We Buy Houses 912 LLC are an unprofessional and unethical business. My husband and I applied (1/18/19) and were approved to rent one of their homes. We met the couple and spent an hour and a half talking and inspecting every inch of the home. We made an arrangement and were to meet at their office on Tuesday (1/22/2019) - to pay the security deposit and sign the lease. We literally hugged/shook hands and left. We have to vacate our home after 4 years due to black mold. So, we have to get out quickly. We explained in length our situation to Mr. and Mrs. Patterson. I receive a call Monday night (1/21/2019) and a voicemail from Cece...I am so sorry we had a family come and give us a check and they are taking the house. I asked have they signed a lease? Hoping we could rectify the situation (since we had already given our landlord notice)...and they had indeed signed the lease. I responded to her We will have nowhere to go. The current rental market is less than stellar and it is hard to find an affordable home. They had zero empathy and completely retracted the agreement that was made. Be aware and stay clear. I have never dealt with such a disreputable “landlord”. Like her last words were to me, Good Luck.
