderful, the staff are very nice and accommodating and the place is super clean! Love coming here to pamper myself! I love the movies they play when Im getting my nails done, but I especially love the warm towel they put on my hands and the amazing short shoulder massage they offer for free at the end! I absolutely love Chase Nails! Everyone is so kind, friendly and sweet. They do a wonderful job on my manicures and pedicures whether they are regular or no chip. Always very accommodating with my schedule and have great movies on everytime. I always feel like I can truly sit back and relax there. Love the all around atmosphere. They go above and beyond. They are now providing hot stone massage and hot wax with pedicures. Shoulder massage at the end is a real treat.

Not good nail polish, the nail polish chipped the next day. I understand that No Chip lasts longer but regular nail polish should last more than 1-2 days, if not then the nail polish used is old or not good. Theres also lines on the nail polish on my pedicure. I get my nails done every month at nail salons, and Ive never experienced this before.

I usually never have a problem with Chase nails, the staff is cordial but today, 8/5/18 was not a good day. Im a patient person, I came in at 10:30 am for a pedicure. There was 3 people being worked on. One lady told me its a 25 min wait, I said sure, not in a rush and I understood they were busy. 15 mins of waiting three more people came in wanting pedis, they were seated right away and worked on. I didnt say anything because I was trying to figure out if they may have another girl for me, then one lady told me to go sit in one of the pedicure chairs, still I waited 15 mins, I realize the same lady who worked on the three people, is now working on me. I didnt care about the wait, I care that I was avoided and ignored for some odd reason.

Chase Nails & Spa is our favorite place to go for a chair massage. While I get my relaxing masssage chair my wife gets her mani & pedi done. Soza, the owner, is very courteous and goes the extra mile to make her customers happy. I highly recommend this place.

Avoid this place. They charged me $10 for a natural nail polish change. I can get a full manicure for $12! I took a chance and I just dropped in. I regret it.

Clean, great service, nice nail color selection and havent had a problem getting in. Love the movies they play for customers to watch too!
