When I went to this location to reserve a moving truck, I was immediately greeted by an employee who was munching on an apple. As I approached and inquired about renting a truck, he continued to eat his snack while talking to me with food in his mouth, which I thought was highly unprofessional.The reservation process was easy, despite the perceived rudeness of the same employee. He was just very short with me and not at all going out of his way to help. He first told me he had no trucks, then I asked him to check all lengths and types, and he finally found one for me. I had to pry information from him. He even asked for my credit card without telling me the total and refused to give a military discount.When I picked up the truck, they told me I had the wrong reservation time, even though my paperwork that the apple guy gave me said differently. So I had to wait about 40 minutes before getting the truck. When I pressed the OWNER about their Reservation Guarantee - look it up, its pretty cut and dry - he refused to honor the guarentee and told me they fixed the problem so wouldnt give me a credit, per the guarentee.When I returned the truck, the man who checked me in was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful (not apple guy). All in all, would not recommend this location.

BEWARE. We were told by a man with an “owner” name tag that we could access the storage unit on Gurnet rd up until 10pm so we trusted it. We showed up to drop off storage on the only day we had available to do so at 7:30pm and the gate would not open. After waiting on hold for THIRTY MINUTES, we were told by the call center that we would need to talk with roadside assistance. After a ten minute wait on hold again, we were told by roadside assistance that the call center agents were the only ones that could help us. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. DO NOT TRUST OR RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Worst experience ever. Beware of Danie . He inappropriately contacted myself and then my elderly father with threats and very nasty comments regarding my late payment. He would accept partial payments and then denied his behavior . I had to find a manager above him and then call corporate to handle thia. Many people I know are creeped out by this man. He also added unnecessary fees to my account and when corporate took the fake fees off and I went to settle my account. He refused and denied it and I had to sit at the location. While speaking to corporate because hes a psychopath. Hes not a safe person and I would never want to bw left alone with him. On the plus side they have a wonderful store associate named Justin who should replace Daniel. And their manager who I had to track down because she was impossible to get ahold of had to be contacted by corporate because she wasnt being a manager like she was supposed t . Watch out for their unnecessary fees and lack of communication. I would store my stuff at their other locatio .

Was supposed to charge me 58.55. Instead charged me that twice, and 76$ as well. Basically robbed me. I thought it was sketchy when he asked me to swipe my card over and over because it “wasn’t” going through. Then we called and they said we weren’t in the system. So someone who rented your truck FOUR days ago magically disappeared? Sounds even fishier. She magically finds it a few mins later than tells me it will take ten days to go on. So my account is now -45 dollars and you can take my money in one day but it takes ten days to return it? WILL NEVER GO THROUGH ANOTHER UHAUL AGAIN.
