I’m incredibly satisfied with the service department of wanna park especially my advisor Juan Carlos.He has gone out of his way multiple times since I’ve gotten the vehicle to help me in any and everything I needed not to mention the authenticity of his demeanor. He is incredibly kind and very honest not to mention funny so it’s always a pleasure to have to go and service my car because I know I will be treated as a VIP customer by Juan Carlos and his coworkers and also I would like to add that Ryan the car wash manager is definitely the man!!!!He always comes from the back to say what’s up he’s really funny and I always ask to not have my car washed Because I’m super picky but in return I love cleaning and detailing the loaners just to make Ryan’s job a little easier!Therefore wanna park hands-down has the best customer service and stuff in the service department and the loaner department and the sales merchandise not cars department in all of Los Angeles OrangeCounty all of it they are the best For sure, Juan Carlos and Ryan y’all are incredible!!!!!!

Had the windshield replaced on my 2018 BMW X3 and even though there was a delay on the payment from my insurance company, the new service manager, Joua Cha stepped up to the plate and resolved the issue and released the car to me. What a sign of great customer service and going above and beyond to take care of their client (and on top of that, it was my first visit to BMW of Buena Park!)We will definitely be back to their service department and appreciate when a business gives their customers the benefit of the doubt!

When buying a vehicle you have to know that the wait time is going to be long and its going to even at times drag out. And when you have a family time is very important and if you must spend time somewhere you better hope that there is activities for kids if you have kids. And if youre a parent you know exactly what Im talking about. I start off with this because the experience of buying a BMW and buying it from a BMW dealership was impressive, fun, relaxing, respectful, and I can go on but you get it. Im giving it a five star because of a couple different factors.1) customer service I think goes without saying that it must be excellent, attentive, and respectful. The help from Greg and Peter was simply outstanding. Their level of knowledge of the vehicle was great but really its their understanding of their audience and made things very easy simple to understand and ultimately fun without having to feel obligated to buy anything.2) The dealer ship itself was clean and very elegant of course. They had every precaution for safety as far as wearing mask having sanitizing stations everywhere and that is very important.3) what made this experience a success was being able to have my kids play inside the dealership because they had a play pen for kids that made it so much easier relaxing and really able to concentrate on the purchase and not have to worry about kids running around and playing touching grabbing throwing things its great to know that there is an area for kids.4) I really cant say enough about Greg and Peter because they really took the time to explain everything thoroughly the financing the options and even in the negotiation which I still think that BMW came out as the winner but thats neither here nor there because thats just business. I think that having these guys there as courteous as they were and as respectful as they were really made this experience that much more important for me and my family.5) The last thing to say is obviously a vehicle. It was ready for us. Washed up and detailed. Of course really went out the vehicle nothing else really matters as far as we loved it from the moment we saw it and we knew we wanted this vehicle for our family. Weve never owned such a beautiful car and simply because to keep it real we just havent been able to afford it but thankfully hard work pays off and we were able to buy a dream car. Im very pleased that it was with BMW of Buena Park!I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism there respectfulness with people with families and their attentiveness with their customers. The vehicle speaks for itself but its the customer service that really get you. Good luck to anyone trying to buy there!

I have bought two cars from this dealership. My 2019 BMW broke down in San Diego and I had to get it towed 95 miles to Buena Park BMW. Unfortunately, it was on Labor Day and I knew that the service department would be closed. When I arrived at the dealership I went in to the lobby to inform them that I was dropping off my car to get repaired. I noticed that there were several courtesy cars in the parking lot and I asked if I would be able to use one. They said “no” because it wasn’t their department. I asked if I could speak with someone from that department and they said there’s no one there to help me. I asked if they could help me getting a courtesy car and they still said it wasn’t their department and all the keys were locked up. I asked if they could call someone to unlock the keys to get access to the keys and they said they wouldn’t come in for that. I asked them if the sales department were closed and the service department was open and I wanted to BUY a car would someone be willing to help me than and they said they could not answer that question, but I think we know the answer to that question. Of course there would be a sales rep to sell me a car right away. I also asked if this was the first time that this has happened were they couldn’t help someone who needed the service department and their response was “it has happened before”. My question to the management is why isn’t this problem been fixed. Isn’t customer service an importance to your dealership? Just seems to me that a simple fix would just have a service rep to help people in need. My car ended up getting fixed late the next day and the service department was great.

