Their service department is the best i have been to. I had a plate compactor that would have issues every few hours of use for at least 2 years and it was beginning to cost more to repair it than i bought it for. I took it to at least 5 different repair shops. Found these guys about 6 months ago and its been running great ever since. They really know their stuff.

Tried to buy equipment from them and they made the whole process so difficult I ended up ordered direct from the manufacture.

We had some of equipment stolen a couple weeks ago and needed replacements. We purchased some Supreme Equip plate compactors and mixers. Shipping took 3 days which was surprisingly quick. I spoke to Alex and he knows his stuff, glad i found these guys.

I got a Supreme Equip tamper rammer in early 2018 from them and it recently started having issues after a solid 2 and a half years of use, gave them a call a week ago and they sent me a new carburetor for a discount. Installed it and it didnt fix the issue, then they sent me a new throttle assembly, then it worked. Pretty sure they regret sending the carburetor lol. Great service and people. Will continue to buy anything i need from them.

They do not return phone calls for a simple question for part willing to purchase for rebar cutting tool purchased from them with less than 20 hours on tool I figure it cost me 10 dollars per cut for 5/8 rebar must be something wrong here BEWARE Pete [email protected]

Janette is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and Ca Tools and Equipment has awesome customer service. I bought 2 sets of the 17ft scaffold and they are both quality pieces. We had a mix up on some parts and a single phone call had everything sorted out. On a separate occasion a few years back, I also bought a rebar bender from this company and I’ve bent everything up to #6 bar on it and it is still running strong 4 years later. Prices are unmatched. I highly recommend them!

I been a loyal customer since they opened, all the machinery purchased from this place is legit and pricing is absolutely affordable!I come back couple times a month for more tools, I also bought a couple sets of scaffolds around 2 years ago. I have absolutely no complaints. This is a business owned by a family, they work very hard! I had to trouble them one Sunday late at night to make an urgent purchase, the owners son took time off his day to meet me and I was able to be ready for the job I had lined up the next day.Their prices are affordable and more than fair. I work very long hours, and I know the family that’s owns this place does too! That’s why I keep coming back, and I refer other contractors like myself to this place!

I purchased a 16x26 canopy a little over a year ago. Love the quality. Had a bit of a problem yesterday. I needed to assemble the canopy but lost the build instructions. Called California tools and equipment asked if they could send me a copy. Within minutes the copy was texted over. Couldn’t be more happy with the service. Do NOT purchase from here. I saw an ad on Craigslist for a transmission jack so I gave them a call before stopping in to pick it up. They dont seem to have a part number system at all.They asked me to describe the ad and said they had stock based off of that.Once I got there, they wouldnt open the packaging to make sure it was the right part for fear that I would not buy it...Understandable.Except that once I got it back to the shop to open it, it was the wrong transmission jack. Note, I was not told that all sales are final, nor does it say so on the invoice. I called to exchange it for the correct part and they are not having it. Not even an exchange because the box has been opened.This is ridiculous because I really had no way of checking if it was the correct part until I got back. Terrible way to do business. Im still trying to get an exchange because Im sure they wouldnt even consider a refund.

Saw an ad on Craigslist for a dog kennel. Drove all the way to Buena Park and when I got there, there was a 3% extra fee for credit card purchases which makes a big difference when your spending hundreds of dollars. I feel very misled. The ad never said cash offer only. The description of the product was also incorrect. Very sketchy place and I could barely understand her English. I would highly recommend not purchasing from this company as it was a very uncomfortable expierence.

Wonderful personalities and they helped my guys load the scaffolds and tamper rammers and compactors my construction company needed onto our truck with ease. They gave me the price as advertised on line and a discount for buying so much. So far so good everything works perfectly.. I then realIzed I needed more equipment so they had it delivered directly to our job site. Thanks CTEC a time saver and money saver!!

I bought a replacement tarp for my driveway and it didnt fit and I cannot return it because I have to get some email address or something and they wont send me the information and I havent heard from him and they wont call me back not very professional and terrible customer service
