I have been there 3 times now and all 3 times it has been absolutely amazing. The staff is always great and very friendly. This last time I was there was during this last winter storm we just had and they called me with updates. No questions asked this is the best paint and body shop in the area. I just had a great experience with Kaitlyn at George’s - I got paint on my car from a rogue animal is in my garage. I know they are super busy right now with hail and they literally fixed my car while a waited! I cannot say enough good things about y’all!

Being in the insurance world, an automotive repair shop is essential. Throughout all of the catastrophes that Texas has experienced over the last several years, I know I can rely on Patti. This is a well run, friendly and fair business. The could not have been nicer to take care of my problem at about 30% of the estimate from a dealers body shop. The employees here are so wonderful and helpful. Ms. Patty at the front desk is amazing and so sweet! They repaired the bumper of my car after I got rear ended: ensured that the parts they replaced on my car were good quality and not defective, were incredibly helpful getting a rental car for me, and finished 2 days ahead of schedule! So happy with how my car turned out!

Had side molding re-glued to my truck. Wasn’t done right by someone else and it kept coming off. George’s took the time to make sure it was done right and explained the process. The front desk staff was also extremely friendly and even gave me some helpful tips. As a female places always try and take advantage and charge you, but I got a solid price for the job. It’s still holding up after rain and washes.

My car was towed here after a wreck for an estimate on repairs. The towing and tear down fees were more than reasonable and the service was exceptional and timely. Silas is incredible to work with and answered all my questions. He returned my calls quickly and worked with me to figure out all my issues. Had a small mishap with my brand new car that ended with some very minor scratches down the side. I brought my car in and they had an estimate for me within 30 minutes, and booked me in the very next morning to get the scratches buffed out. The staff at Georges was amazing. They had information ready for me the next day after I brought my car in. Once I let me insurance know I wanted to file a claim, Georges handled the whole claim with my insurance company. I did absolutely no work during the process. They updated me and stuck to their timeline. They even cleaned the interior dash and front area of my car before returning it. The 5 stars is deserved.

Wow. Can I give 6 stars? We had a minor fender bender with my daughter. Another shop gave the lady a $876 estimate to fix her car. We brought it here just to get a second estimate. We got there about 20 minutes before closing on a day when it was over 100 degrees. Todd the Estimator looked at it and said let me try something... He drove it into the shop and was back out in 10 minutes. He was able to pop it out and back into place and buff out the scratch. He wouldnt even take payment! What an answer to prayer! God bless them!

Not the best experience. Employees are kind and welcoming but the labor I dont know what was wrong because they couldnt get the job done right the first time so they made me take about 3 trips and so I had to leave my vehicle and find temporary transportation and still their job with my vehicle was not what I was expecting I even notice more defects with my vehicle but its ok I will not be going back. I appreciate the kindness though.

My Wife and I both hit deers about 4 weeks apart. Georges got right to our vehicles, and about 2 months later my Wife realized Her horn didnt work(She never uses it), Todd said bring it in we will fix it free of charge. They have my business for life!!!

***Update***Finally got my car back on Monday. Additional $100 was voided by the manager voluntarily. Job seems solid. Cant say really happy about the entire experience. I guess this is the best that can happen.***Previous***Had a very good experience 3 years ago. Everything is just different. First time it got delayed, no one bothered to call. Then I came to them Friday morning. Found out some painting is still needed. I told them I really needed the car for the weekend. A stuff member gave his (verbal) PERSONAL GUARANTEE to get the job done by end of day ONLY IF I throw ANOTHER $100 to get some other minor dents repaired, which would not take much more time as he promised. I was desperate to get my car. So I agreed. Again, no one bothered to call. I had to find out when I got there to pick up the car later, that its still NOT DONE. And I have to wait until Monday as promised (again?) by the manager. No explanation was offered since he cannot reach the guy who lied to my face. Still waiting now...If they are comfortable with the way how they handle their business. They should be comfortable with how people view think or talk about it. I stand by every word I wrote. It is just outrageous.