When I arrived at the dealer, entire process was real quick, they got me lunch and I was on my way back home. Ive been looking for a used I3 for the last 2 months so and finally landed at BMW of Buena Park. The car was in great shape, the price reasonable, but what really blew me away was the service by the staff. Greg took the time to answer all the questions I have with patience and professionalism, post sales he also followed up to see if I needed anything. When I mention a service issue with the vehicle, he quickly scheduled the time for us to bring the vehicle back. Truly blown away and highly recommended.

Buena park bmw sales team was wonderful to work with. I left message on line about x3 and x5 and Samantha called me to make an appointment with sales manager Jason and he followed up for the meeting. When we visited the store, sales representative Juno kim helped us to test drive and explained very kindly in detail about the bmws performance character. He discussed with Jason and store manager for the final deal and we made the deal without hassel. Thank you, everybody!

I came in for service September 6, 2019 due to Coolant leak. The technician diagnosed and informed the leak was from the water pump and it needed to be replaced. So I paid around $1,500 for replacing the water pump which last less than 2 years and I only drove about 5,000 miles.Some time in August 2021 this year, I noticed Coolant leak again. I said to myself it couldn’t be problem with the water pump again. I didn’t have a chance to call in for service until September 8 and scheduled for September 14. I came in and they said they couldn’t work on it right away so I came back September 16. The tech diagnosed and said the leak was from water pump and needed to be replaced. They said the part warranty only for 2 years. I have to pay around $1,900 to replace water pump again. So I did.I felt cheated and got ripped off. Water pump only last less than 2 years??? Common BMW….

I got my car serviced on July 9th 2021 and they replaced a radiator and oil filter housing gasket and apparently did a full inspection of the car. July 19th on my home my air intake induction hose popped completely off due to it not being put back on properly and I confirmed with this dealership that they had to touch that specific hose to get to the radiator but are now saying it came off and actually tore because of wear and tear? Why can’t they own up to there mistake and fix it rather than try and charge me $1,000 for a $150 part? I need this resolved from anyone who can help. It’s a bmw 2015 335i with only 48,000 miles on it. How can that be wear and tear? And if they did a full inspection why didn’t they tell me about it?

After a long search, I found the vehicle my wife wanted at Buena Park. Being that I live in Texas and wouldn’t be able to see the vehicle before purchase, I was pretty skeptical. But Mario Garcia and Jason Park were exceptional! They sent me photos and videos, communicated with me constantly, and made an out-of-state, sight unseen, process seem completely normal. This is definitely the best BMW dealership I have ever dealt with in the last decade, and Ive dealt with many. I not only bought my car here because it was priced 2k below what other dealerships advertised for my 328i with premium package, but even the service is significantly better. I want to thank Juan Carlos Gonzalez for going above and beyond to help me with my car and set me up with a rental car even when there were no more loaner vehicles available. He leaves voicemails and gives me updates on my car via email as well, even goes out of his way to scan the summary report so I can have it saved in my email as I requested. Hes personable and genuine, which is honestly tough to find in such a cutthroat industry. And hes been there for 5 years so he knows what hes talking about. An absolute pro. And one more person who also deserves recognition although he is no longer working there is Eli, my service advisor prior to Juan. Thank you management for hiring staff that is best in class and truly makes it worth the extra drive because I would rather deal with folks at BMW of Buena Park than service advisors from the other BMW dealerships closer to me.

Don’t contract with Daniel Lee.He thinks of customers as a pushover, is not kind, and is not professional. He felt that he was not doing his best for customers, and he lacks knowledge of bmw vehicles and thinks he lacks qualifications as a dealer. It was unpleasant to contact him and became an opportunity to pledge never to choose bmw when purchasing a vehicle. To choose Bmw, it is recommended that you never go to the dealership here.

