GPS provides insight and brass honesty. It was just what we needed. In order to take your business from start-up to success, we need a ton of help getting organized. GPS helped us establish a system that could support us from the beginning. Given my inexperience in finances, they were a big help in that sector, as well. I can trust GPS with all things money and budgeting.

I had this company push and push and push their way in the door over the month of September. They did absolutely nothing for me except put me 150,000.00 in debt. I have been in business for 40 years and wanted a 2 year exit plan to retire with the sale of my business. They didnt teach me anything new. I gave them all the information for them to make their little book to give me. The best part they told me was they didnt need me, they could run the company without me. Well they got the money and they are long gone laughing all the way to the bank and I dont want this to happen to anyone else because I will not be able to retire in two years thanks to GPS and their fast talking, smooth talking pushy sales people. Please beware and do not work with this company at all. Dont let them in the door because you will not get rid of them. I was going in for surgery and they still wanted another check and a signature of satisfaction. Fat chance of that. They wrote their own letter of satisfaction with the project and wanted me to sign it. I refused and now have a lawyer looking into their tactics. Attorney General is next. Empty broken promises and disappointment. I could cry. Stay away!!!!

I would work with GPS again. Building a relationship with them was part of the process and they were wonderful to get to know. All of their consultants are friendly and personable. They get to know you and the way that you like to run your business and build off of that.

We were having issues with our financials and just organization in general. They were able to send someone over to work in our office for over 2 months. This was exactly what I needed and saved me the hassle of finding someone in a permanent position who I would just have to leg go once the issues were resolved.

Very shady experience working with the employees of this company. I was identified several weeks ago by a smooth talking person on the phone who was insistent on making an appointment for someone to come out to talk with me about improving my business. That person was Chris. Shortly after he arrived at my place of business he became pushy and was more interested in trying to convince me of how qualified he was, trying to sell me a business analysis for $2600. I tried many times to ask him questions and he was not interested in giving me legitimate answers. Just trying to hard sell me into signing an agreement to purchase a service that was not explained in detail to me. He continued to talk down to me as if I was stupid, not knowing me or my business background. After about 15 minutes, I asked to leave my place of business. As he was leaving he muttered several comments about me in front of my customers before going out the door. NOT a good experience! Several weeks later I was contacted by phone for another appointment not realizing it was the same company and Chris shows up at another location of our company. I was courteous to him to hear him out again, this time he spent the next ten minutes apologizing for his bad behavior in my store and immediately reduced the fee from $2600 to $500. I explained the issues I had with the company and he would have someonefrom Marketing and Sales meet with me the following Monday. I was told nothing else or what to expect. Monday morning Larry shows up at 7am to analyze my business. I was told a Sales and Marketing person would come and talk about all that I discussed with Chris. Larry expected me to have full financials and other items for him to go over. No one informed me ahead so I could have been prepared. I spent more than two hours with Larry only to find he didnt have what he needed. There was no communication ahead of time to have a proper productive meeting. I felt I was being put through an exercise to try to pull me into paying for more expensive services. I agreed to meet with Larry the next morning at 7:30am and he started going through his analyst. I let me know I only had about an hour as he made me very late the day before. He continued with his presentation and I had to stop him when I ran out of time. He looked stunned that I was not going to sit there for another couple of hours as he continued. I asked him if I could make another appointment next week and he said it was not possible. This was the only time allotted to speak to me. I asked him why either he or Chris didnt inform me about how long this would take? His answer was Im Bad I thought I did, but I guess I didnt. I explained I am very busy running several companies and I need like most people to be communicated with so I can plan out my time. He then said I know this isnt good business practice, but could you give me $500 you agreed to. My response, You havent finished with your analyst presentation, you apparently wont reschedule to finish, and you want me to pay for what! I then left the meeting to prepare to go to my other business. I felt I was highly pressured with these two employees of GPS to give private information, questions that were asked, many of which were not relevant to the task at hand, and emitted lack of communication with the customer as part of their sales strategy. I made a call to their Buffalo Grove, Ill office this morning to talk with someone regarding this very poor situation, only to be transferred from a live person to an answering service. Apparently, they are not interested in hearing about what their employees are doing to customer in the field. A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

We got a call from a gentleman that wanted to come and talk to me about running a business he came and scared us that we had to do this program or I’m going to jail so the next guy came out the next day he says are you serious are you committed I said yes I want my business to succeed he sees our books he brings in another wonderful person ho we got a call from a gentleman that wanted to come and talk to me about running a business he came in scaring us that we had to do this program or I’m going to jail so the next guy came out the next day he says are you serious are you committed I said yes I want my business to succeed he sees her books he brings in another wonderful person Alice she was excellent she helped in many facets of our company to understand how to run it better the man that came in pushy pushy pushy was Ives He wanted me to post 35000 worth of checks this company knew of our situation we have no cash flow so what we made at the end of the week pay payroll and left us with a little bit of extra money but pushy pushy they want check they want me to get funding so it made my bottom line have happen to come up with $18,000 a week when I normally got $10,000 a week and payroll so now they’re bankrupting my company because they want their money but they’re here to help me BS I hope if you’re reading This review will warn you about this company they’re there just to get your funding and get your extra money and not push you along

Beware!!! This company is a scam operation. Two men came out, each charging $395/hr. While one spoke the other just sat there earning $395/hr. What they told us was nothing new. They charge a retainer fee for tax advice from an attorney for nearly $6000. Realizing they were a scam operation and being able to opt out after spending $25,899.48 in one week, we asked for the retainer or at least part of it back since the tax attorney did nothing up to that point. They refused and kept nearly $32,000 for virtually no benefit to us. They soaked us for airfare, lodging, car rental and a per diem of nearly $600 in one week.
