My iPhone 6s was rather energy hungry and I realized I might need a new battery. No Apple Store in Bryan, Texas, but I heard that Batteries Plus could do a battery replacement. Called the store and they assured me they could do it today! They also advised I schedule an appointment to get $10 off. That is great service! I went to the store and waited for the replacement. The young man had great communications skills and knew what he was doing. In no time, I was out the door . That was 1.5 hours ago and my battery shows 98% charge! While I waited, I was also able to buy some additional LED bulbs for my lamps.

I value customer service very highly. 5 stars is self-explanatory on my experience. In addition to customer service, the quality of their parts are definitely commendable. I’ve went down the road to 1-Up repairs and came right back to Batteries Plus Bulbs. These guys even offered to replace my speaker, though it was just a connection issue when changing my battery. Warranty for 6 months. I will always come back unless they get a completely different staff.

The store clerks were very nice and helpful in scheduling an appointment to replace a broken screen on an iPhone 6; however, the Touch ID, which was working when the phone was brought in no longer works. The tech looked at it again and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Very disappointing since the cost was almost $100.UPDATE May 16, 2018 - The store manager, Brian, contacted me to apologize that this happened (apparently it is rare but does happen). He talked to his technician to be sure he had done everything he could to fix it and since that one issue couldn’t be fixed he offered me a full refund. They were more than fair and great to deal with.

Great service. I went to go fix my galaxy s8+ with a problem of the touch screen not responding and the phone constantly turning off. Asked for a screen and battery replacement to fix the issue and they offered to fix the phone without charge if they saw that it was just bent wrong or a fix that wouldnt require any replacements once it was open. They fixed the phone the same day in a matter of 3 hours. I should have waited an extra 30 minutes so the adhesive would stick better but its doing great so far after a day. They said they would fix it free of charge if the adhesive didnt stick right.

No complaints nor constructive remarks. My experience in purchasing a new android phone battery was seamless.
