Dr. Sum is amazing. She is attentive and caring. She takes the time to listen and respond to her patients needs. If you are looking for an OBGYN, I highly recommend Dr. Sum!

Very clean environment, friendly staff and a knowledgeable doctor who made me feel comfortable during my appointment. She also answered my questions, listened to my concerns and adhered to my needs.

I knew the baby was so imminent and I had to push very soon, and they paged Dr. Sum so many times without success. This went on for some time. I helplessly lied there holding my urge to push, and I was about to give birth without the doc. Finally she showed up with messy hair with such attitude that ruined my entire labor experience. I overheard the residents saying that she slept through the page. Unbelievable. I will not return to this care center where my health and my babys health are in jeopardy.

Terrible doctor. Doesn’t listen to or care about her patients. Has absolutely no bedside manner. Not only will she directly disobey requests for care, she’ll also treat you like a bag of flour that has no feeling. 0 out of 10 would I recommend her. I liked the other doctors in her practice but had find a new practice after the terrible delivery I experienced with her.
