It was my first time here and Manager(LIZ) and associate RYAN were very HELPFUL and EFFICIENT! I was in and out in a matter of minutes which is my kind of business. The place was well stocked and kept very clean. I used to go to another FedEx store that was closer to me but this location is so so so much better! BETTER than UPS Store and USPS combined. I highly recommend this location!! Five stars for customer service!! THANK YOU!

Wouldnt give me my package because my mom has a different last name. online it clearly says. Bring a government-issued photo ID.• If your name doesn’t match the name on the package label, you’ll need the tracking number.• If the address on your ID doesn’t match the address on the label, you’ll also need to bring an alternative form of ID.You can use a utility bill or statement, health or auto insurance card, property statement from a county or citywebsite, or credit card statement. they didnt want to actualy do their job and look at my address. too bad i had the tracking number and my id on me

I came 3/22 to take a passport picture (do not ever take an important passport picture here they will mess it up). I need it for a trip in may. I did everything and US dept emailed stating my picture was not acceptable. I went back and had my debit card purchase receipt. All three employees gave me a hard time when all they had to do was go through the camera that has my picture on there. When they found my picture and took it. They blamed me that my hair was in the front of my shoulders and on the passport check list it never stated that was the reason why my picture was unaccepted. Instead of apologizing elizabeth and the other two gentleman. (The one who messed up the picture was also there but silent the entire time because he knew he messed up. It took him 8 tries the first time to take a picture which was pointless since it was wrong anyways). I asked how much to one day ship it since I need it for a trip in may and again no apology just a slap in the face telling me itll be 35-45.00. I will also submit this to BBB and FedEx corporate complaints to how unprofessional the employees at this establishment are. Everyone needs to be retrained especially the management for allowing people to handle escalations in this manner. I will never go to fedex for any reasons even if I pay quadruple with competitors.

Decent fedex office with friendly and helpful staff. There is a small workplace which can be used for packing. Masks are mandatory to enter the space now. Loved their stationary too, and they are decently priced.

Great staff and manager its super nice. Recommending everyone to visit and has less stressful shipping.

We requested for 2 fedex shipment large box package pickup. The person who picked up the package was so much in rush and took only 1 and left. We ran behind the vehicle and stopped it to pick the other one. Finally the person had taken both the package with the same labels on both. Now we received only 1 of them and lost the other package and the customer service has no tracking information of the other one. There is no system set up in place and no proper guidance by the customer service

Overall OK experience. I dont know why I need to email the copy of shipping label to their office email. They should be able to scan it. One of the two ladies had not-so-happy look on her face. Other was indifferent.A little joviality goes long way in customer service.

They have a 3D printer at this location which is a lot of fun and a good price.Theyre printing is usually on point and if somethings messed up they will redo it at no charge. Its very easy to send packages here or print something out on the fly. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Is there any process started in 2 weeks that FEDEX checkng ID card from selective customers while taking shipment? Went to the store today evening and the executive Jonathan checked ID card and ensured that I live at the same house where as he did not check the same from the other customer, I was watching from outside. Will not visit the store again.

They screwed up my shipping label!!! My package was expected to be delivered the day before mothers day, but now its arriving the day after. Now I have to spend more money to get something to my grandmother in Seattle by mothers day. FedEx, Thanks alot for missing up our mothers day.

Took my Tv to this location to ship back to the manufacturer since the display was broken. This was the first time i was visiting a fedex location and had no idea how the procedure works and what the procedures were. Upon reluctantly explaining my isse the store person probed me to understand the issue and instantly took the upper hand in facilitating the request and also clearly explained how it worked. The slip i carried emailed by my Tv provider did everything which i ustood only from the store person:) he even helped to pack the Tv since i was carrying my kid!

Good service. We get our letters printed error where are able to order online and pick up at the store with no problem.

All I wanted was a copy that I emailed to them. They made me go on the internet, spend three dollars and their printer did not work. It is only three dollars, but the way they treated me was horrible.

The place was great until the female employee came up and ruined the day with her attitude. I went elsewhere and took care of the business she couldnt take care of.

Overall got a good service. It could have been better though. Person at store was not trained to print the shipping label by scanning barcode. He spent ten mins looking for documentation on how to print it. But he figured out and learn something tonight. LOL.

Slow service and under-staffed. Always screw up shipping labels with company account info, which requires me to then fill out the old paper labels. Then, miraculously, the cost comes down on shipping to where its supposed to be for our account.
