I live in Las Vegas Nv, I found My Black Ford F150 4x4 lariat at Liberty Ford of Brunswick. I flew to Cleveland with my special needs son, I did call from airport for a Courtesy ride from airport. Salesperson came and pick my son and I up. When we got to dealership we sat down . The salesman needed me to sign paper so dealership could get other half of payment totaling $26,500 and change. No one offer me or my son a bottle water I had to asked another sale person for water. But What I was upset about was . AND STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND. No paperwork after I sign all my documents sent thur fed ex truck was purchased on June 3,2021. I DID NOT receive a buyers guide not a Receipt of my down payment I placed, which was over $10,000 I asked and the salesman which have over 18 years of experience cross his arms and said that was it. Never have a purchased anything and paid so much down-payment without A receipt or documentation I still do not believe that was legal.I got to las vegas drove back had Issues with the truck but I did purchase a warranty thank God $2700 and ford of Brunswick did take care the balance that warranty did not cover. I Also found out the truck was not properly serviced had to purchase a new battery and get the terminal cleaned dealership did send me my refund for what I paid for battery & service, also I did receive my important Documents in the mail & copies delivered to my door 2 days before my truck note was due to capital one. My dad was upset that I paid so much without getting the engine steamed cleaned. But I am glad I got my truck and Its working properly. Please work on your sales department to treat people with common Courtesy and please dont refuse customers there important paperwork and at least offer them a bottle of water.

My wife is at Liberty now. She took her Explorer in for an inspection on the rear suspension due to a recall. Low and behold a one hour inspection is now over 2 hours. Somehow while inspecting the rear suspension it caused the radio to fail. This is the 2nd time her vehicle has been at Liberty due to a recall and the 2nd time theyve created work for themselves instead of just doing the job it was brought in for.

They did a horrible job detailing my truck. They chipped the paint off my truck the second time and called me a lier about it. Like I drive a ford raptor I know what it looked like. Never get anything form these crocks. My 20 year old friend woulda did a better job.

This was the quickest service appointment I ever had at this dealership. Unfortunately due to staffing issues they were unable to accommodate vehicle pick-up, which is usually what I love about them, but at least they didnt waste my day. My advisor unfortunately was not pleasant and I had to wait on him quite a bit, when I 1st arrived and picked up my vehicle. He had left me a VM telling me when it was ready but did not say what all they did. I was skeptical if all services were done and tried calling but they kept transferring me to his VM. Apparently my brakes didnt need replaced, wish someone couldve simply clarified for me before I came back. Communication needs to improve. Every other employee was very nice and helpful, just wish they wouldnt push everything on one single advisor for customer service, and if so he needs to be nicer and more responsive.

I have a 2020 Ford Edge Titanium and it has been in numerous times for a variety of issues that continue to surface and reoccurs. It started with 200 miles on the car and are still happening with4700 miles. This car is not safe!

My salesman was wonderful! He got me in and out fast. The quality of my certified pre-owned EcoSport was another story. After only 800 mi driving it I started to notice it was leaking something and always had a strong smell of something burning every time I would start it. I also noticed I was only at 30% oil life. So I made an appointment with my local Ford dealership to have the oil changed and see if they could find out where it was leaking.A few hours later they called me back to let me know my car was ready. That oil leak was the cause of someone not putting the dipstick back into the engine. I usually buy new cars or lease my cars but buying a certified pre-owned made me feel at ease. This experience may have changed my mind on that

Make it worst I was a long time dedicated loyal customer from date of purchase. All service including tires were purchased by Liberty in Brunswick. What woke me up to this was Their service manager telling me the Warrensville Liberty Ford was the cooperate office which was anotherlie!! Well Warrensville service writer told me Brunswixk Liberty Ford was giving me the run around thet I needed to do my research. The icing on the cake, my entire family had been loyalty this dealership. Ypigave been warned.

Thanks Richard!!!I bought a used 2012 Ford Explorer and I viewed the car prior to it being serviced and cleaned. So I expected to see it while it was dirty and still needing some work done to it. While looking at the car, everything felt very rushed like the sales person didnt want me to actually look over the vehicle. Granted, even though after having had it for a week now, there is nothing that would have kept me from buying the car anyway, being rushed was a very unpleasant experience.The one thing that I am extremely disappointed in is the fact that a couple of very small things were pointed out to me and the sales person told me they would be fixed during the pre-sale service but then werent. All told there was three things that cost under $100 total that were specifically said to be fixed but when I went to pick up the car, I was told I guess it didnt come to us with those things. Extremely frustrating, especially given that I drove clear across the state just to buy the car from them only to be lied to.I cant speak to buying a new car from Liberty Ford but I would not recommend buying a used car from them.

I love my new(er) Ram 1500!! Even though I was 99% sure, and with the price set with the sales manager, taking the test drive with Randy H. was great. There was no high pressure sales talk, no scare tactics, he answered any and all questions I had about the truck, and took as much time as I needed checking out the truck. Went to look at a Ford Edge yesterday. Walked through and nobody wanted to help me out so i went to the receptionist desk and stood at the receptionist desk for 5 min while she was playing on her phone. Then once she noticed I was standing there her response was “ what’s up?” I said I needed help looking into a vehicle. Got help from someone and I pointed out the car I wanted and he said he would get the keys and He would meet me outside. 25 min later still didn’t come outside. Went back inside and noticed he took on another customer. Long story short they gave me pricing that was completely ridiculous so I walked out, and will never be back.

