Very happy with their service. First they came out to rerun waterline when appliance store refused to connect to existing waterline- here within 12 hours. Then today they ran into issues due to my old house being plumbed-in by a crazy person, and he literally sang a happy tune as he quickly worked! Very nice - Ill continue using Lakeside

$585 for a slow drip in the bath tub. Ended up being a little less after coupon and buying 2nd cartridge on my own.The first trip they didnt have the part, drove around for 45 minutes on the clock, found one of them and charged me the time + 125 for the $68 part. Spent time cleaning the working cart that was going to be replaced on next visit?Never contacted me to finish the job. Office miscommunication on 3 occasions.Work was good as far as I can tell but experience very poor. 2.5 stars

Highly recommend Chris Jones at Lakeside Plumbing. I have had a couple of issues with leaks in the basement of a house I recently purchased. Chris was very responsive and came out the same day I had a major issue. Work was done quickly and efficiently and he didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. We have taken care of basics without braking the bank as another company tried to do with me.

Heather and Nick and Jesus and EVERYONE here took the time and effort to help me make a small bathroom beautiful and were NOTHING but patient when I kept ordering the wrong supplies! Wonderful people. We need more people like this in the world! Look what they helped me accomplish!

We had a really bad experience with a negligent inspection, and they were unwilling to take any responsibility for the damage. I would not recommend using this company at all. Not only are they unresponsive, they left us with a huge problem when we moved into our new home because they did not do a proper inspection.We ended up calling a new plumbing company to fix some of the issues that should have been easily identified with a basic inspection. Highly, highly encourage finding a different service to use.

Ive been using Lakeside Plumbing for many years, and I highly recommend them. My experience has been excellent, from making the appointment through diagnosing the problem to remedying the issue. Their plumbers are experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, and professional. While Ive had positive experiences with any of the plumbers who theyve sent to my home, Nick is the best plumber Ive met. He is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious; and when my house was under renovation, he was a great asset in coordinating my plumbing needs. On July 30, 2020, Jeff from Lakeside Plumbing replaced 6 valves in our bathroom vanity sinks and installed a new shower head for us. We were concerned about having a workman in our house because of the virus. Jeff wore a mask and shoe covers while he was here. Before he left he made sure everything was in working order. He was very neat and knowledgeable. I also want to acknowledge Heather who was very helpful to me when I called to ask prices and other information. We found Lakesides prices to be very reasonable and would use them again. We would definitely recommend them.

Lakeside Plumbing has always been my go to plumber when I have plumbing needs at my residence. They have replaced my water heater and replaced tub/shower cartridges in my bathroom. Their responsiveness and quality of work is fantastic. I have dealt with Tom, Keith, and Chris in the office. Nick came out and did the work on the shower cartridges. I called Lakeside Plumbing in Buffalo Grove when we found our our water heater leaking late in the evening. They came the next morning with a new water heater and installed it very quickly and professionally. They installed all of the correct fittings and 2 new valves. One for the water heater and the other for the furnace humidifier. All solder joints are clean. They removed my old water heater in a bag to prevent leaking and used covering on my carpets to prevent dirt/damage when moving the new and old water heaters.

Lakeside replaced the outside faucet. The original one was probably from the 70s. The job was difficult due to the basement heating ductwork that was blocking the water pipe. Very pleased. Would highly recommend!

I had an emergency last week when my hot water heater broke down and Lakeside came out the next day with a replacement. The original tech scheduled to do the work called in sick and they still had someone come out later in the day and complete the install. I appreciated their diligence in getting our hot water back online (especially b/c we were going out of town the next day). The technicians were courteous, explained all their work, and cleaned up the work area nicely. I will definitely recommend Lakeside to any of my friends who need plumbing services in the future. I can’t recommend Lakeside Plumbing enough. During the last cold snap in Chicago, when they could not have been busier, they responded Immediately to our emergency. They were at our house 20 minutes after my call. The plumbers were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Have used them for years and have never been disappointed.

Kudos to Chris and his brother John, owners of Lakeside, and their men-Nick and Jeff-who did a bang up job on a leaky drain pipe in the wall next to our kitchen sink. Had another provider-who Ive used before and liked-come out the day before, only to be told he couldnt get to the repair until the next week, leaving our kitchen and dining room unusable with the holidays approaching. So $165 later all I had was a diagnosis. Lakeside, on the other hand, was here the day after I called and did a bang up job. Professional, meticulous and honest.

Lakeside Plumping saved us! Excellent customer service and the plumbers were terrific.We had a waterfall in the basement with a main pipe backup. The septic people told us to call a plumber; the plumbers told us to get pumped and call our septic co. There was a snowstorm which made getting anyone to our home difficult.Lakeside went above and beyond to help us and we finally had our plumbing working again. They are our new plumbers! A+

Nick came in and diagnosed the problem quickly saving time and money; thanks to the referral of a neighbor. He returned today with Michael and they both went work jack hammering my basement floor and resolved my disgusting issue quickly. The job was beyond gross and both Nick and Michael continued to work with a happy heart. I am forever grateful. My home was built in the 40s so they had quite the challenge on their hands; trust me. Great plumbing service, always there when I need them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had them come out to fix a toilet that was slow flushing. They did not repair the toilet properly -- it was still slow flushing after they left. The next day it overflowed, damaging our downstairs ceiling and electrical work. It took TWO more attempts to fix the toilet -- finally, they pulled the toilet the third time, which should have been done the FIRST time. The company refuses to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage. Staw away!
