Our 2018 Honda pilot had issues last Friday. We had it towed to Nalley Honda of Brunswick. Saturday morning I arrived at Nalley Honda Brunswick at 8 AM, explained the issue to the service advisor. My service advisor Rebecca got the vehicle in promptly and got it diagnosed. Luckily they had the part, fixed the Pilot by noon.Was amazed that this issue got fixed on a Saturday on very short notice. During the time I was there Rebecca informed me of the situation and kept me in the know. Was very apprehensive about the situation with our vehicle at a dealership other than the one we deal with in Savannah because we had a very bad experience with a Honda dealership in Orlando. Nalley Honda did a superb job with our situation! Other Honda dealerships should follow the protocol Nalley Honda of Brunswick uses. Thank you Nalley Honda of Brunswick.

We have always serviced our Honda Odyssey at Nalley since we purchased it there in 2015. Our purchase of our Odyssey was a long term investment, and we wanted to follow the Honda recommended service. The Nalley service reps have kept us current for our scheduled maintenance throughout the years. This time we had Jimmy Pittman as our service rep who squeezed us into our 110k mile maintenance appointment before we took a two-week trip. We greatly appreciated Jimmy accommodating our travel schedule.

I live in South Florida where we have a great Honda Dealer. I intentionally plan my time at my second home near Brunswick, GA around having my car serviced at Nalley Honda Brunswick because the service there is so much better. The entire staff is completely awesome and head and shoulders above any competition. Cant rate them highly enough.
The car would not start last Wednesday morning. I was able to start it on Wed. afternoon, but knew it needed attention. Went to Nalley and they checked it out. Needed a battery, and they replaced it, and I was on my way in very little time. Price was reasonable.
I think that the thing that sets Nalley Honda apart from the rest of the herd, for me, is the service after the sale. Yes, I did get a good deal and a great trade-in for my 08 Fit when I became the proud owner of our 16 Fit but I have never gotten as great a service after the sale...anywhere! I know that when I drop our Fit off that it is in great hands and whatever it is in for will be taken care of perfectly and at no time have I ever had to take it back for a do-over.Great car, great dealership with knowledgeable, caring, and friendly staff...I wouldnt go anywhere else!
I really appreciate the service center. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while my car is being serviced. I noticed right after that my car’s mpg went from 31 to 42 mpg. Also Cassie drove me to lunch during the time that I had to wait. I highly recommend their service center.
Went in for service -- lots of it. The service advisor was attentive but I felt she was a little undertrained; she may be relatively new at that desk she was eager to please.Very pleased with new plugs, fluid change, oil & filter, new tires and alignment -- my Ridgeline runs like a sewing machine now at 80K miles. But some items on my list didnt check out at first. Ended up with a new battery though the tech said the old battery was ok when first checked -- car wouldnt start when I tried to leave.Then my dash lights didnt work so I went back. They expained that I needed to reset by holding down a button for a couple of seconds; that used to be handled by a switch but now is electronic. I feel the dealership people should have reset. I should have remembered that from before with other cars; they more than once have failed to reset. Just sort of sloppy. I recall when this was easily a 5 star dealer. Not that long ago. I will go back, as they are trying.
I always take my car to Nalley. I have found them to be competitive, if not, cheaper than, other businesses on tires and oil changes. You can just drop in to speak to a service rep and they will either deal with you right then or at most schedule you in the next day. They are always friendly and I feel like they try to save me money. I am a single woman, I teach school and I trust Nalley service department to take care of my vehicle.
John Boatright is the reason we keep coming back to Nalley. We bought a car from John for the first time last year. He was professional, built great rapport, and took excellent care of us. He gave us his personal number and walked me through all the details of Georgia registration and licensing (we were new to the state). He answered all my questions, even after hours and on the weekends. This year we were in the market for an SUV. We shopped it around, but came right back to John. We even thought we knew which vehicle we wanted until he handed us the keys for one more test drive and told us he wanted us to be sure, he wanted us to be happy. We ended up buying that recommendation and couldnt be happier with it. We are Honda loyal. You can buy a Honda anywhere. And, lets be honest, buying a car isnt usually fun. This experience, however, was great. We will keep returning to Nalley Honda as long as John is still there to help us out. Thanks again, John!

I bought a new civic about a month ago the sale was very easy I was comfortable. My most recent maintenance for my 2012 Honda Accord was scheduled by Jimmie. I had a gift certificate that I had purchased and Jimmie was very respectful and gracious in honoring everything that that included. He scheduled my appointment to meet my needs, and I was especially appreciative that he scheduled the shuttle driver to take me home when I left my car and return the next day to take me to pick my finished car up. When I called Jimmie back to explain the paperwork he had given me, he was most patient and helpful. And...besides routine maintenance my gift certificate included inside and outside detailing. My car looks wonderful!!!

I had an A/C failure with my Honda CRV purchased from Nalley in 2013. Due to the pandemic, Honda OEM parts were unavailable. Nalley worked with me to get me on the road - they installed aftermarket parts and offered the same warranty as if they had been Honda parts. Nalley always takes great care of their customers.

I had an amazing experience shopping for a car at our local Nally Honda dealership. I had already researched the good reviews of the Honda Pilot SUV.But, had no idea of how great the salesperson would be. She was very helpful and informative and was able to answer each and every question that I had.She also went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and to make sure of what I actually needed and wanted from a new car. Then, she found the right one that was perfect for me. She also went to bat for me.... making sure that I got every discount that was available.I am 65 years old and I have bought several cars over the years. This is the first time that I didnt feel stressed over what used to be the entire ordeal of buying a car. Everything went smoothly, I wasnt pushed, and I didnt stress over any of it. It was actually a pleasant experience and I feel like the Honda team is (almost) like family to me now.I would like to mention that my salesperson person was Tammy Hamilton. Shes the best!!!!

