I have so much respect for the people who work at lucky nails! They give discount out of kindness!! They have amazing customer service they make sure you are refreshed without you having to ask! Tammy is the one who typically does my nails! I have nothing but good things to say about her! She does amazing work, and carries on a conversation with you! Scheduled an appointment for a few, the guy told me to be there in 15 minutes. I was there in about 10 minutes, apparently he forgot about scheduling the appointment, but ask that I have a seat. I did and he had somebody to work on my nails within a couple of minutes. Speedy service and very nice nail techs! Will definitely go here again!

This was my first time getting anything done at Lucky Nails. It was clean and pleasing to the eye when I walked in. The gentleman at the front desk was kind, and he got me seen right away. Ms. Anna did my pedicure and manicure. I was so pleased with her work. She paid attention to all the little details. My feet look and feel great. I made sure to give her a good tip. If you need a good pedicure, go see Ms. Anna at Lucky nails. Youll thank me afterwards.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DAUGHTERS FOR A SERVICE.. STAY W THEM. My daughter had her nails done here and it was a great experience the 1st time. The 2nd time I dropped her off and ran to the store. An hour later I went back to pick her up and she was still sitting there with her nails untouched. So disappointing, I should have never trusted them w my daughter. I will not make this mistake again.

OMG! My guy was amazing! I work retail and my feet hurt he did my feet right.

I made an appointment, could not be seen until 30 minutes after my appointment. When it came time for my nails, very rude. My nail chipped after one day of having them.When I reached out to them, they told me to come in, however I did not and I do not have more time to waste at this establishment

Paid for my daughter’s pedicure with extra $ for shellac as I was told it would last 4-6 weeks. Here I am 6 days later with my daughter telling me two of her nail’s polish came off a day or two earlier. So that means the polish stayed on for maybe 4 days!?! Nowhere near 4-6 weeks.

They are very nice people but she went way to fast shaping my nails she didn’t even look when shaping them my middle finger nail is crooked on both hands to the point you can see that they wereShaped wrong because one side is longer than the other, I didn’t ask for glitter and ended up with glitter in my nails, I also showed a picture of the stiletto shape nails and I still ended up with rounded tips, the tip of my nail is so thin it dips inword

I went this afternoon and I loved the tech who worked on my nails but after awhile my nails got I don’t know loose they feel like there gonna come off I don’t clean dishes or anything they have no reason to be loose I’ve been here before with a different tech and it felt the same way loose

My friend received second degree burns by the hot rock massage. When we acknowledged it and showed it to them they said it was part of his acne. They would not refund the money only do the massage again for free. Why would you take that chance again.

I get their an show them a picture of the nails I wanted and said they could do it I got a full set shellac and the nails they put are bigger than my actual real nail the are wide some are longer than others ! I told the lady when she kept applying shellac that they was to wide from the bottom wish I could of taken a picture so she said why didn’t I tell her when she was putting the glitter I said the glitter wasn’t the issue the issue was my nails was to wide and thick so she try’s to fix it but my nails are to wide My nails aren’t even coated correctly they aren’t shaped good it’s just a dissapointment !!

Go is new to the salon and was fabulous. She took her time and I never new my toe nails could look so good. She is amazing. I hope she stays.

I went to Lucky Nails for a French tip manicure hoping to treat myself. Well I was treated to bloody cuticles and a rude manicurist. I showed her she made me bleed and she said Not blood I repeated myself and she told me No you stop . So I paid $28 to walk out with bloody red fingers and she received no tip. I will NEVER go back and dont suggest you go. Save your fingers and go somewhere else.Also they use old files ... which is gross.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work. Uneven nails,had dips and divet,already needs refilled after 3 days,charged for gel but didnt use gel,and wrong shape done.couldnt complain bc of language barrier. Will not go back.....

All in all they are good. It depends on who you get. However, a couple of weeks ago my nails did not look good at all, but I went back to get them fixed and they IMMEDIATELY got to me and fixed them to look wonderful (free of charge). I also broke one of my nails the following day and they fixed that quickly, kindly and for free again. When I went a few days ago to get my nails redone they turned out PERFECT! I highly recommend Nancy and it is who I will be going to every time now. She payed attention to every detail, only nicked my skin once and felt so bad about it. She did not just rush to get me in and out of the chair. She was so kind and conversed with me almost the entire time. The technician matters. Go to NANCY!

Great place. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. They take forever, but they do a good job.

I scheduled an appointment for 4 pm and I was on time and have been waiting and watching walk ins get helped before me what’s the point of making an appointment if I have to wait.

Really nice and clean nail salon. The owners and staffs tried to keep everything organized. I saw them clean up everything after every customer. The salon was in a perfect size with plenty of space and comfortable chairs. Their services were also really good. Highly recommend to get pedicure and manicure at this place, they lasted much longer than other nail salons in the area with a reasonable price.

I go to this place every 2 weeks,and I just love how they do my nails,but sometimes they mess up but doesnt everyone,and yet only sometimes I get cuts but not all the time..So I just love that place I wouldnt trust anyone else with my nails!! Please come and see for yourself Tammy is the best!!!