I scheduled my appointment on August 31st, 2021. When I got there I was told technicians were busy and wouldn’t have time to look at my car. Either I left my car there overnight and they would look at it the next day or I came back the next day. I chose to come back on the next day to drop off the car. Around lunch time I called to ask how was my car. Linda Torres the representative told me she hadn’t heard anything and said I might not able to get back my car till the next day. When I was about to leave work at 6pm I still hadn’t heard anything. Then I ordered Lyft to go home. When I just got on the Lyft (6:20pm) heading to my home, Linda Torres called saying my car was ready. I didn’t know what to do because the car was going to my home direction and dealership is at the opposite direction. I asked Linda why didn’t she call me a minute earlier. She said she just got the notice and called me and asked me did I want to pick up the next day. Luckily the Lyft driver was kind enough to stop at aside and tried to figure how to change the destination for me. When I got to the dealership, I asked Linda would there be reimbursement on my Lyft ride because BMW promised to provide shuttle. She just simply said “No”. I told her if she could call me earlier it couldn’t be a mess. She asked me, “Do you want to pick up tomorrow?” I am not sure how helpful it is to say that when I was standing in front of her and my car was ready to drive away.Overall, the car service was good. My car was cleaned after.

My experience at this dealership was really quick and effective. I picked a few options, checked out the interior only on some, while I actually test drove others. I really enjoyed having Bennnan O’Donnell help us out. As I would walk up to the cars he’d run down list of features, capabilities and all things you wanted to know that you probably didn’t think of asking about in that moment. I went there with my wife to check cars that my wife and I want to purchase. Before we visited here, we checked several other dealers and I could get the out the door price. However, sales people here refused to give me out the door price. They said they can only provide me exact price if I purchase a car. Well they do not want to be transparent and somewhat a sales manager there was rude to customers. She was very disappointed with this BMW dealers customer service which changed her mind to buy Mercedes Benz E350 instead of BMW.

The first day was a done deal, nice experience. Told me to come the next day to pick up the car and then when signing with the financial person, Wes, the deal was changed. I asked questions and he was extremely condescending and rude. No one should speak that way to anyone, especially a customer at a HIGH END establishment, as Wes condescendingly said. Waste of time and extremely disappointed in the service. My advice is to make the deal clear the first day and then you wouldn’t lose customers and receive all these bad reviews I just read. Seems like most reviews had the same problem. Don’t waste your time here, unless you like being spoken to like you’re dumb…

Danny Lee was extremely helpful and courteous. I test drove the BMW 330e elsewhere and I didnt know about half the functions and technologies until I test drove it again with Danny. Amazing options, personalized experience, an objective to get you exactly what you want. Not just what happens to be in stock or easy to get, if its possible offered they will find a way to get it to you in the combination of other specs you want instead of talking you in to just settling for something thats on the spot to get a sale and talk up the positive idea of each different specification compared to what specifications you came in wanting, knowing most people are excited about their new aquisition and are easily talked into getting a different package, a feature they really didnt care for, not getting a system they wanted, an alternative color, or some times pushed as far as going with a totally different model, knowing they will most likely regret these decisions completely. So go to a place that cares about you and what you want, not just whats currently in stock to be forced on you using mental gymnastics that wears off by the time you get home and you dont remember how you ended up buying what you did.... !!!!!!!!¡!!!!

Had the most horrific experience ever with Buena Park BMW. I brought my wifes vehicle in for service knowing it was covered under the warranty we had paid for and knowing it was still valid. My service advisor Julio informed me at first that I need to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I told him that our vehicle was covered under warranty yet he still came up with an excuse to charge me additional. His style of service is what I would expect from somebody in sales and not service. I had to wait an additional day for him to call back to only hear that he was waiting on my I had decided on doing. I asked him again if they would honor my warranty and he still said no. I flat out told him that I would be returning to the dealership to pick up my car and having it serviced under warranty elsewhere. Before I had received his callback I had already reached out to BMW corporate to let them know about the issue I was having with the service center. As soon as corporate called me back to let me know they would reach out to the dealership, I got a an immediate callback from the service center with them stating they will be able to do the work on our car with the assistance of BMW corporate. Once I got over that challenge, everything from then on was smooth sailing. I was reassigned a new service advisor named Tony who treated me well and there was no drama. The car runs great after the repairs. I just dont understand why I was given such a hard time about my warranty not being honored. They didnt even prove to me in writing that I did not have the coverage and it was only their word. Ive seen these games too many times in my life and I will not tolerate them at this point in my life. You play stupid games, you win stupid prizes! So if your customer has a warranty that is clearly still valid please honor it without the hassle of playing games to squeeze a few bucks out of them. Youre getting paid for the work from corporate regardless. Ive had my other vehicle serviced here several times without issues and am very disappointed with the experience. I am going to have to really take a long time to think about if I want to continue to have any of my cars serviced here after this recent experience. But just to end on a positive note I want to thank Tony the replacement advisor that took over for taking good care of me after the fact.