Went in to fix windshield wipers. It took three separate trips and three separate parts. If i was not under warranty I would be getting charged an arm and a leg. There was a small paint chip on the driver side of my Mustang and I was unsure if this came from the shop or simply rocks on the side of the road. After a disappointing service experience they provided me a $1700 quote to fix two paint chips. Not sure if it is a Ford problem or a Liberty Ford Brunswick problem, but Ill be sure to take my future business elsewhere.

Terrible value for trade ins. Every time they low ball you with a well below average retail offer. When you say no, they go to their manager and come back with a slightly better offer, still not reasonable though. Weve came here in the past because it was local, but in the future i believe our business will be better elsewhere.

Super disappointed with my experience here, and I will NOT be returning in the future. While the service advisor I worked with was great, this is NOT the place to have your vehicle worked on, as they will grotesquely overquote servicing costs and fees.I had my vehicle inspected to get an estimate on a problem I had with a sliding door. They quoted me $1100. When I declined the service, I still had to pay $140 for the inspection, and then they didnt even bother to put the original parts of my van back properly before giving me the keys calling it good.I later had the van looked at again by two different shops, and both told me they could do the complete fix for less than $500. Seems like a HUGE difference for the same problem...

Very disappointed. Made an appointment to see a car.5 gentlemen standing at the desk. Was told to ask for Dale. He told me the car was out for a test drive. Thought I saw it in the lot. Had me just standing there not saying anything for 5mins. Finally said to go to his cubicle. Sat there for awhile until the car was available. Took a test drive. Liked it. Told me someone else wanted to buy it. Took all my information . told him I didnt want to go over 150.00 for a 10year old car. He came back with a price of 227.00. Big difference per month. I honestly feel he didnt want to sell me the car. Didnt like the salesmen were only wearing the masks on their mouths not their noses. Spent 4hrs of my time for nothing. Will not return.

Andy was are car sales man we told him the pymt we would like couldn’t go over and it ended up being 30$ more. While driving the car home we had issues so I called him right away and he told me to bring it in and they would fix it so we did. They couldn’t fix it so they said they would get ahold of me. It’s been over a week and they still haven’t gotten ahold of me. Very poor service.

The people are friendly but service repairs are incredibly slow. An oil change takes an hour and 25 minutes. I made an early morning appointment to avoid a long wait. My previous visit - for a transmission inspection - took over two hours. I’ve worked in a garage. Thirty minutes is reasonable to wait for an oil change.

Avoid the service here. Three trips in for my truck leaking oil (under warranty 32k miles). All three times they claimed it was fixed only to drive it home and realize it was worse than when they started. They didn’t even bother cleaning up the oil all over the trans, battery, etc. Last but not least they lost my key. Service manager is next to impossible to get ahold of.

Went in for a Safety Recall and had a Key cut. Everything was smooth, there was a small problem with the Key, but the Rep fixed it and made it right. Will return in the future.

Upon my first visit and test drive, I thought I was working with good people, I was horribly wrong. I was told to call back if I was interested in buying the car I test drove two days prior. It was a Saturday when I called to start my credit approval, and was told to fill out an online form and they would be with me Monday morning. I waited hours for a response Monday morning, and was told that I needed a co-signer. The manager then told me that someone was test driving the car I was getting approved from. I anxiously waited, as I was fully prepared to purchase the car when I got off work that evening. An hour later, I was informed they had sold the car I was being approved for to another customer. When I called to ask what happened, they had the audacity to tell me I did not understand what they meant, and that they had to honor a customer in the store rather than an online application, when I was in the store a few days prior and was told specifically to do an online application since they were too busy for me on Saturday. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, they took advantage of me and lead me to believe I would be able to purchase a vehicle from them, and then sold it to someone else while they were running my credit. I am extremely displeased with their service.

We had a very good experience at Liberty Ford Brunswick. We told our salesman what we wanted and we got more than we expected for what we put down. We wanted a certain color for the model we choose. They did not have it in their inventory but were able to get the model/color from another dealership. To make the sale that day, they were able to pick up the car from the other dealership. We drove home that afternoon with our new Ford EDGE SEL.Thanks to all who helped to get our new car.

When I bought my new vehicle, July 2019 from Liberty, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. I hate buying a car- it’s almost always a long, painful process.Buying a vehicle from Dale at Liberty of Brunswick changed my experience and expectations.I have used the service department for oil changes and regular scheduled service- outstanding customer service!I am completely satisfied with my entire experience with Liberty Ford of Brunswick. It’s been one year and the service and customer experience just keeps getting better.

I went in to buy an SUV. Walked through the front door where several salespeople were standing by the front desk. No one addressed me or asked to assist, so I went to the vehicle that I was looking for. I got in and out of the SUV. Walked around looking at it. Several salespeople walked past me. Nothing. Twice I stood a few feet away from salesmen alone at their desks and stared at them. Neither bothered to lift his eyes from his computer screen.After 20 minutes, I left. I told the manager at his desk on my way out that I guess they don’t want to sell cars.If that’s the level of service at sales, what would it be like after the purchase? I’ve never seen so many people doing nothing while a buying customer is walking around the showroom.

Chuck, the salesman, tried to find me a new Ford Flex to replace my 2011 Ford Flex, since they were not making them for 2020. We looked all over and found one to my liking which I purchased. The deal went through smoothly and I love my new car. Another reason for the purchase was the 0% financing on the vehicle. Would purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
