Service was without faults. It is this constant e-mails asking to log in and do something that was not helpful. When I logged in there were no obvious promts to follow. I ended up checking my balance and my address other profile issues which were not out of order. I paid with automatic online payment and always in full so that I wont be bothered for 6 months for auto policy and 1 year for homeowners. This irritation led me to look for GEICO quote and found $700/6mo less for auto and I did not see any reason not to change.

His timely intervention resolved unprofessional behavior of Nationwide agent. Overall, I have great experience with MK insurance.

Most insurance companies do not answer their phones. Michael Kester and his staff actually do answer their phones. Also, you can email them and they actually respond the same day. Oh and if you do have to leave a message they will call you back the same day. If for some reason they do have to call you back because they had to do some research they will actually follow up call letting you know that they are still working on finding an answer for you. They just dont ignor your phone calls like most agents. I definitely refer them to anyone needing a new agent.
