I did not receive a service at this location.I went in with the intent of spending $150 on detailing and left with out any service. No one was behind the counter at the register and there were not options for full or express detailing at the drive up. This was a big let down.I will not be back and will attempt to find a different near by detailing service.

This is a great car wash! Friendly workers, fair prices, and always quick service! I like to get the $5 exterior wash, and $10 for basic interior cleaning.

At this place, you def get what you pay for. They are outstanding from start to finish. I LOVE!

Why is it so hard to clean the inside of car windows?

Called this place before I went to make sure they were open they never answer the phone ever! Then I decided to go there and there were no signs that they were closed and no cones up showing that they were closed so I pulled up to the lane and one of the workers motioned that they were closed by shaking his head and waving his finger. Google maps and their Facebook page said they were open.

They do a very nice job cleaning the car. The dry it after it comes out. They do a very good job on the inside for a car wash. They only thing I don’t like is that you have to pay more if you want inside cleaned. But I will continue to go here.

Was attended to rapidly at the Buffalo Grove location. Did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning the SUV, inside and outside.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - dishonest managementThey damaged my windshield and denied even though they have a camera system indicating the car was not damaged going into the wash. Take your business elsewhere.The owner and manager have zero integrity and do not deserve your business. Give your business to any of the dozen of other competitors in the area.If management has any personal integrity they will respond to this rating and repair the damage - this review will be updated according to how they react.

The place charges $5 for a basic wash but is dirty, poorly lit and charges for vacuuming. Bot worthy your money your time.

The worst service ever hands down! I went to get a car wash & detail. Honestly it was the worst experience with a car wash I have ever had. I paid $20 what included a wash, wax, and tire shine, and the wax job it ended up coming out worse then when I brought it in. On top of that the guy forgot to apply the the tire shine. What really upset me was that when I asked to speak with the manager he was very unprofessional and rude. He told me there was no refunds, however I didnt expect my money back. I just wanted my service done correctly and satisfactory as any paying customer would. Definitely dont recommend the place. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Shame on you Royal Car Wash!

These guys are the best!!They are so thorough you would think that the car they are cleaning is their own.Even if you purchase only the exterior wash, they will had dry your car right after the wash is done.Top notch service.I highly recommend!!!

Have used their services many times and am always pleased with the work that they do. They pay attention to detail, clean and dry the car thoroughly and I love the lemon scent they add when they are finished. Very reasonable prices. Give them a try if youre in the area.

I have been to Royal a number of times in the past few months and have only good things to say about their service and the end product. I have found the employees to be helpful, friendly and very through. My car looks great and that makes me a happy customer.

They did a great job on my car, although I would have liked better cleaning on the back windshield. I got the wash several weeks ago, and I can still smell the air freshener they put in! Ill definitely go back. :)

For $119 and a couple hours, my CRV which recently survived a Toddler, came back spotless. Truly looks like a new car. They even pulled the seats ensuring the hidden places were clean, and scrubbed the seats successfully removing the stains of whatever Toddler juice that might have been. That included the ceiling liner with the splashes and gunk. Very happy, and will be back again; as well as recommend for your Toddler-mobile too!

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Seriously. They made me feel like I was a homeless person without money who came to use car wash service for free. I will explain. It was my first time, I came and I had no idea how everything worked. I did not know that I should have driven all the way to the back and pay first. If I knew that I would pay for both inside and outside wash. I DO NOT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THAT. I started vacuuming my car, because I thought I was supposed to do that by myself. The guy came, unplugged vacuum without saying a word and left. I came to him and he yelled at me YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THAT Seriously, I wish someone could have explained me what the rules were. Im not a person who goes here and there to use something for free. I was really disappointed. Why do you have to be so rude?

This has got to be the filthiest and worst run car wash around. Last summer I took my Jeep for a wash and the brushes tore the license plate off my car. Today the brushes tore the antenna off my nissan truck. The response I received by the owner is we are not responsible for any damage to cars. This is not a reliable or responsible business.0 stars if it can be done. I’ll write back after my attorneys are done with this slop shop.

Its 4:02 PM and The one in Buffalo Grove its closed and I have a monthly pass.I drove all the way here to get a carwash and to my surprise CLOSED!!!I dont really like the Buffalo Grove location anyway but this just made me close my monthly pass with you guys.The services were okay/acceptable, and I am being very fair, but there are so many others out there with much better services then you.

I am so picky with my car and this was the first car wash that Ive taken my car to that has made me feel like it was in good hands. They were professional in every way and it was refreshing to deal with a company that treats its customers so well. Thanks Royal Touch!

The automatic wash and heated drying system is really good. They used to do a pre-wash with a power wash wand but stopped that a few months ago. Not sure why as that ensured a completely clean car top to bottom. The 2-5 staff that towel off the cars swarm you after you exit the car wash and do an ok job. Its an assembly line and they put in minimal effort. Yeah, it sucks to have to earn money drying cars, but a little more effort and pride in your work would keep customers coming back and maybe make the tips higher.

Glad i came here to get my car washed and detailed. Staff were friendly and did a fabulous job. Im very happy with my over all experience & will return for sure!

This is regarding the Buffalo Grove location. These guys are extremely unprofessional. First and foremost they do a shoddy job for the most expensive service. You have to actively watch and point out glaring sections that they have some how on purpose decided to overlook. Secondly, they are rude. There is no concept of customer service. They are 3 miles away from me, but I drive 12 miles away to get my car cleaned by a place that doesnt try to scam me with some shoddy service.

Good job on the Express detail of my car. They got out the dog hair and smell due to spilled baby formula

Brought my car in for the mini detail after my little one stepped in dog excrement and trekked it into the car. My minor complaint is that they initially refused to clean a spot on the floor in between the back seats since it wasnt part of the floor mat. Kind of a silly thing to have to negotiate when youre paying for a detail. They eventually agreed to spray and wipe it off. I also had to ask for air freshener since they never offered it. It was late in the day but that shouldnt take away from the service you receive. Aside from that, they spent some time and did a nice job of getting my car back in shape with no residual smells or issues. Id go back.

I was excited after reading all these reviews, but my experience was just ok ... Maybe Im just expecting too much for a $14 car wash. They didnt vacuum the rails that my front seats sit on nor did they vacuum my trunk. I dont know if Id go back again or not.

I just got my car washed at this location and their car wash ripped my back windshield washer assembly off my truck. When I called them to ask if they were going to pay to replace the manager stated that they are not responsible for any damage their car wash does to any vehicle😡 Would not go to this location!!!

They scratched my window tints during the detail, the manager never offered anything since he doesnt believe they scratched my tints.. This will cost over $100.00 in repairs so the only course of action would be legal for them to do anything which is sad...