They provided transportation for my daughter to get to work and delivered her car when it was done. They were able to take care of my car quickly and efficiently while I waited and had me on the road again in no time. We have purchased a number of cars from Nalley and have always been pleased with their level of attention, honesty, and follow-up. We will be back when its time to have service done or purchase another car.

This dealer is not a good buying experience. The salesperson was very unprofessional and literally called me an a-hole. Who does that? I had been reaching out for several hours trying to get a response so that I could decide whether to buy locally or go to Jacksonville where I was getting a better deal. Sadly, I will go to Jax and help there economy versus the local one.

We were passing through during a long trip when our car started having problems, and Ashley treated us with such kindness and warmth. She kept us updated and put as ease while keeping our travel safety in mind. We couldn’t be more gracious for our mechanic’s help, as well. It was a wonderful Christmas Eve gift.
While traveling we had a tire issue on our 2014 Honda Accord and ended up at Nalley Honda. They were very prompt and courteous in helping us. It was determined they could not completely accomplish the repairs we needed to make us whole. They went above and beyond to help us in our situation and get us on our way again. I had trouble starting my Honda Fit (even though a new starter part had been installed by another auto repair place); I had also just received a letter from Honda about a STARTER BUTTON problem that would be covered if taken to a Honda dealership. Nalley Honda quickly listened to my concern, they gave me a loaner car and the next day they had analyzed the problem and said it was not the starter button, but the part that Island Auto had installed. I returned it to Island Auto, and they say the part is working FINE! I am quite confused, as to why, it recently (twice) had trouble starting for me. BUT - we called, and Nalley Honda is going to look at it again, and hopefully replace the starter button, in case that is causing the problem. If this is solved they will get a FIVE star from me!!

My first visit to Nalley Honda in Brunswick to have my defective airbags replaced and I was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Natalie. Natalie represented Nalley remarkably well. Warm, welcoming and knowledge, Natalie was fantastic and I actually enjoyed a trip to the service department of a dealership for the first time in 42 years of driving.
Great car buying experience. The salesman and the entire staff were great. Gave me a good price on my trade-in. Jason Conley showed me many different car choices and options. Trey Temples and the Casey Kitchen made sure we could get financing and continue to keep us happy after the sell. Greg Douthit was thorough and friendly while doing the paperwork. Lastly, the car is awesome!
We were traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania and got something stuck in our tire, causing us to need a new tire immediately. With two toddlers in tow, this was a pretty stressful situation. Nalley Honda had the tires we needed in stock and replaced them for us right away on a busy Saturday. Thanks to them, we were able to get back on our way home! Great customer service!

I’ve never owned a car before so it has been a struggle for me to get in a car at most places. & most sales reps I’ve spoke to they would just send me on my way. But I spoke with a good friend of mine who also works at Nalley Honda. Joey DePratter has been the only person to absolutely try to get me in a car and he made it happen. He was determined I wasn’t going home without a car! I appreciate & Im very thankful for all the help I got from everyone at Nalley Honda. If you’re looking for a good sales representative. Quality service and personnel to get the job done.
Garrett and the front end personnel are excellent and attentive.I do not understand why I cannot get an appointment for oil change and tier rotation. The current policy appears to favor the owners of older cars which need more attention than those with newer cars which need less but age faster without proper care.
I appreciate the staffs honesty in doing only the work that needed to be done. This proved to be the case for the battery drain and hatch issues. In both cases, they did simple checks that eliminated the cost of inspecting for problems that did not exist. I can deal with people who are trustworthy.
I took my 2017 Honda CRV to Nalley Honda to have a new key fob programmed and general maintenance - to include an oil change. The work was done correctly and in a timely manner with one exception. The technician forgot to reset the electronic maintenance reminder in the vehicle. The reminder reappeared after I was some distance from the dealership.I contacted the service department and they asked that I bring the vehicle back to the dealership to have the issue corrected. I knew that the resetting the codes was not difficult and asked how this could be performed by me without returning to the dealership. The service representative attempted to provide instructions but they could not be performed since the vehicle was in motion. I asked the the service representative to e-mail me the procedure and the the service representative recommended that I use Google to find out how to do so.I latter found the procedure online after about 15 minutes of research. While the matter is resolved, the problem makes one wonder about the other procedures that were performed by Nalley Honda and customer service, from the service department on the phone, fell well short of my expectations. Providing that other problems do not appear later, I will return to Nalley Honda again though.

My mother and my late husband had been in the car business so I know how this should go but this doesnt always happen. I was very delighted to have had the experience all customers should have when purchasing a car. Never any pressure and honest facts up front. Excellent experience with “new” Nalley Honda in Brunswick. We tried to buy a CRV in 2016 at Nalley and got nowhere- three sessions with their sales team left us frustrated; we drove an hour to a different dealership and in twenty minutes had a deal.So here it is in 2021 and we want to trade for a new Honda Pilot. Decided to visit Nalley and see what they have, fully expecting to end up at another dealership. We were pleasantly surprised and bought a Nalley car in 30 minutes.Joey DePratter was a great salesperson- listened and found us the car we wanted. Brought in his sales manager, Casey, and the deal was made. Joey made the difference and set the right tone for the Nalley team, a noticeable difference from five years ago.
