I’ve been insured by State Farm for 11 years. I started out with my hometown office where my mom used to work, so everyone there was very familiar with me. I was sad when I transferred my policy to Greg Myatt State Farm because I was unsure if I would get the same familiarity with them. Looking back, I had no reason to fear! The entire staff, but Sarah specifically, have been like family to me. I’ve never been more comfortable calling my insurance agency (or really anyone that I give money to monthly) in my life, and I doubt I’ll be able to find better. Not only are they extremely professional, but quick to resolve any issue and they make you feel right at home. When I called for any little thing, a question I had about my account, to update my information, Sarah (and Tina) were so helpful and kind, it was like speaking to a friend. WOW! Cant say enough about the customer service, competitive pricing and coverage that I received from State Farm (not to mention numerous discounts that he helped me get qualified for). I recently bought a vehicle and needed to have my own car insurance policy. I am 24 with a new/pricey SUV, so other insurance agencies were offering me outrageously high premiums (triple the amount that I was paying to my parents on their plan). I am so glad that a friend referred me to Greg, because he gave me an extremely affordable rate with higher coverage amounts, lower deductibles and a lower monthly premium than all of the other major Auto Insurance Carriers. From my first conversation with Greg, it only took two days to switch my Auto and Renters insurance over to this agency (most of that time was due to me reviewing policy information). If you are thinking about using Greg, you should absolutely give him a call.

I dont know anything about Greg Myatt, but Megan Morgan is good people, and I have to assume that, by extension, he is good people too. Megan saw that I requested a quote YEARS ago, saw that I could save ~15% by switching and went out of her way to contact me. Probably her computer told her about me, but she wasnt aggressive about contacting me, didnt fill my mailbox or email, and didnt spam my phone trying to get me to switch. I started the process of switching a few weeks ago and with with my busy schedule, I missed a few calls and procrastinated, and Im sure I drove Megan Morgan crazy with my hesitation and questions, but she was patient and respectful, and an all-around good sport about it. I might not have been the hardest customer to deal with, but I certainly wasnt the easiest, and I cant overstate how appreciative I am to have such an understanding person on the other side of the phone.

I had a life insurance policy with State Farm that my Grandpa had bought for me when I was born. My parents turned it over to me when I was 18 and I delayed figuring out all the details for several years because it seemed like a daunting task and I didn’t know the first thing about life insurance. I finally took plunge and tracked down my policy. It was being handled by an office in Austin. After several calls without getting the answers I needed I transferred my policy to Greg Myatt’s office because it was close to my home. An agent in his office named Megan was very helpful in getting my policy transferred to their office and scheduling a time for me to come in and sit down to discuss my policy. When I sat down with Greg he explained my policy to me in an easy to understand way and was able to discuss options with me for taking a loan out against my policy which I needed to help pay for my wedding. Greg’s office provided me with excellent customer service and helped make something I had been putting off for years much easier on me. I am considering using them for my auto and renters insurance now just because of how great Greg and his staff are. I definitely recommend them!
