I appreciated the high level of protection and kindness provided by the staff. It was very busy when I went, but service was provided with curtesy and efficiency.

They were slow in waiting on customers, however there was only two employee there at the time. Once I was waited on the employee seem to know what she was doing to a point.

The worst customer service I have ever received at Kays. They definitely need to train their staff better.

The ladies are not very hospitable. They make you feel like you’re a waste of their time. The young girl was nice. It’s sad that they run out of ribbons, bows and bags for their customers. Deals are pretty good

Went in to look for a cross for my husband, the sales rep was on her cell phone and pointed where i needed to go. Wanted me to open account. Told her no thanks. Kept pushing, left angry and fustrated.
