I took my car in for an estimate on hail damage. They asked that I leave my car for the day. While inconvenient, I understood they were likely busy with other hail damage cars. When my husband picked up the car, they informed him they would send the estimate to the insurance, never giving him a copy. A week later I called to request a copy of the estimate. They asked for my email, which I provided, and said to call them back to confirm if Id gotten it. The next afternoon I still hadnt gotten it, so I called back. They took my name and phone number and said they would call right back. I did not receive a call back. The next morning I called again and again gave my name, phone number, and email address. I was told they would send it right away. By lunch, I still had not received anything. I went to the shop around noon. When I walked in I explained to a girl at the desk that I had called 3 times about my estimate and had not received anything. She seemed annoyed and asked my name. When I gave it to her, she simply stared at a man sitting at another desk, who was on the phone. Once he got off the phone, I gave him my name and he said he was just working on sending my estimate to me. He then spent the 20 minutes looking for the estimate, repeatedly saying he just had it (his desk was covered in papers). Eventually the girl said she would just re-print it. The guy apologized and said he would give me a gift card for the amount of my deductible. When I inquired if the estimate had been sent to the insurance, he stammered and said he would do it right then. I told him not to bother, that I would send it. This shop is completely disorganized and the girl who works at the desk is very rude. I will not be taking my car there for repairs.

The work load seems to be lynch-pinned on one person to coordinate all services. My keys were not labeled or identified, and one customers keys were misplaced while I was waiting in the small lobby as well and had to be rummaged for for several minutes. The office is disorganized. I had to provide my insurance claim number, last name, phone number, and information several times, as a mixture of hand scratched paper records and computer invoices are used. The staff spent a portion of the time while I waited yelling across the small office at each other, with one member stating that they were the only reason that anyone came to the shop and that they were the only reason the shop was able to run. The office staff does not wear protective masks during a global pandemic, with multiple posted signs that say masks are not required and much smaller text stating that it is recommended (which makes no sense, as if the shop recommended it, they would wear them as well.)I brought my vehicle in for hail damage repair. I had a time limit for repairs, which the shop understood and agreed they would look at the car that day, call me back, and then let me know if it was able to be done. They informed me that as long as it could be repaired traditionally, it would be definitely done by Monday afternoon (the day before I needed to leave), and then the vehicle was dropped off a week before the repairs needed to be complete. At the end of the third business day, I hadnt received a call back or any update on the progress or if they believed they could repair traditionally, but got a call from my insurance agent that was telling me she was informed from the shop that they could not do the repairs on time. I was never told this from the shop. I had to call again to ask about this, after which they coordinated only repairing my broken windshield. I had to call back the next afternoon (Friday) again for an update and I was told it would happen maybe monday morning, or maybe monday afternoon, but they are going to figure out if they can get it done when I have to leave town on Tuesday. Each call I would be told I was JUST about to call you, thank goodness you called. When I asked to pick my car up because a different business in town could guarantee the repair, I was told that I should understand the repairs have been chaotic and they were on top of communicating with me about the services, and that its unfortunate that I was unhappy with the service I received. Overall, my car was in their facility for approximately 6 days and no repair work was performed on it, and only an assessment of the damage was performed (independent assessment via insurance company took approximately 30 minutes to assess damage).While I did not see the quality of any repair job that was performed, the client communication, organization, and office staff structure left a lot to be desired and I would recommend going elsewhere.

John Ed does great work. We had my wifes jeep repaired here. They had to replace a few body parts and do some repainting. The paint was not an easy color to match as it changes color from a dark brown/copper flake color to gray/metallic depending on the sunlight/clouds. They did a flawless job of matching the paint and with the final finish.
My son is a graduate student at Texas A&M and was in a minor fender bender. We live in the Houston area and A&M Twin City Paint and Body was recommended to us. John and John Ed Velasquez were very friendly and easy to talk to. They gave us an very reasonable estimate and they stood by that estimate. The work they did was exceptional! We truly appreciate the pride they took in their craft repairing our car! This car belonged to my father-in-law and may not have a lot of monetary value but it has plenty of sentimental value. Put in the car on Tuesday and picked up Friday. It’s not only very fast. They tried to fix my rear trunk instead of replacing it. The price is lower than the other quotes I’ve received and they also shared some pictures of the repair. Great transparency and great work!
John was very friendly and easy to talk to. They did a speedy, and quality repairing and painting job. My car looks brand new. I deeply appreciated their super professional job. The price was affordable. I will definitely come here for painting in the future.
My daughter (a young college student) stopped by the shop today. She had something on the front of her car hanging off and dragging/making a lot of noise. She calls us and tries to explain what is happening and what is coming off the front of her car. I look up body shops and saw great reviews for this place. We send her here to have it looked at. I’m not sure who helped her but I can’t thank you enough! They looked at her car, cut the piece off and didn’t even charge her. I call this a blessing! Excellent customer service and extremely friendly especially to my young adult daughter. Thank you for helping her when we couldn’t be there, it’s people like you that make a difference in this world. We will definitely be returning if we need any car

This was the first time I had to use a body shop in the B/CS area and if there is a second time I will be going back to A&M Twin city Paint and Body. They did great work on my car. My car looks brand new as if nothing even happened to it. Their turnaround time was impressive. I dropped my car off Monday 2/26 and they had my car ready for me Thursday 3/1. Beyond impressed with John Ed Velasquez and everyone at A&M Twin City Paint and Body.
Very happy with the quality of work they did for me. My biggest fear was that the new paint would not match the existing paint but that was not the case at all. I have no hesitations on going back.

I had received an excellent service from John Ed. I am so greatful that I chose A&M Twin City Paint and Body. I had a quote somewhere else on the same day and that quote was $700 more than what John Ed estimate my cost was. He gave me the great service that my car actually needed and in additional, he also replaced my car’s cables that help opening the trunk and gas cap from inside tabs. Also, he was willingly to drop me off and pick me up from a car retal place. I had an incident at the first rental car place ( overcharged problem) so I didn’t settle and John Ed came to the rescue one more time to pick me up and drop me off to the airport so I can have a better deal from renting car. I have never had any better service anywhere else. John Ed went so far and beyond to give great service to his customers and I am a satisfied customer of his. My car came out beautiful without breaking my wallet. I highly recommend A&M Twin City Paint and Body to everyone. John Ed’s honesty and great skill will take great care of your car for a great price!
David and his crew were exceptional. I pray I never have to spend $500 for body damage again, but if I do I know Ill take it to A&M Twin City Paint and Body. They were by far the cheapest, friendliest and quickest I could find in BCS. None of the other shops outside of the dealership would give me an estimate over the phone without first taking the time to look at the vehicle. David quoted me a price over the phone and it ended up being under that! Cant say enough about the great service these guys do.
