Our experience living here was nothing but exceptional. The apartments are beautiful and well kept, and the management is a pleasure to deal with. We had zero complaints.

We’ve loved being here. Not only is it convenient to everything, it’s peaceful, quiet (and I face the road), super safe, and comfortable. Best laid out apartment we’ve ever been in. 2 car garage… with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms!! All on ONE floor. So open with ceilings and all 36” doors (you don’t think about that until you move 😊). I’d still be staying here if we were not buying a home. Yes, we could find a little cheaper but not with everything i listed above. One thing most fail to think about is the taxes... this is in Medina County and far less taxes than other counties. What we paid in rent we saved in taxes from Cuyahoga. Just my humble opinion. Thanks Shanon & Chloe for all the help thru the years!

This was a great apartment. Very upscale, friendly staff, the clubhouse use is great, I really loved everything about it. I moved simply just to be close to work (and other positive life changes). It was a great place to call home just for a bit. Thank you for everything!

$1600 a month! Definitely not worth it. Property employees only care about filling units, they won’t call you back or email you about any of your concerns, they really don’t maintain the property very well or keep residents happy. Things they don’t do they don’t clean-out things like bird nests from the gutters so the birds don’t take a dump all over your car, making sure landscaping is done right and not leaving grass all over the patio and ruining patio decor, snow isnt removed promptly, people park there cars however they want and never get towed (Blocking your driveway), maintenance barley fixes anything right always having to make multiple attempts at fixing sometimes you have to give them pointers and they still don’t fix it right. Police are always at multiple people’s houses many times which is definitely annoying. Also, multiple people living together and smoking weed in there cars and a whole bunch more. Not worth $1600+ I’d pass for either renting someplace else or renting a house. What a bad place!

I moved from Delaware to Ohio in Nivember 2015. The Villas of Fox Hollow (Shanon) made the whole process of finding a place to live in Ohio without ever visiting an easy decision. My sister and I visited in October of 2015 to see apartments. Shanon was so nice to work with my schedule of when I could come see the apartment. By the end of the tour, my sister was wanting me to sign based on the staff, the amenities, the community, and the beautiful apartment. I have lived at the Villas of Fox Hollow for 3 years and lived every minute of it. My neighbors and staff are amazing and attentive. Plus being a newbie to Ohio, I felt safe and among family with my staff and neighbors. I have nothing negative to say. I absolutely love this apartment and neighborhood!!!!

Had a wonderful experience here!!! The property manager Shannon was amazing!!! She really spent the time, and energy (after hours) to give me wonderful customer service. I havent been able to know (due to my job) if i can move to this location yet. If I do, I cant wait to be in the good hands of the staff! Thank you so much Shannon!!!

We recently relocated to Brunswick from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Shannon and her team at Villas of Fox Hollow made the move so easy! They were extremely accommodating since we were renting without seeing the unit in person. We love the park like setting and the walking path with doggie park. We would recommend these apartment homes to anyone in the market to rent.

We lived here for a year and had a great experience! Shannon, the property manager, was really great to work with and always helpful, and we were really comfortable in our unit. I definitely recommend Villas of Fox Hollow!

This place is really nice and the people who work here are excellent! However, who ever built them, the two story units, really did do a bad job. Every visitor I have had come over comments on the sounds from above. And this time its not the neighbors fault. I can hear them flush toilets, water flowing thru pipes and a very loud banging sound in the pipes. It wakes me up out of a sound sleep!! Its a shame because rent is not cheap here. I do feel safe so thats a plus.