I tried to go here once. I showed up maybe 3 hours before they closed. HOURS. She said it would be a long wait. I was fine with that. In the next breath she said she couldn’t do my nails...why didn’t they want my money? Hmm...

They are very quick with setting up and getting ready. Lucky nails is very easy to work with because they are gentle, nice, and very outstanding when they work. Lucky nails is by far a very good place to get your nails done for the weekend. The prices are definitely good for the work they do.

Walked in and knew I would have to wait for a manicure, as they were busy. Then I watched as they serviced two customers who walked in after me. Simply because they were getting a full set of nails. I used to love this place, but it isn’t what it used to be.

All the compliments to the place. I was pretty amazed at how they run their business, very impressive. Came in in an afternoon near Thanksgiving. Called ahead of time and when I get there, the place was pretty busy but they managed not to let me wait more than 10 minutes. The lady who did my nails took her time and did not rush through steps, again, the place was pretty busy. She really cared about what she was doing and kept asking me if everything was right as my requests. The place is neat and clean. Sanitation procedures were strictly followed. Love it. Highly recommended !!

I went in for the powder dip manicure. They did the powder dip but nothing else that comes with a manicure. A week later and two of my nails no longer have color because the whole powder dipped piece (that looks like an acrylic nail when I comes off) on those two cans off completely and two more are lifting. Im not sure if the adhesive, or whatever that first coat is, was done wrong or what but the color shouldn’t just be falling off.

I am very picky about my nails. Betty did a great job. She took her time to get the exact color I was looking for and made the acrylic nails thin, not bulky so they look very natural. She did knick my skin a few times.

Ive probably been to every nail salon in here. Serious. And I can say with confidence that she is the QUEEN of nails. Yes, there are other places that do a good job with designs, but thats ONLY designs. She is meticulous, attentive, professional, and an awesome designer. She totally exceeds my expectations.

I have not one bad thing to say about this salon. I am actually lucky to come upon this nail salon. I actually was about to go past it till I looked at my toes and just tried it out. I am very impressed how the ladies are so professional. Throughout my experience I have not once heard them  chatter to each other. I can really come back to get my pedicure. Ive been a customer here for years (because of the location) and the service keeps going down. They just want to get you in and out. This last time I had a new lady, Vickie, that told me the wait was 15 mins when it ended up being over an hour. She performed a 10 min shellac manicure on me and when I questioned the things she did not do, she attempted to perform them after she painted my nails. She was cutting the cuticles after and she cut me so bad I had blood running down my finger. I was just trying to be nice and not have it ruin my day so I paid and left and just told myself not to get her next time. The shellac started coming up 3 days after, so I called and spoke to Tammy, the manager. She said she knows Im a good customer and to return that weekend for a redo. Well, the weekend came and I returned, however, I was treated SO poorly because I was getting a redo instead of being a new paying customer that they told me to wait and took new customers ahead of me. Im done.

My first experience at this Lucky Nails was incredible..I had the best pedicure (the nail tech took his time) and my full set was the best I had ever had.Today, was not a good experience. First I got a pedicure, and the nail tech roughly shaped my nails and cut my cuticles. He barely scrubbed my legs/feet and when he massages my legs with the lotion, he VERY forcefully rubbed my calves to the point that I have bruising. Next I was getting a full set. The nail tech doing this asked me how I wanted my nails and I said very short and square. Mid-way through her doing my nails a regular customer of hers walked in and said she wanted her to do her sisters pedicure who was about to be there..so the nail tech hurried through finishing my nails, which are long with half of them round and half square, she didn’t clean up under or around my nails so my cuticles are the same color as my nails now and put the gel top coat over the specks or powder from shaving my nails. Needless to say, I have uneven long nails with the color all over my skin, and bumps all over the top of my nails. I’m super unhappy and can say I won’t ever be back. Oh and my total was $67 just for me to go home and file down my nails and have bruising down my legs.

I came here to get my color change because my friend had a good experience with Erika and Tammy. Unfortunately I got put with Ben. He did the color change sloppily, kept messing up and spoke on the phone with his wife while doing my nails which is the most probable cause as to why they were done poorly. The bottom of my nails still have the original color and my nails were not filled all the way. The worst part of it all, I understand Vietnamese, and he and Mimi were talking badly about me and the lady sitting next to me, saying that the colors were dumb and that the lady looked ugly and scary. I pretended to not know what they were saying so I could figure out if they were actually horrible people, and it turned out to be true. Even the salon owner told him to stop speaking rudely about people (me) because he knew I could understand. Ben proceeded to say that I didnt since I wasnt responding to his rude comments. To put the story short, if you go here and get Ben, he will talk bad about you in Vietnamese.

Honestly if I could Id give them 100! They treat you like, omg I felt so pampered! They were so nice and their work is beyond amazing!so meticulous and careful! Got two diff colors and they helped me choose! Such great service in all areas!
