Dr. Alan was incredible. My 9yr old was a little nervous, but he calmed her down and preformed the extraction quickly and painlessly for her. Office staff was very helpful and provided quick and prompt service. We will be coming here for all our families dental needs!

This was my 1st office visit and I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the staff and services provided to me. I have never felt so relieved after a dental appointment. I know in the past Ive had a fear of going to the dentist but Element Dental is amazing. If you are looking for a local dentist, please go here. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim is very thorough and explained things to where I would make the right decision for me. I can only say positive things about this dental office. Truly exceeded my expectations and needs.

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. My only complaint is the hours of business. I wish they would stay open till 5 once a week to accommodate those of us who live farther away or open on a Saturday. Otherwise, we love the place.

I had a phenomenal experience at Element Dental. I made a phone call yesterday about a chipped tooth and as a broke college student was really worried about the cost. Luckily there was a cancellation and the staff called me immediately and asked if I wanted to come in today. I was ecstatic because usually there is a two week wait. The office was very clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. Easy paperwork to fill out. I was in and out with my problem in less than an hour. The dentist that worked on me was very professional along with his assistants. I didn’t feel any pain and my teeth looks good as new. I was able to enroll in an affordable insurance type plan there that lowered my cost tremendously. I was so thankful as a broke college student that there was as an affordable option since I don’t have insurance. I will be going back in two weeks to get my teeth cleaned. I recommend to college students especially and just anyone! I had an amazing experience, in and out. I am glad I now have the ability to go back and get a discount from my services and was also able to save money on my visit. Thank you guys!

I had an emergency that was not painful, but was extremely embarrassing and I needed it to have it fixed as soon as possible. I had been to two previous dentist offices that day and was told by each that I would have to drive to Houston to get the problem fixed, which was not a possibility for me at the time. Fortunately, my last resort was Element, and they were able to get the problem fixed for me the same day, and for a very good price. Element is the best place in Bryan-College Station to handle any dental emergencies you may have!

We moved to the area and have been trying to establish dental care for the family. I found Element Dental on the internet. Rating was High and reviews were good. I can say that I was treated with kindness, any and all of my questions were answered, the information provided to me by the staff and Dr. Kim was very clear. My son, (who was due for a check up) was so happy and comfortable with his visit, that I scheduled my other children an appointment as well. I am so glad that I made the choice to try out Element Dental.

I brought my grandson to get a cavity filled and I was greeted by an employee named Lisa she was the most pleasant and sweet girl made me feel so welcomed! Once In the back we had Dr.Kim he was so friendly and kindly explained everything took his time with my grandson he made him feel so comfortable as well I love this environment here two Great workers I will always trust my care and my grandsons care with these two thanks guys

Good job cleaning teeth. Just a pet peeve when it feels everything is about upselling and milking the insurance amount. Maybe the Dentist Industry as a whole has shifted to making money 1st. Just annoying to me and makes me not be able to trust the Dentist. Being ask to come back for unnecessary visits to “check things out”. I’ve been in sales All my life. Just hate to see it take center stage in the Dentsl Industry.

Check in was good,Doctor was ok for his bedside manner. He did not complete the work. My jaw is still hurting 5 days later after fillings with severe pain going from one side to the other.

Cleaning is always done great and complete. Expect long wait times. Tend to make mistakes with scheduling but the ladies at the office are usually really nice.

My experience here was unpleasant, first off, I scheduled my appointment almost one month ago, as soon as the scheduler offered me the available times and dates, I committed to March 24, 2021 at 10am.. I Immediately recorded this information inside of my organizer, my phone, and my calendar. I received a reminder text the day of for 10am.. then shortly after I received a text saying 9am.. I was very perplexed however I assumed that it was an error on their end. I arrived at element 15 mins prior to my appointment time, I called the office and informed them that I was outside, and the receptionist placed me on a hold and said “ I am sorry your appointment was at 9am” I was very upset and I told them I had proof of the text messages and I was unable to reschedule. I was seen but I had to wait a very long time for the actual doctor to see me. I am contemplating not going back.