Simply the best. I have had several cars redone and its always the best service and quality. I cant imagine trusting anyone else ever again. Georges is my go-to body shop.

As someone who works in a customer service position, I think that too often people write reviews based on the problems they had regardless of how the staff SOLVED the issue, and I have to say that the staff at Georges (specifically Steven and Caelan, but all of the techs as well whose name I did not catch) did an excellent job at resolving the couple of timing and mechanical issues that did come up with fixing my car and both times were able to make sure it was done quickly and correctly.The labor is on the higher end but you are getting what you pay for. My car looks great and is running again just fine. I would definitely trust their work again (although hopefully I wont have to). =)

My 2016 Toyota Tundra crew cab was hit in the rear door when I was parked in a parking lot. I had not even had it for two months! I had heard of this place before so I decided to waste no time getting it to then for an estimate.To say they were quick and professional does not do them justice. I had an estimate in my hand less than an hour aftet I was hit. They were already communicating with the other persons insurance company before I left.It took about a week to get it all done. Once they got into it they figured out more internal damage had been done. They worked on it until it was right and back to factory specs.I really appreciated the email updates that I got while they worked on my new truck.When I picked it up they even coordinated with the rental car company for me for the rental car that I had been given by the other insurance company.I definitely would go back if I needed to. But hopefully I never will need to because of an accident! :-)

I had a couple different experiences with Georges that were below satisfactory. I would not go back there if someone paid me!! They are (or have been) a preferred body shop for a major insurance company. I didnt know that this may create a potential for a conflict of interest...it did. I guess that I was the one that paid for it!

They help me so much with my sunroof that I was afraid of not being able to close it and I would like to thank them so much a thousand times if I could!!!! One of the staff walk me through a brief review of the parts I needed to fix my sunroof that are at a great deal compare to Lithia dealship that was charging me an arm and a leg to just investigate the problem!!!! I’m a college student at Blinn and their work on my car has really help me get through the day for now on of not worrying about my car anymore from getting to class and to my job without worrying about the weather. I had purchased a used Fiberglass Tonneau cover for my 2012 Red F-250 Super Duty and wanted it painted to match my truck. Im fairly new to the College Station area and chose Georges from the reviews posted on their website. I was greeted by Sy..the owner and he worked up an agreeable price. To my surprise he promised that it would be ready before the weeks end. They took the time to color match my truck and on the day when I picked it up they helped me set it on. The color match was Perfect. The paint job came with a lifetime warranty and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience and outcome. Highly recommended.

This business is beyond shady and their customer service is horrible. If I could give negative stars, I would.They had my car for almost 6 weeks during which time no actual maintenance was completed yet they kept billing my insurance company for labor performed. They repeatedly asked me to sign over POA for checks written to me/them from my insurance company which I refused to do until they actually worked on my vehicle, only to find out that they forged my name on those documents and cashed checks that they had NO right to cash, THAT IS CHECK FRAUD. When confronted about this the owner first denied that it happened and when I told him I had proof he tried to dismiss me stating that it is a moot point, and that it is standard procedure to cash checks so theyre not lying around in the safeAfter almost 6 weeks and countless phone calls I had to threaten to get a lawyer so that they would pay for my rental car because they had my vehicle for so long that my rental policy expired through my own insurance. These people do shady business and they have zero regard for how they treat people. They are lucky Im not suing them for check fraud for illegally cashing checks that don;t belong to them. The owner is rude and I strongly urge anyone considering this establishment for their car repair needs to take their business elsewhere.

Came across the review below and had to comment...Ive had two vehicles repaired here over the years and they did good work both times. The bills matched the quotes and the work was done on time. I would recommend them to anyone and have. I have no idea what the person with the negative comment below is talking about. I suspect they have the wrong company, are an unethical competitor or just plain smoking crack.

Wouldnt recommend. Had my car for five months. Car had two hits and insurance processing took longer because of it. I didnt have a good experience with them. They only processed one hit and then acted like I hadnt told them about both.
