John Taylor, the owner, was so informative and patient. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond making sure we were prepared for the process. The treatment took 3 visits to completely work, but they cover it for a year and came by the day that I contacted them (when we saw that there was still a problem.) Choosing this company has made going through this much easier and Im grateful we found this company.

Was concerned that my sons bed and our bed had bed bugs after a recent stay at a hotel. John came out to inspect the beds the same day I called. He went through both beds, and didnt see any signs of bed bugs and gave some tips on what to look for. Was very friendly and professional. Thank you John.

I made a call and full-blown panic about my situation I was scheduled instantly they gave me step-by-step instructions on how to prepare for the treatment Gavin Thomas showed up he was great help me understand everything explain things to me very vividly and got rid of the problem havent had an issue since the very first time they showed up I give this company five stars!

I must say I was nervous about pest control bc of chemicals but Gavin was so understanding explained to me in details that I could understand. He takes amazing care of details making sure when he leaves my begs are dying and dying he is trustworthy and I feel comfy with him in my house when I am not here.. I would recommend him to anyone !

He told us exactly what to do step by step as there are 7 people in our household with pets & it was very confusing at first but he gave us his phone # to if we had questions & said to call him if we even saw 1 bug after treatment. We are very happy with him, putting house back together now.

Got CPMs # on Google, they were located very close to my home.. Spoke with John about a pigeon issue on Wed. morning. He came right out to survey & seemed like a real nice guy.. He mentioned that it was a simple fix & that he would send a tech out thu. or fri. On Friday morning I tried to make contact by sending him a text, he never responded.. Called & it went straight to voice mail.. Sent him another text 2 hrs later, still have not received a response a day & 1/2 later? I wished I had called a few backups.. I wasted 3 days off waiting for nothing.. Something to keep in mind when your tempted to call CPM!
