The mechanic had a great experience! Towing Buena Park & Roadside Assistance was there quickly and the man that picked us up was great! He was very helpful. He recommended the best mechanic to tow our car to and gave us a ride to a hotel as well. He even offered to give us a ride in the morning! He definitely went above and beyond and I would recommend Towing Buena Park & Roadside Assistance to anyone in need of towing in the area!

Car overheated on a 3000 mile trip- first place we called was too busy and they recommended Towing Buena Park & Roadside Assistance. The recommend was right on. They were quick to find the problem and order water pump. They also made a hotel reservation for us - as the Audi part was not immediately available. Great service, and very nice customer service. Above and beyond how other stations have treated us. Highly recommend.