I feel like a 3 is probably accurate. The people up front were nice and straight forward about pay and all that. The people in the back were okay I think after the fact they were probably like dang she’s still crying lol I got my wisdom teeth taken out and I was supposed to go under general anesthesia. I told the oral surgeon when he went to find a spot for an IV that it’s hard for them to poke me when donating blood & things like that. But he only actually tried to poke me once and then said well we can do it while you’re awake. And I was like wait what? And he asked me how I did with dental work? And I was like I don’t mind like cleanings and stuff. And he was like it’ll be like that with more pressure. So he numbed me which maybe I just have a low pain tolerance but those shots hurt like no shots I’ve ever had before. But once I was numbed I couldn’t feel and that was good. But the cracking, drilling, and pulling was just absolutely horrible. And honestly I wouldn’t agree to that again. I had it done this morning and I still cry when I think back on it. Like holding on tight to the chair and just non stop crying and they were telling me to breathe through my nose but because I was crying I couldn’t so I was taking like gasping breaths. Then when I sent my bf to get my prescriptions they told me they would ready in an 45 min to an hour and it was two hours later because the pharmacy said they had gotten it 5 minutes before he arrived. And the paper they gave me was pretty confusing I guess it’s supposed to check all the boxes but I had two papers they had differing items on it. Maybe this experience was normal for dental work but I’m rating mine a 3

I was not able to get a cleaning today due to they were a hygienist short as one of the staff members stated. I took time out of my busy day and away from work to go to my appointment just to get there and not be able to get a cleaning. The hygienist that went over my dental plan was very nice and informative. However, this was my first dental appointment with this office and I was not pleased at all.

I have had cleanings at Element Dental in Bryan for several years. In 2019 Dr. U put in a crown that didnt fit. He left shortly thereafter. Over the past 2 YEARS the crown has been adjusted repeatedly by 2 other dentists. Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Allen were clearly unwilling or incapable of fixing a problematic crown. Their refusal to fix another dentists work culminated in a massive infection under the crown. Dr. Allen apparently doesnt know how to interpret an Xray. Dr. Kim said the Xray indicated an infection 2 months earlier when I saw him for the emergency appointment. Later, I went to an Endodontist and another dental practice and discovered that my teeth no longer meet.Element Dental is the lowest level of dental care and populated by the least capable. They practice profit based dentistry in that they encourage and perform dental procedures in order to meet quotas. They have also taken advantage of my insurance by wanting full Xrays 3 TIMES A YEAR. Furthermore the cleanings Ive had there are sloppy and took half the time of my most recent cleaning. To avoid the risk of being the victim of some bad dentistry I strongly urge finding another dental practice. By the way, the TSBDE does not allow complaints to be filed against a dental practice but individual dentists. That would be 3 complaints.

Love this place general to ortho !! Dental assistant team and Ortho assistants are very passionate for their work and very professional. Doctors treat you like family. We have been coming as a family and will continue referring. Thank you Element for all the beautiful smiles 😃 😊

Im conflicted with how attentive some are, the Dentist today seemed very rush-rush while The tech Deedee seemed more inclined to help with some concerns for braces and then the tech that came in and cleaned his teeth was super informative and attentive, even tracked the dentist down to ask for a prescription toothpaste to help with the white spots that were apparent to her but not to the Dentist? I will definitely be more voiced in which dentist next time! But overall it was a great visit, the office girls are always thorough and helpful!

I am very dissatisfied with the Zoom Whitening System I received a couple of weeks or so ago I was in the office for three hours. The procedure is very expensive and timely I thought it took a few days or so to see a difference but my teeth are the same as they were prior to the procedure. I followed the directions even with the take home kit and still no results that procedure is way too expensive to have No Results! Im very livid and dissatisfied I literally gave them my money with nothing to show for it.

I was not happy with Dr. Reynolds,the dentist. I asked him to look at my other teeth & he said No. You only came in for this one tooth. Also, he used a bite block. Did he really think I was going bite him or not keep my mouth open as instructed??I give this office 1 star and that is being generous.

This is a great place to go for dental work, especially if going to the dentist makes you nervous. The staff are so friendly. Dr. Kim is amazing! I recently had a very difficult extraction and he did such a great job. I’m usually pretty anxious about any type of dental work but even though this was a challenging procedure, he and his assistant’s calm demeanor, gentleness and concern for me made all the difference. Me and my family will continue to go here and I recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. Thank you, Dr.Kim and thank you to the rest of the staff. You guys are top notch!

I hate leaving a 1 star because the dental staff is so nice, but that is paled in comparison to having a wait time of over an hour for my last 2 appointments due to staff overbooking according to the doctor. Im 8 months pregnant and in discomfort without having to wait in a waiting room for over an hour.Update: The office did call me after the review was left and profusely apologized so that does show their commitment to their patients. I really appreciate the gesture and hopefully they wont be so overbooked next appointment.

We take all 5 of our children here. The staff is fast, friendly, and very efficient! Most recently we took our twin daughters in for braces. Everything was well explained at our visit before both financially and medically! Zulema was great, she explained the procedure to both my daughters and I. She made sure they were comfortable every step of the way and that they understood everything especially since they were nervous and they did surprisingly well! Dr. Matthew Rushing was great as well, he made sure we understood the procedure and answered all our questions before we made a decision!

