I worked at RNR Tire Express as the General Manager. I would not recommend buying tires or wheels from RNR unless you want to pay 2-3 times the retail price (using their LOW weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payment plans) for the same wheels and tires you could get at Discount Tire or any other more reputable tire shop for A LOT LESS MONEY! I didnt trust the owners and felt they were very shady, in the end, my suspicions were right. They are constantly looking to replace their employees and have employment ads on Indeed for every position all the time. I would HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE other than RNR TIRE EXPRESS for wheels, tires or a job!

I recently got tires and wheels here. Spoke with Ruth the first time I went in, she was very helpful and explained everything clearly and knew she was talking about. This is still by far one of the WORST experiences I’ve had dealing with tires. When it came to replacing a tire and I needed roadside assistance they did not provide me with the account number i needed to confirm my account of the roadside assistance.its one thing to criticize someone for what they commented about your staff and service. Its up to you how you improve after that. When I first got the tires a manager read the details to me. He told me if my tires were ever worn out that they would replace them. They said which is why I was had paid for 8 tires instead of 4. I went in to replace my tires because I needed to get my axle aligned. They said they couldnt help me. I asked to speak to the manager Jennifer (who was very unprofessional) i tried to get information on why I couldnt get new tires if I had paid for all 8 of them. She wasnt even able to explain to me anything about the warranty. Very unhelpful. I would not recommend them to ANYONE! the only thing theyre good at is texting you letting you know that your payment is due.

I had my car towed here after all 4 tires suspiciously were flat one morning last week. They didnt have the tires for my Camaro SS but were able to get them and have my car ready that same day. The tires are 4 months same as cash and they set up automatic payment so that I will have them paid off in 4 months! It was an easy processes and the guys were great.

The Bryan team did great quick, and still informative, and did a great job on mounting. Friendly and professional team.

They can’t even do right wheel alignment went there several times and the same bs every time they run my debit card without permission! Jennifer the new manager is very very unprofessional and VERY rude I do not RECOMMEND this place !

By far one of the WORST experiences I’ve had dealing with car related things. They were super great in helping us get the tires initially. And that was about the only good thing I can say.A couple weeks after getting our tires there was a drop in air pressure in the rear driver side tire. I figured okay no big deal I’ll just take it up there. They added some air to it or patched it up or whatever and sent me on my way. This same situation happened about 11 times in the following 7 months or so. Each time they told me a different version of “nothing is wrong with it and it is probably just the sensor in my car being faulty.” At one point, I was told to just take it to Discount Tire and have them examine it and that they would just reimburse me if Discount had to fix the problem themselves. Obviously that was annoying because why would I buy tires from someone if I can’t count on them to be able to maintain them.They told me they would be happy to replace the tire if it was defective. But every time I brought it and asked to get it replaced, I was told there was nothing wrong with it...which didn’t make sense because it was still losing air every couple of weeks. So it WAS defective but they didn’t want to replace it. NOT TO MENTION the answer I continued to get was the vague, “nothing seems to be wrong with it but we put air in it so now it’s fixed.” And they always made me feel SO DUMB. I walked out every time feeling like the biggest nuisance for asking the bare minimum.Last week we called and asked to speak to the store manager...we were confused about our payments being more than we calculated (make sure you really read that contract caus it’s confusing) and the girl told us he was on the phone. So we tried to get her to explain some of the stuff and she either had no clue what she was talking about or she really didn’t know how to do basic math. Asked to speak to the store manager again and she said he had left earlier in the day. Idk why she would lie but I can’t say I’m surprised at this point.Anyways. Yeah it’s nice to be able to rent tires when you can’t afford to pay for all brand new ones, but I would never recommend this experience to my worst enemy.

Make sure to read everything you sign & document your conversation. Weve been communicating with them& asked what our payoff was & informed them we could pay it off on a certain & they agreed. We came by to pay it off & they tried to charge us an additional 400.00. Because I documented we didnt have to pay the 400. But I will NEVER recommend Anyone to R N R! NOT HAPPY!!!

They dont stand behind the tires warranty. If something happened to your tire on a county road that means its all road They dont warranty that. Brand new tires and a cut happen only side wall of my tires due to A-sharp rock on a county road and they did not want to warranty it. Their management sucks.
