The staff is friendly. That said, I have a huge distrust in their business practices and technical ability. I was told by staff cloning my kindle over to a new one was easy. When I arrived I was again reassured no problem and was asked to pay 25.00 before anything was done. (Shady, but o.k.) Shortly after leaving I was called and asked for my amazon account and password. (sounds less like cloning and more like a manual install). When I arrived the next day I was told many apps couldnt be installed because they needed the password for each app. On top of that they wanted to charge me an extra 45 labor because they had difficulties. The only silver lining was the 2 guys at the front counter couldnt figure out their own point of sale software. They ended up charging me a second bench fee at 25.00 instead of the 45.00 they wanted. Essentially you pay 50.00 to have someone put Amazon on your kindle. Poor form.
