I do not have any words to describe how helpful this company and people who work here are! I was connected with this sweet lady Pam, she was extremely helpful and pleasant and I enjoyed talking to her! She was so professional and 3 days after I was hired!

I had been at home for 20 years raising my kids when I decided to get my feet wet again back in the office. I havent been totally ready to lock myself into the full time Monday thru Friday grind so they have been a great solution. Angela Browning is awesome and sends me temp assignments which allows me to still be in control of my schedule and still be there for the family. Meanwhile, the day is coming for me to go back full time and it will be a lot easier to get back into that full time swing having done the temp thing.

Each time--consistently--we have worked with a very professional staff member who met our specific requests in a timely manner. In addition, we appreciate their simple payment structure which means no waiting for estimates. I came in and filled out all the paperwork and I had an interview with Pam. She said I was a great candidate and would send in my resume to companies. A week went by and I emailed her to see if she had found anything yet. She did email me back, but she said she hadnt found anything yet. Thats the last I heard from her. Im not sure why this place has such good reviews. Going here was a total waste of my time.

This office is wonderful. They were able to set up an interview with a phenomenal employer within a week and I got the direct hire position by the end of the week. I put several applications in on indeed and worked with a staffing agency in Little Rock that was an absolute nightmare. Then I met Dia and the nightmare ended. She already had a position in mind she thought would fit my resume. I interviewed the following week and now have a job I love. I highly recommend this agency and especially Dia shes awesome!

We have used Employment Solutions to fill several positions within our company. Dia does an excellent job sorting through candidates so we dont have to sift through endless resumes and are only interviewing candidates that are qualified for the positions that we have open.

The woman Kalina over the clerical department is so unprofessional. I went in did the whole process she set me up with one interview, didn’t check to see how it went and didn’t bother to fit me with any other positions after that. She clearly doesn’t want to work and doesn’t take her job seriously. I see that other people have given them good reviews it might just be her or it might be the fact that I’m African American, whatever the case may be it was a waste of my time.

The ladies here are just amazing! I went in on Thursday and Friday I was placed and working! Pam is great and tells you up front about the job!

I signed up for a driving position, went in a filled out all the information on the computer and then i sat down with Dhia Robinson which was a waist of time. She made a comment that the position im applying for the company is very pickyas if my black skin would not be acceptable. I havent heard back from these backwoods rednecks since then ive left messages. Pure waist of time but its my fault for still depending on white people in 2019 for employment.🤔#KnowBetterDoBetter

I am considering moving from California to Arkansas and contacted Employmen Solutions via email and telephone. I spoke with a woman named Kalina Bowles who stated she would be in touch after I sent her my resume. I called again after a few days had passed to find out if she received my resume, she stated she had, but she had not had time to review it yet. Well, here it is again, another five days have gone by and not so much as even an email stating she couldnt or wouldnt assist in my search. I am just going to move on with another company, but this experience is about as unprofessional as I have ever experienced in my life. As a Human Resource Manager I could never request the services of this company just based off of the way I have been ignored by this woman. Totally unprofessional. It only takes less than five minutes to send someone a return email and less than that to make a phone call. Wow, just wow~

I interviewed on a Thursday with Dia and I had a job on Monday. Thanks Dia.

I guess Im just a little confused with this company. I went in to meet with a representative, but spent most of the time trying to get their new online application system to work properly. This was very frustrating as we were doing this for almost 2 hours asking different people for help and trying various computers - I was very patient and knew that it wasnt her fault that the system was misbehaving, but still, I shouldnt have had to wait as long as I did to be handed a paper application, which then took another 20 or so minutes to complete. The representative that I met with also said things to me like she wishes she had more applicants like me because then shed be able to fill more positions and told me to not go anywhere else (like another staffing agency) because she was going to find me a job. So, obviously I was pretty confident (although I didnt need her to boost my confidence because I knew I had the education and experience to qualify for a decent position). She also said that she would email/text me and told me to keep my schedule open for the rest of the afternoon and the following week if an interview opportunity arose - and she seemed very confident that it would. I never heard from her, so I emailed her a couple of business days later asking for an update or if there was anything else she needed from me to move forward. I never got a reply. In the meantime I did find a position, but I am very disappointed with with the professionalism and follow through of this particular woman, which ultimately makes Employment Solutions look bad.