They explained the situation to where I actually understood them I would refer them to a friend or family always they are very understanding and they communicate with the children or kids just as they do with the parents

I went in for some severe pain and swelling, I was seen quickly and with as little pain as possible. Office staff was very friendly and the dentist was polite and through when explaining what was wrong.

Wonderful staff! They are thoughtful, quick, and efficient throughout the appointment. After the initial appointment, they gave me an action plan with cost estimates for everything they recommended. They did not push any procedures on me but they were realistic and honest about the dental work that needs to be done and what I needed to prioritize. I highly recommend Element Dental!

I woke up on a Saturday morning with excruciating pain in a bad tooth. After struggling for several hours with no relief nomatter what I tried, I asked my husband to take me to the E.R.He said, lets find a dentist instead. He searched Google for a dentist open Saturdays, and found Element Dental. He called and even though I was not a previous patient, the told him to bring me in right away.The staff was very welcoming and sensitive to my obvious pain. They took me right back for x-rays and it was only a moment until Dr. Kim was in to access the situation.He said the tooth needed to come out right away. I was in agreement as I already knew there was no saving this tooth, it was in very bad decay.He was so gentle and efficient, going to work right away and was able to extract my severely cracked and infected molar in one piece.We were in and out within 1 hour and I was sent home to heal.I have experienced little to no pain from the extraction and am amazed at how caring and talented he and his staff were.I started off the day in unbearable pain, and ended it with a little soreness in my jaw and so much greatfulness to Dr. Kim and his staff.I would recommend Element Dental to anyone and everyone I know.Thank you guys SO much.

We have had good experiences with the dental side, but not so good with the orthodontics side. We constantly receive billing texts and emails, but have been told everything is up to date (we paid our portion in full ahead of time). We did not care for the way the orthodontist treated my daughter.

Hadnt been to a dentist in a long time and a friend told me about Element so I got my courage up and made an appointment. These are the friendliest people you will ever meet. So very considerate of what you are going through and it shows with everyone I had dealings with. They are just fantastic. I would recommend Element Dental and the prices are very reasonable. Ask about the insurance they offer also. It really helps out.

Informational and nice. Explains what needs to be done. And very professional. Good with kids. Do amazing teeth cleaning. Havent had a problem so far. Has a family like vibe to it. Can sometimes be long, but due to covid procedures, Im sure there going as fast as can be expected. A little costly. But you get what ypu pay for.

The orthodontist is good!!!!.... but the general dentistry is manage in a very poor way. Definitely will not recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The particular dentist we had was a little impatient. My son has ADHD and some sensory issues, so I had to speak up a couple of times when she got frustrated with him and didnt know how to get him to respond properly.Hes light sensitive, and she just wanted him to lay still with that light right in his eyes, and he couldnt. Luckily the nurse jumped right in and suggested the sun shades to help him. The dentist accepted, but seemed mildly annoyed at the delay.Still wont stop coming, as all his previous visits with other dentists have been very positive.

My children both receive dental care at Element Dental in Bryan. We love the friendly staff and they are very time efficient with each patient. Some of the dental assistants are very personable with my kids and always remember them every time we come in. My kids never complain about anything. So I’m assuming the hygienists are very gentle with them!

Everyone was friendly in the office however, two of my children walked out of there with tartar build up still on their teeth. Sorry, but if two different hygienist cant clean properly and a dentist cant see during their exam that it wasnt done right, we need to go somewhere else. When I called, the office manager was polite and agreed to not file a claim for their cleaning and emailed me the x-rays. Just disappointing.

My family has gone to element dental for the past 3 years and I would recommend them to everyone!! Dr Kim goes above and beyond every time and I really appreciate him and all of the staff for the honest assessments and diligent care they provide each time!

Element dental is very flexible with their scheduling. They are open Saturdays and can take 4 family members together in a one hour appointment. The staff is very understanding and informative. They send lots of reminders and give us a free toothbrush and toothpaste at every cleaning.Element dental has been helpful with insurance info and giving me prices before service. They are patient and helpful.

Had surgery on my damaged and wisdom teeth. The dentist whom provided care for me was amazing and so was his assistant. I use the orthodontic side of Element dental. In my experience, the employees have been unfriendly and generally don’t seem like they care about their job. first couple appointments, I felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. However, the man that does reception is always kind and they were good at working with me regarding budget. Other than that, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this orthodontist to a friend.

I was very satisfied with the treatment I received the staff were very nice and because of them I feel a lot better!

One of the best things is I don’t have to wait long in the lobby and the staff treats me like a long lost friend. Very competent and knowledgeable.