The service attendant did not bother to review my history of services with Buena Park BMW. And was trying to sell me services that had previously been done at Buena Park BMW. Then to top it off last oil change and now this last oil change at BMW OF BUENA PARK . When my 428 I service was completed I had a puncture on the same right run flat tire . Both times how coincidental is that. And how coincidentally both time of service At BMW of Buena Park they were we’re recommending to purchase new tires . Sorry but I’m done with buena Park BMW .

Snakes. for a remote order, they commence the lease agreement when they sign the documents, not when you sign or when they ship the car. so, you end up losing the first month of your lease. refuse to offer any resolution after multiple requests. very petty, maybe they are broke and living hand to mouth so they need to short change me on my lease. if so I’m sorry you guys are so broke. losers.

The Finance manager Peter Choe was helping me with my finance and paperwork for the BMW 330e. This man is not trustworthy, he changed the sale contract as was agreed between me the buyer and the sale manager without even telling the buyer. He then pressured the buyer to buy the maintenance package when clearly I told him Im not interested. He made the buyer feel very uncomfortable. Once he knew that he cannot make the maintenance package sale, he acted out the disappointment. He then became very unfriendly. Stay away from this man Peter Choe from BMW of Buena Park if you have a choice...

In July, I purchased a 2018 740i with 19k miles. From the first few days I had it, it’s been 1 problem after another. I even asked several people at the dealership if it could be a lemon and if there’s any way to bring it back. Of course, no one knew anything about how to help me. Bluetooth wasn’t working, usb, charging station wasn’t working, radio changing stations on it own, a/c turning hot and cold, going up and down on its own. Car doesn’t want to turn off at all at times even after trying over and over to turn it off. They said I have to lock it to turn it off. Headlights flicker and turn on and completely off by themselves after the car has been off for hours and while I’m driving. This is dangerous! They said the problem was fixed, it’s not. It was happening again last night. I’m not even sure if they looked into it really since I had the car back the very next morning after taking it in. Moon roof stopped working, they said that was fixed, it’s not. It took over a month for them to fix the Bluetooth issue and warranty is up in a few months. Chassis stabilization code popping up, I’m not sure if there should be concern about that but they didn’t seem to be concerned. I’ve had this car for just a week shy of 2 months. Very unhappy!

In 55 years of buying 36 vehicles this was one of the top five outstanding buying experiences and it was accomplished via Face Time due to my being 400 miles away from BMW of Buena Park. Mr. Juno Kim, (Sales Representative, Jason (Sales Manager) and Nick (Finance Manager) went out of their way to assist me in the purchase of the 2016 BMW Z4. The BMW Z4 was fairly priced and there were no hidden charges. A 5 minute conversation with Jason, Sales manager and the car was mine.Juno Kim spent over 20 minutes with me on Face Time showing me the BMW Z4, every inch of the car. Every little rock chip, the seats, interior, trunk, engine compartment, all the features of the car. When finished I knew the car as if I had been there in person checking it out. I told Juno I was ready to buy.It was all accomplished in one day. Can not forget the service dept. The car, when delivered a week later, was immaculate, inside and out. Looked like new. It was exactly as I had seen on my cell phone. When the time comes to buy another car I will make sure to see Mr. Juno Kim, and the staff at BMW of Buena Park.

I was looking to purchase a car,, and while walking through automation BMW Skyler Cox approached and greeted me very nicely he wasnt pushy or annoying he was very informative and professional he found me a car from an automation 80 miles away and offered to go bring that car that night on a Friday when I met him it was around 5 and that night around 9 he came with my car, talk about going above and beyond. He also red to me all the items that were taken Carr of by automation after they took it in, that for me was very cool and informative, atleast now I knew the story of the car without b.s. Some of their employees need some kind of training to leave personal feeling at home and be a professional at work place. I was there in the morning and they acted like they were annoyed that I was there and they actually had to do some work. Service manager, women answering the phone. Actually gentlemen who opened the door was courteous. They were too good for my BMW X-1. I guess they want 700 series only or something. Went to McKenna instead. They were more professional. You dont need to be nice but professional.

