Our gutter was over flowing at the end by downspout, called RKS, phoned back right away, next day scheduled appointment. We live in a colonial so 2 levels of gutters and downspouts, all taken care of they did a great job, plus they sent pictures to us afterwards and price was very reasonable for gutters and downspouts. Turned out was mostly roofing debris blocking up downspouts when roof was replaced last year.

Rich was great. I requested our gutters cleaned and he contacted me very quickly to set it up. Took him a little less than an hour to clear years of gunk and grime out of our gutters. Took before and after videos to show us so that we did not have to climb on the roof for inspection. There is no longer any water flooding over the edge of our gutters at all, and we are very happy with his work. Wonderful job, will absolutely be using his services in the future as necessary.

I requested the RKS owner Rich, to come by and check my front and rear gutters. I had water leaking out the front gutter which was flooding thethe front flower bed, which was washing out my soil.I also had a rear gutter high up that was flipped sideways, catching none of water during a storm and was ruining my back walls and entrance way to the basement.Rich was quick to find that on the front gutter, it had pulled away from the from the roof line, causing the water to run behind the gutter. He promptly used screw in gutter attachments to draw the gutter tight to the wood just below the roof line. He also found I had a leak in the 90 degree on the end and applied caulk to seal the seam.As for the rear gutter, he expertly replaced all the gutter nails which had fallen out and caused my gutter to flip, with screw in attachments all the way across making the gutter functional again!Rich was extremely polite, courteous, neat, fast, and cleaned up after himself. His pricing was very reasonable. I was impressed by his professional attitude and would recommend his company, RKS Cleaning Service to everyone.

Very good experience with this business he just completed a job on my gutters he was on time very professional and spotted a leak on one of my upper corners. He took the time in the middle of his job to send me videos of his progress and to show off the good work that he does I highly recommend using this service and will use this service again in the future.

Rich, (the owner of RKS Services), is a very professional & customer friendly person to do business with. He is very quick to respond to my request for services, and he made the scheduling easy, along with being prompt and prepared to work. His quality and attention to detail is by far the best. He was mindful of my neighbors concerns about the mist from cleaning my home, and assured them that it wouldnt harm their home or flowers and offered to tarp over the flowers if they wanted them covered. He pressure washed my home, & stone patio area, removed the black stain from the gutters, cleaned the windows, (including the skylight windows), doors and screens, and replaced the screens when he was done. When he was finished, I couldnt believe how white the trim & gutters looked and the gray siding looked as clean as it ever did. Rich did all that I asked from him for an extremely fair price. I will definitely be having RKS come back again, no doubt about it!!!!!

I needed a service to perform several tasks from cleaning out my gutters, repair any damage to the gutter screens, wash the highest windows, dormers, large family room windows, window above the front door etc. and I also wanted someone to clean the north facing roof mold and buildup on the roof. Called several places, RKS from the start was extremely professional, they were able to perform ALL of my requested services, as some other companies would only perform some of my requested services. RKS wrote an itemized summary of my requested services so I was able to understand the cost for each service, very well done.We went with RKS and the day Rich came out to perform the work he performed a walk-through of the services, explaining chemicals that would be used as well for the roof cleaning.The work was done exceptionally well, RKS showed great care when working in the landscaped areas. They performed all of the work in a very professional manner and after the work was completed they did a cleanup on of walks and porch areas. One day after the work was complete it down poured rain, so it was a perfect time to check to see if all of the gutters were working correctly, I had three areas that would waterfall due to blockage, all three areas were draining water perfectly with NO more waterfall effect. I was extremely pleased to see that all his services were done very well.Bottom Line…. I am very pleased with the experience I had with RKS Cleaning Service, INC. Communication took place via phone, text and emails. I do not normally allow work to be done at the house with out my being present, However the reviews I read were so good I decided to allow the work to be done while I was on vacation. When I got back I was not disappointed. When I got back the work was done and every thing looked great. My biggest concern was the roof cleaning, my roof has an 11/12 pitch, which is very steep, Other companies have come out to quote and never followed up. Richard was true to his word did a great job and the work was reasonably priced. Thank you for a job well done.