I was able to get my appointment in a very short time from when we returned to Bryan. Not only did I get right in with very little wait on the day of the appointment, but it ended up being a very small procedure and cost me very little. Way to go guys. Love you Dr. Kim!

5 star for Ms. Kalsie 👏👏👏the hygienist/nurse for understanding the feelings of a highly sensitive 4-year-old and comforting her. I am sure she is a great professional but I appreciate her more for being able to communicate with difficult children that is a rare skill.

Horrible. Was referred to this place by another dentist that was lacking. Placed a temporary crown but left a hole, with the pulp being exposed. Prior to leaving, noticed something was wrong with the crown so told tech, tech replied it was normal. After the shot wore off, had way worse pain than before the procedure. Called office and told them that I sensed something was wrong prior to leaving and that I have significant pain worse than before, replied that I can come the day after. Went to another dentist who recognized the crown had a big hole in it and he could easily reach the pulp.

Ive been twice: routine check up and today I just had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Amazing people, just wished reception would have more than one window to assist people more than one person at a time. Everyone has been really nice and they tell me what is happening and keep me in the loop very well. Glad I found a dentist. I would recommend!

Ive went here for a few years while Ive made my way through college and theyve been nothing but fabulous, and that is coming from someone who heavily dislikes dentist visits. They have been good about starting appointments more or less on time and both the hygenists and the dentists have been friendly during cleanings. Ive had to have cavities filled and one of my wisdom teeth pulled during the course of my visits. All the procedures were pain free and without problems. In all cases they were wonderful about talking me through my panic about having drills and needles in my mouth. I would entirely recommend them.

I have been using Elemental in Bryan for the past two years and it has been wonderful. From the friendly, efficient and professional ladies in the front to the dentist and assistants in the back, they make you feel as if you are their only patient. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and at ease. Also, they do wonderful work, from extractions to dentures. I will never use anyone else, but I will recommend them to everyone!

Everyone is super friendly, though it was busy I dont think I was waiting an excessive amount of time. The dental hygienist Barbara is very sweet and cleaned my teeth extremely well. Dr. Chen was very thorough in filling in my cavities and evening out my bite. I was very relaxed and I believe I almost feel sleep during LOL

I got an wisdom teeth consultation, x-ray scanning with them the first time I went there and scheduled a teeth extraction, they charged me both consulting fee and x-ray fee which is reasonable. The second time I went there and talked to the doctor just quick, they charged the consultancy fee again without my knowledge (I realized that when I checked my insurance account afterwards). Interestingly they already told me that the second consultation is free, otherwise whats the point of the first consultation. In addition, they also put unnecessary procedure in the quote and trying to push you make decision under pressure ($100 money for procedure code D-9610 which is not required usually and my insurance doesnt cover, I realized this after I went to a second dentist). Whats funny is the scheduled surgery got cancelled from their side due to their schedule availability (well, at least thats one thing I should thank them). In summary, feeling like they just try to get every money from your pocket. Well, the way you treat your customers absolutely will ruin your business in return. Overall very unsatisfied.

My son had an injury. Dr. Lee fit my son in and did surgery the next day. He was very patient and thorough. I had cried all day the day of the injury. My son was embarrassed to smile. But now he is just like before.

The dentist that worked on my son was amazing. Kept me well informed and made my son feel so comfortable.

All employees were professional, courteous and helpful. Offices were clean. They made me feel comfortable. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes for the procedure. Strongly recommend them!

Had an 8am appt. Got in at 8:15. A woman who wore a dirty smock and didnt introduce herself took me back to take x-rays basically in the hallway. You sit there while they cram stuff in your mouth and gouge you while the huge staff all traipses back and forth and watches the show.Then sat around till 8:45 to see the dentist. Not sure how you wait and wait when youre the first appt. of the day but I did.Its unfriendly, impersonal, grubby, and wide-open and totally non-private.

So I had a filling break and on short notice they got me in to see a doctor that morning. Turns out I needed a root canal and they did it same day. The staff there is warm and very kind. I had a great experience here, so for anyone whos affraid of the dentist put your mind at ease and choose elemental dental for you next visit. Thank you all for such great service. Element dental is an amazing dentist office in Bryan tx! The staff there are so polite and professional with everything that they do. I want to especially thank Valerie Barnes for being so helpful. She answered every question that I had, since it was my first time there. Valerie made me feel comfortable and held my hand through all the scary drilling. I went to Element for the first time last week and absolutely loved the employees! I came in as an emergency appointment for some dental problems. I was upset about the dental problems I was having, and they walked me through the steps of the dental work I was going to be having. It was a great experience! The hygienist, Barbara, was so nice and considerate. She did Zoom! Whitening on my teeth and they look fantastic!!! I highly recommend them. They have a great doctor and amazing staff!