Love my 430i, but the sales experience was unusually seamless and pain-free. Sales Rep Cruz was competent and courteous, but manager Jason Park effectively and professionally negotiated this deal while treating me with respect throughout. Although I kept waiting for the typical dealership pricing bomb, everything went as my wife and I had hoped. I recommend Jason and team for your next car purchase!

I had a terrible time here 3 years ago when it used to be Shelly BMW, I said I would never go back. When it came to turn in my lease I was pleasantly surprised it was under new management and you can immediately tell. Returning my lease was easy and buying a new car was not a hassle. Got an insane deal no other dealership was willing to give on a brand new custom ordered X5 45e. John Latko was my contact there and he gave me constant updates on my build. John made sure my build was perfect, he was great to work with. When the dealership finally received my car from the manufacturing plant after 5-6 weeks, I picked up the X5 and the paper work was fast and easy. Paul the finance guy was honest, informative and funny. No salesmen trying to pressure you to buy something you don’t want and no sleazy finance guys here. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

The service, communications, and ability to do nearly everything virtually and through phone was turnkey in the interesting age of COVID.We arrived and didnt have to spend any additional time doing extra paperwork and finance was extremely efficient. 1st and last time I take my i8 to this dealer for service. Went in for basic maintenance and inspection — all checked out fine so drive it around for a few days when engine overheated on the freeway. Found out that the mechanic forgot to put the cap back on the coolant tank (top pic) and my car overheated on the freeway. Smoke and all. Needless to say, not only were we endangered during peak traffic hour, the car engine is likely damaged. To say I’m upset is an understatement, I am trying to get the cap for the coolant tank ASAP. Do something BP BMW!

Excellent sales department but the finance department is a scam. Id recommend you get a vehicle there but simply avoid any finance dealings and warranty discussions. I bought a vehicle there early 2021 through kickass sales, however their finance department manipulated me in getting warranty with false information on coverage. Upon trying to use the coverage is when I realized I was severely misinformed.For example, 1) Buena Parks finance rep used an example where the paint protection covers dents and scratches such as when other people opened their door and hit my car in a parking lot. When I called the service provider, paint protection only protects discoloration from tree saps and bird droppings, nothing else. 2) the finance rep recommended me to get BMW first-party options. Upon calling BMW customer service, they have no association with the service providers on my warranty and that they are only through the dealer.Disappointed as I found my warranty is not what they sold me, I emailed and called Buena Parks finance department for a month and got no reply, I had to escalate through the sales department and finally I was able to reach them to ask for a refund. They processed some and others they claimed nonrefundable (and this was never mentioned). A few more painful back-and-forth in the span of few months because I didnt see the refund getting through. I finally got the refund 5 months later but they still charged me for the 5 months I had those warranty active (and technically, those warranty only cover year 5-7, my vehicle is only in year 1), despite the delay was due to their unresponsiveness and inactivity. I was then no longer able to reach them, I escalated to sales again but unfortunately they werent able to do much either.Unless you can deal with this frustration full time, their strategy is to stall you counting on you would eventually give up. After all, they already made money.

We had a few issues with our car that he was able to get addressed while it was in for a routine maintenance. Provided a loaner for us too so we would have a car to drive until it was completed. Made my appointment online. Arrived for my 7:30 A.M. appointment and waited until 9:15 A.M. before anyone talked to me. Finally called up by a service advisor who had no idea why I was there. Mind you, I received multiple reminder emails as to the time and purpose of my visit (with the correct services and parts), before this. The total given by the advisor was ~$12 more than the online quote but I was over the experience and just wanted to leave, so I let it go.Whats the point of making an appointment if the appointment isnt respected? I witnessed multiple people in similar predicaments and could visibly see the frustration on their faces and voiced at times. Go sit down and somebody will come get you, or similar statements should not be the go-to responses when people are asking how long the wait is or what the hold-up is.Best thing about the visit? I didnt have to get my car detailed again after I left to get rid of the swirl marks from their wash as I did the time before.
