I went through Hire Excellence as a temp for one of the companies they work with. Ive had zero issues under them and they are extremely professional and helpful when it comes down to finding a job.I was able to land a job in a wonderful place thanks to them and after 12 months of work, I landed a permanent position. I worked with Natalie, and she was always very straight forward with me. She didnt oversell or over promise. She was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Dont bother responding to the emails. They bait you in with a fake job that doesnt exist. I went in for a interview at Hire Excellence and they refused to give me the company name and info. They said if the company is still interested they would contact me. They never did. Very fishy indeed. Your better off going with the bigger and better recruiting agencies like Areotek or Aston Carter.

I have worked for Hire Excellence for over 5 years and couldnt be happier. They are the most responsive and professional recruiters and I see this everyday first hand. They have also placed several of my friends. I would highly recommend them.

Hire Excellence did get me a job, but it was a horrible experience. First, they didnt just oversell the company I went to work for (Topco). They completely lied about it. I was told Topco had the best training program they had ever seen. Their training was horrible! More importantly, the owner of the company (I cannot remember her name now) became my recruiter after my original recruiter had left. While I was at temping at Topco through Hire Excellence my then girlfriends mom died. She called me at work and I went to my Topco manager and they said I could leave and to take as much time as I needed. After I left I called Hire Excellence to tell them and the owner told me that I should leave my girlfriend and her family alone and go back to work the next day. Her family didnt need me. I couldnt believe how rude and insensitive this woman was. She didnt give a damn about me. All she cared about was the money she made off of me. Needless to say I didnt listen to her and took several days off to be with my girlfriend and her family. Topco had no problem with it. Stay far away from Hire Excellence.

Bonnie recommended me to Topco.. It ended up being a horrible job. Management like John Hoffmann and Maggie Lopez dont know how to management and are very rude. I would avoid having Bonnie as a recruiter, she is very demeaning.

Very unprofessional! had a meeting with Bonnie (very rushed) and never heard back from her. I sent her a follow up email, two weeks later and she apologized for the delay that she had been out of the office and she was waiting on a few updates, hoping to hear by the end of the week and thanks for checking in.that was 3/29 and i still havent gotten at least a response that she still has my resume and is looking.I am still at my current job of 11 years, I find it hard to believe there hasnt been anything at all that fits my resume. dont waste your time in this place.

This company will pretend they have an open position, yet they will not even have details about the company. They will have you take off work go there, thnking its an interview, but its just a way for Hirex to get you in their database, so when there might be a position down the line, they can use you. Very dishonet and selfish way of doing business
