Great service! I had previously inquired about some used cars but didnt set an appointment. Roberto was outside ready to greet me and my family. Believe the negative reviews. Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Question: How in the world do I need a car care protection for a used car that I am suppose to be buying “as-is”? That’s exactly what happened. I simply was trying to buy a car and pay for the car plus taxes and dmv fees, but they tried to add on a over $1700 protection package for windshield, dents, lost keys, etc, etc. I did not need that. I have full coverage insurance plus AAA and that’s all I need. I don’t need what they wanted to add on. Wasted time with these clowns.

I was told by “the finance guy” that the company would pay the difference since I paid twice. Still waiting.I will be filing a claim with consumer affairs and BBB.Stay away from this dealership.

Hard sell tactics, full court press even after I told them I was just doing research. Short sighted way of selling, had they not turned me off they might have had a customer for life, instead they didnt have a customer at all.
Amazingly smooth process, I have never leased a vehicle that went this smooth and easy. George Adjemian went above and beyond to make this happened as this was a present for my daughter. He made it quick and easy for me to do this over the phone and since it was my daughters birthday HE MADE IT HAPPEN on her day. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He would answer my questions before they became a question. I was left with just thanking him instead of asking a lot of questions. It was as if he anticipated what my next question was going to be. Came here to look at a used S Class Mercedes and no one came out to assist us. We also called twice while waiting on the lot and no one picked up either. Horrible customer service.

If you want to get an honest price and proposal for what your getting... PLEASE DONT SHOP or COME HERE!!!!! Ive had so many experiences in dealership and this by far the most disappointing and dishonest place. They offer a car for the price its worth and when you go to go sign, they add on all this coverage that supposedly the car dealership covers if the car is damage with scratches, if you window gets a crack, a flat tire due to pot hole, etc.... bunch of lies!!! Im not putting the salesman person just cause I wont do what they did to us.
Where do I start... Calling to make an appointment to service my car was a hassle. I had to call about 5 times before someone picks up. Took my car yesterday at 10.30am and was told it would be done in a couple hours. Came back at 2.30pm still wasnt done. Just wanted oil and filter change. I got there thats when they started my car. I had to sit there another 45min to finish the work. Isaac was nice and took care of us. But the other service men were just so rude. This was my first time to this location I usually go to Nissan in garden grove but since this was closer to my house wanted to give it a chance. Honestly I dont think I will be back.
As soon as I got to the Nissan in Buena Park, Mark Mendoza immediately walked up to us with a friendly attitude and more then happy to help us with a vehicle we needed. Mark also speaks Spanish with is very useful for those who speak Spanish. He didn’t hesitate to offer us with anything we needed. This dealership will assist you and help you with any of your worries ; they will put you on payments that you feel comfortable with. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!

First, I want to say that my experience with John, my salesperson, was really great. He was nice, very helpful, and not at any time did I feel pressured to buy until I was ready. I was ultimately very happy with the price I got and really love my car.UPDATE - I was really impressed by HGreg Nissans desire and effort to make correct my last visit. I was able to take my care back in where it was washed and spotlessly detailed. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make things right. Again, Im super happy with my car!______________________________________________________________________My disappointment came in regards to the cleanliness of the car and how HGreg Nissan subsequently handled it. It was clear the Prius I bought had not been on the lot long. When I test drove it, it was obvious it handled been cleaned yet but that was not my focus in the moment. Following the sale, I was told they were going to detail and wash it for me before I left the lot. When they took it back, I assumed thats what was happening. When I got my car and was able to head home, it was already dark and I couldnt see until the next morning that had not happened and it hadnt been cleaned.I reached out to John who was nice enough to set up a detail/wash appnt to correct the situation, but when I took it in, it became clear that was not going to happen. They washed it and did not clean the inside. When I pointed out my car hadnt been cleaned, they took it back again and brought it out about 10 minutes later, with what looked like maybe only the dust on my dash having been removed. The dash, arm rests, cup holders, and more were still spotted, sticky, and dirty. The floors, seats and interior were unvaccumed. The hatchback area was untouched.I dont often complain, but after having bought at least 5 used cars in my life, Ive never purchased one from a lot that hadnt been at least cleaned and still had the previous owners trash and belongings in it. Im disappointed, because in the middle of a pandemic, it seems that sanitizing the car would have been, at the bare minimum part of the pre-sale prep. Based on the cleanliness of the inside, I cant see how that happened.What Im most stunned by is the dishonesty I experienced when taking it back in to get cleaned. If HGreg Nissan had simply said they couldnt detail and clean it for me, that would be one thing. But they pretended to do a job they had no intention of doing. Twice.Again, John was wonderful, I got a great deal here, and am so far very happy with my car. Hopefully they read this and commit to being more thorough and professional.

I did not like how I was not given my entitled APR at first. Sales Manager started with high APR at first. He used my decent credit score against me to justify the higher APR. I had to demand the APR promo multiple times as advertised. Its very unessesary and inconvenient to waist customers time hassling over qualified APR. Pushing several times unwanted extended warranties is also a turn off. Did not like my experience this time around. On a positive note, Judy was pleasant.

I set up an appointment to do an oil change and tire rotation i got a quote based on the offer they had in their website i set up everything with someone over an email and when I bring my car in the morning some woman there in the service department treat me like I was begging for it or for free she told me that I needed to pay 100 for an oil change regular oil and tire rotation which I told her no thanks I got the special from the website she said oh no we dont have that special and she tore up the paper she was going to fill up and she said your car key is inside the car i email the person I set up the appointment with my never hear from them just save your time and your dignity and do it some where else

I’ve been coming to BP Nissan for over 5 years, and currently own my third Nissan vehicle. Mario Solis was my sales consultant on all the cars I’ve bought, and when I’m in Service for maintenance on my car, he always stops by to say hello and checks if everything is alright with the car.Recently I’ve had a few trips to the Service Department due to an unfortunate mishandled repair by a different dealership. Steve Snider has taken my case personally and has spent a lot of time listening to my complaints, explaining things to me, and helping fix many things that are still needing repair on my car. Very unhelpful. The rep was all over the place, he said he couldnt call the manager because he was off but was able to call him, he said there was no managers on duty because they were off but changed his story to them being at a meeting. He Guaranteed that there was no way they could have damaged the muffler and stated it was an attempted theft.

But, I was depressed from being a Senior, homebound by Covid, and looking forward to some fun with a Spider convertible....I did my research beforehand and knew what price was good and got a Carmax offer ahead of time so I had a good idea for my trade in.My saleslady and I hit it off from our elbow-bump, and I actually had fun buying my car! I got a great price, got the same amount for my trade-in that I hoped to get. I got a fair deal, which was a first for me buying a car!The finance guy was just as friendly and nice....It was a great experience and I highly recommend them all! Went to Buena Park Nissan to view some trucks for our family. We were immediately greeted by Tony who was very nice and even gave my 2 year old some markers and paper to entertain him. We went in looking at older models of trucks and they helped us out and we ended up getting a 2020 Nissan Titan. Which for a first time buyer was kind of shocking. The entire staff is super helpful and they provided us with all the information that we needed. Tony also showed us the special feature of the truck and made sure that we left the dealership knowing our new truck.
